Focused on the contradiction between selective pressure and population diversity in the optimization algorithm using hybrid evolutionary mechanisms, this paper proposes a membrane image threshold segmentation algorithm based on the idea of membrane computing. The proposal uses a hybrid tissue P system of three one-level-membranestructure (OLMS) membranes in which genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimal algorithm (PSO) are used as evolution operator. The proposed algorithm uses the communication rules and transfer rules to establish the interactions among the membranes, and then enhances the diversity of population in the system and improves the convergence of the algorithm. After comparing with the conventional methods, simulation results and dynamic behavior analysis show that the proposal evidently improve the validity and feasibility of the image segmentation algorithm. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2016.

In Banach Spaces, we introduce a new improved multi-step iterative algorithm for the fixed points of strongly pseudo-contractive mappings, by proving the convergence for modified Mann iterative sequence, and that the multi-step iterative sequence and Mann iterative scheme are equivalent. We prove the convergence of iterative sequences generalized by the improved multi-step iterative algorithms. Aim at a common situation that control Equipment of Stage Visual-Effect has been heavy, this paper proposes Stage Visual-Effect Equipment control system consisting of a mobile terminal based on Android. The system is a C/S structure. The system satisfies basic and major functions. An android terminal can debug and control those stage visual-effect equipment, supervise programs. It communicates with a PC through the socket in the wireless network(LAN) cover.

The state council calls for accelerating the development of science and technology service industry. To improve deficient information of existing domestic arts equipment website, this paper describes a system for the analysis of the relevant integrated information Service system which is basic and essential. This paper outlines the functions carried out by Ajax engine technology and Apache + PHP + MYSQL built on B/S structure. Emphasis is placed on the construction of a criterion function by which the information service system in achieving the effect of transmission between the front-end interface and information retrieval about performing arts equipment with the server database. In addition, we also further discuss how to optimize and maintain this system.

In this paper,the Locality-constrained Linear Coding(LLC) algorithm is incorporated into the object tracking ***,we extract local patches within a candidate and then utilize the LLC algorithm to encode these *** on these codes,we exploit pyramid max pooling strategy to generate a richer feature *** feature histogram which integrates holistic and part-based features can be more discriminative and ***,an occlusion handling strategy is utilized to make our tracker more ***,an efficient graph-based manifold ranking algorithm is exploited to capture the relevance between target templates and *** tracking,target templates are taken as labeled nodes while target candidates are taken as unlabeled nodes,and the goal of tracking is to search for the candidate that is the most relevant to existing labeled nodes by manifold ranking *** on challenging video sequences have demonstrated the superior accuracy and robustness of the proposed method in comparison to other state-of-the-art baselines.

Doping bismuth selenide (Bi2Se3) with elements such as copper and strontium (Sr) can induce superconductivity, making the doped materials interesting candidates to explore potential topological superconducting behaviors. It was thought that the superconductivity of doped Bi2Se3 was induced by dopant atoms intercalated in van der Waals gaps. However, several experiments have shown that the intercalation of dopant atoms may not necessarily make doped Bi2Se3 superconducting. Thus, the structural origin of superconductivity in doped Bi2Se3 remains an open question. Herein, we combined material synthesis and characterization, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and first-principles calculations to study the doping structure of Sr-doped Bi2Se3. We found that the emergence of superconductivity is strongly related with n-type dopant atoms. Atomic-level energy-dispersive x-ray mapping revealed various n-type Sr dopants that occupy intercalated and interstitial positions. First-principles calculations showed that the formation energy of a specific interstitial Sr doping position depends strongly on the Sr doping level. This site changes from a metastable position at low Sr doping level to a stable position at high Sr doping level. The calculation results explain why quenching is necessary to obtain superconducting samples when the Sr doping level is low and also why slow furnace cooling can yield superconducting samples when the Sr doping level is high. Our findings suggest that Sr atoms doped at interstitial locations, instead of those intercalated in van der Waals gaps, are most likely to be responsible for the emergence of superconductivity in Sr-doped Bi2Se3.

In the past nearly two decades, DNA self-assembly technology as a promising technology, a body of laboratory work has been emerged in an endless stream. Single-stranded DNA tile (SST) assembly provides a simple, modular and robust framework for constructing nanostructures with prescribed shapes from short synthetic DNA strands. In this research, we present a nanoscale DNA structure of analogical China map which is constructed by a number of SSTs, and label streptavidin in the capital beijing location. The constructing nanostructure is roughly 98 nm×67 nm in diameter with a spatial resolution of 3 nm×7 nm. The pattern appeared in atomic force microscopy (AFM) conforms to the pre-designed shape of Chinese map with the approximately expected dimensions, and AFM images of the field selected randomly from the mica give an 11% assembly yield. Through this research, the capability of constructing complicated two-dimensional shapes by SST and the controllability of the internal array are fully vindicated. The interferometric coherence map is derived from the cross-correlation of two registered synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images. It can give additional information complementary to the intensity image, or act as an independent information source in many applications. Compared to the plenty of work on SAR intensity statistics, there are quite fewer researches on the statistical characters of interferometric SAR (InSAR) coherence. And to our knowledge, all of the existing work that related to InSAR coherence statistics, models the coherence with Gaussian distribution with no discrimination on data resolutions or scene types. Our main contribution is the investigation on the accuracies of several typical models for high resolution coherence statistics over urban areas. We select three typical land classes including trees, buildings, and shadow, as the representatives of urban areas. And different models including Gaussian, Weibull, Rayleigh, Nakagami and Beta are evaluated. Experiment results on TanDEM-X data illustrate that the Beta model reveals a better performance than other distributions. Finally, the Beta model is used in the detection of buildings.

Determination of Absorbed Component in Rat Plasma in Periploca forrestti Schltr. by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

[Objective] To determine absorbed component in rat plasma in Periploca forrestti Schltr. [Methods] Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis technology was used. And L9（34） orthogonal test and chlorogenic acid content determination method was applied. Range analysis and ANOVA analysis were carried out. [Results] Periploca forrestti Schltr. was an active component which could be absorbed into the rat blood. Through the range analysis and ANOVA analysis,the optimal extract conditions were obtained. Then,Periploca forrestti Schltr. was analyzed and chlorogenic acid was successfully separated by C18 reversed phase column（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） at wavelength of 327 nm and temperature of 30℃. With the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（ A） and water（ 0. 5% formic acid,B） in the volume ratio of 9∶ 91（ v / v） and flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min,peaks showed good shape and separation. The linear equation of chlorogenic acid was y = 223. 8900 x- 0. 225 8,R2= 0. 999 7 in the range of 8 μg / m L to 192 μg / m and the average recovery was 98. 569% which indicated the method was fine. [Conclusion]The discovery and the established analysis method of chlorogenic acid in Periploca forrestti Schltr. are expected to control the quality of this medicine better.

Architectural distortion is the third most common sign of breast cancer in mammograms. The accurate recognition is important for computer aided diagnosis of breast cancer. However, due to the subtle symptom and complex structures in the mammogram images, it is difficult to recognize whether a region of interest (ROI) is truly an architectural distortion. In this paper, we proposed a new method for architectural distortion recognition. In the proposed method, several texture features are extracted for each region of interest, including features from GLCM matrix, spiculated related features, entropy features, etc. Feature selection is obtained by a sub-classes clustering based multi-task learning method (SMTL), which can utilize the discriminative label information and reflect the multi-clustering characteristic of the data samples. Finally, the powerful sparse representation based classifier is used for the classification of AD or non-AD. The proposed method has been tested on DDSM dataset and compared with several other methods, the experimental results showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
