The spectrum utility can be improved when cooperative communication technology is incorporated into cognitive radio network, and both the licensed users and secondary users can benefit from cooperating. In this cooperative cognitive radio network, a primary user and multiple secondary users cooperate with each other adopting space-time coding relay scheme to benefit win-win cooperation. Considering the primary user owns the spectrum and both the primary user and secondary users are selfish and reasonable, this cooperative cognitive network is formulated as a Stackelberg game. Based on utility maximizing, this paper studies the spectrum allocation and relay selection problem. A spectrum allocation algorithm is derived under given number of secondary users, and a low complexity relay selection strategy is proposed to maximize the utility of the primary user while guaranteeing the data rate of the primary user and the fairness among the secondary users. Numerical results show the feasibility and validity of the proposed relay selection scheme.

The structural balance plays a fundamental role in networked systems with both attractive and repulsive interactions, which can be characterized by a signed network. In this paper, we show that the ensemble of type of interaction in a signed network can be inferred from the eigenvector of the signed Laplacian matrix. Also, it has been shown that a graph, derived from the graph Cartesian product of factor graphs, is structurally balanced if and only if its factors are structurally balanced. According to the theoretical results, the verification and prediction of the structural balance of the signed network is presented from a data-driven perspective by utilizing the dynamic mode decomposition.

Ship instantaneous line motion information is the important foundation for ship control, which needs to be measured accurately. For this purpose, an instantaneous line motion measurement method based on inertial sensors is put forward for ships. By introducing a half-fixed coordinate system to realize the separation between instantaneous line motion and ship master movement, the instantaneous line motion acceleration of ships can be obtained with higher accuracy. Then, the digital high-pass filter is applied to suppress the velocity error caused by the low frequency signal such as schuler period. Finally, the instantaneous linear motion displacement of ships can be measured accurately. Simulation experimental results show that the method is reliable and effective, and can realize the precise measurement of velocity and displacement of instantaneous line motion for ships.

Since network server based on traditional network modal has the characteristics of high CPU utilization, long time to response client connections, low data transmission speed and the lack of common multithreading, I/O Completion Port, namely IOCP, was proposed to implement the large-scale network server. Firstly, the basic procedure of building the network server was provided, then several common problems was discussed deeply and the corresponding solutions was given, at last, the performance of the server based on IOCP mechanism was compared with the performance of the server based on overlapped I/O mechanism. The experimental results show that IOCP mechanism has good technical advantages in the process of designing large-scale network communication system.
