With the extensive application of the knowledge base (KB), how to complete it is a hot topic on Semantic Web. However, many problems go with the big data, and the event matching is one of these problems, which is finding out the entities referring to the same things in the real world and also the key point in the extending process. To enrich the emergency knowledge base (E-SKB) we constructed before, we need to filter out the news from several web pages and find the same news to avoid data redundancy. In this paper, we proposed a hierarchy blocking method to reduce the times of comparisons and narrow down the scope by extracting the news properties as the blocking keys. The method transforms the event matching problem into a clustering problem. Experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the existing text clustering algorithm with high precision and less comparison times.

This paper investigates a kind of switched discrete-time neural network. Such neural network is composed of multiple sub-networks and switched different sub-networks according to the states of neural network. There is no common equilibrium for all of sub-networks, i.e., multiple equilibria coexist. Firstly, a bounded condition is presented for the switched discrete-time neural network. And then sufficient conditions are derived to ensure region stability of the equilibrium points of such neural network by mathematical analysis and nonsingular M-matrix theory. Four examples are presented to verify the validity of our results.

This article presents a reconfigurable distributed model predictive control strategy based on dissipativity theory to deal with online process network topology change. We mainly address the situation when process units want to join or leave the process network during closed-loop operation, while maintaining the plant-wide stability. The capacity of capturing the effects of process network topology on plant-wide stability is one key feature of dissipative systems theory, which can be utilized to deal with the challenge of performing online process network reconfiguration. The redesign is restricted to subsystems whose input-output properties are directly influenced by the topology change to allow quick operation. When the request of process units joining or leaving the process network is sent, feasibility of the process network topology change has to be assessed first. If permitted, the controllers of the influenced subsystems have to be updated for the modified dynamics to maintain the stability constraint of the plant-wide system, which is translated into dissipative trajectory condition for each local controller. The main advantage of the proposed dissipativity based method is that the design procedure is simple and straightforward compared to some existing algorithm based on invariant set, in which a transition phase is required to be designed in advance to ensure recursive feasibility before process network topology change.

Small and medium-size unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAVs) can only fly within short distance and ultra low altitude (<100m). It is of great interest to model the propagation in these conditions where there is an important influence of the environment. For the high cost of carrying out measurements and the safety concern, ray-tracing technique is considered to be a proper way for investigating the low altitude UAV channel. This paper presents simulation results based on ray tracing technique which simulates the air-to-ground (AG) channel of small UAVs at different heights in a realistic suburban scenario. Some parameters including path loss, K factor, number of paths, and delay spread are analyzed and show obvious height-dependency. During the ascending progress of the UAV, the multipath components diminish and finally only line of sight (LoS) component remains. The results and analysis can serve as a guidance for modeling ultra-low -altitude UAV channel.
