The Segment Anything Model (SAM) exhibits remarkable versatility and zero-shot learning abilities, owing largely to its extensive training data (SA-1B). Recognizing SAM's dependency on manual guidance given its category-agnostic nature, we identified unexplored potential within few-shot semantic segmentation tasks for remote sensing imagery. This research introduces a structured framework designed for the automation of few-shot semantic segmentation. It utilizes the SAM model and facilitates a more efficient generation of semantically discernible segmentation outcomes. Central to our methodology is a novel automatic prompt learning approach, leveraging prior guided mask to produce coarse pixel-wise prompts for SAM. Extensive experiments on the DLRSD datasets underlines the superiority of our approach, outperforming other available few-shot methodologies. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

China is now confronting the intertwined challenges of air pollution and climate *** the high synergies between air pollution abatement and climate change mitigation,the Chinese government is actively promoting synergetic control of these two *** Synergetic Roadmap project was launched in 2021 to track and analyze the progress of synergetic control in China by developing and monitoring key *** Synergetic Roadmap 2022 report is the first annual update,featuring 20 indicators across five aspects:synergetic governance system and practices,progress in structural transition,air pollution and associated weather-climate interactions,sources,sinks,and mitigation pathway of atmospheric composition,and health impacts and benefits of coordinated *** to the comprehensive review presented in the 2021 report,the Synergetic Roadmap 2022 report places particular emphasis on progress in 2021 with highlights on actions in key sectors and the relevant *** milestones include the proportion of non-fossil power generation capacity surpassing coal-fired capacity for the first time,a decline in the production of crude steel and cement after years of growth,and the surging penetration of electric ***,in 2022,China issued the first national policy that synergizes abatements of pollution and carbon emissions,marking a new era for China's pollution-carbon *** changes highlight China's efforts to reshape its energy,economic,and transportation structures to meet the demand for synergetic control and sustainable ***,the country has witnessed a slowdown in carbon emission growth,improved air quality,and increased health benefits in recent years.

Aiming at the problem that the flexible access of distributed photovoltaics to the distribution network affects its reliability, this paper establishes a model of the distributed photovoltaic output probability based on the typical output characteristics of distributed photovoltaics firstly. Subsequently, the power grid risk assessment indicators are determined to facilitate the quantification of distribution network risks, including voltage over-limit, power over-limit, and load loss risk indicators. Finally, a distribution network model containing distributed photovoltaic grid-connected is established on the MATLAB simulation platform, and the risk assessment of the distribution network containing distributed photovoltaic grid-connected is carried out.

China has experienced rapid economic development and industrialization during the past four decades,leading to widespread distribution of various types of industrial facilities[1].With the understanding of soil contamination induced by industrial sites and rapid urbanization,abandoned industrial sites are generally reclassified for urban land[2].The remained brownfield sites(the sites of abandoned,idle,or under used industrial and commercial facilities where expansion or redevelopment is hindered by environmental contamination)exhibit great health risks to the residents due to that pollutants were continuously discharged intothe surrounding environments[3].

A room impulse response reshaping-based underdetermined blind source separation algorithm is designed to solve the signal separation problem in a reverberant environment. The main contribution is the use of room impulse response reshaping technology to eliminate the influence of audible echo for the reverberant environment, improving the quality of the received signals. A new mathematical model of time-frequency mixing signals is established to reduce the approximation error of model transformation caused by high reverberation. Furthermore, an improved expectation maximization algorithm is proposed for real-time update learning rules of model parameters, and then the sources are separated using the estimators provided by the improved expectation maximization algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves better separation performance to speech and music mixtures while maintaining much better robustness than the popular expectation maximization algorithms. © 2023, The Authors. Wind gust has the characteristics of sudden and brief increase in wind speed. Moreover, if the penetration of wind power is high, its inherent characteristics may impacts on power system stability. In order to analyze the impacts of wind gust and wind penetration on wind turbine generator further the system stability, three signals to stand for wind gust types are adopted in this paper, i.e. lope signal, 1-consine discrete signal and step signal. This paper analyzes quantitatively the uncertainties of wind generated power arising from wind speed using different wind models. Then, two-area four-machine system is modified in MATLAB, where the double-fed induction wind generators are used to simulate different wind power penetration. It is shown that different types of wind models and variations wind speed have different impacts on the generated wind power of wind farm. Moreover, it can be inferred when the penetration of wind power is high, the generated wind power outputs affect power system stability largely.

Active equalization systems require balancing current regulation to further improve balancing efficiency and battery cycle life. This paper focuses on an adaptive control strategy for a battery equalization system based on modified isolated Cuk converter. Firstly, the analysis and modeling of the modified isolated Cuk-based equalizer are presented, and then the development of the adaptive sliding-mode control (SMC) scheme is proposed. The designed controller is verified through testing transient response, reference current variation and load change under continuous conduction mode. Compared with a traditional SMC, the proposed adaptive control has strongly ability to cope with the external disturbance and system parameters variation. A bus-based battery equalization system for five cells in series with an unbalanced state-of-charge (SOC) 0.75, 0.90, 0.45, 0.80 and 0.67 is performed to test the proposed control method. The simulation results indicate that the battery pack reaches to a balanced state in 712 sec.

Coding terahertz metasurfaces devices are crucial in scientific research and engineering applications. However, these devices usually operate at a single frequency point and are sensitive to polarization. To overcome this limitation, we designed a reflective coding metasurface with “0” and “1” cells. The metasurface exhibits highly efficient, multi-frequency, x-polarized and circularly polarized independent characteristics. The proposed structure achieves over 97% reflection with 180° of phase difference at the frequencies of 0.7 THz and 1.5 THz. Notably, at the frequency of 1.234 THz, the difference of reflection phase and amplitude of the “0” and “1” cells are 180° and more than 90%, respectively. Based on these advantages, we constructed two 1-bit encoding metasurface devices realizing the different reflective beam-splitting functions at three frequency points.

This paper attempts to develop a delay three-variable fractional-order gene regulatory networks(FGRNs) model with an impulse input to control the state of of genes are transformed and translated. The formulas for determining the bifurcation points and the conditions of stability are derived by applying Lyapunov stability judgment method. Moreover, via the study of the dynamics, we design a novel controller that can able to be applied for the FGRNs, and it can make the FGRNs stable. Finally, some examples are shown the correctness of the controller we designed.

Cell-free (CF) massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems show great potentials in low-mobility scenarios, due to cell boundary disappearance and strong macro diversity. However, the great Doppler frequency offset (DFO) leads to serious inter-carrier interference in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technology, which makes it difficult to provide high-quality transmissions for both high-speed train (HST) operation control systems and passengers. In this paper, we focus on the performance of CF massive MIMO-OFDM systems with both fully centralized and local minimum mean square error (MMSE) combining in HST communications. Considering the local maximum ratio (MR) combining, the large-scale fading decoding (LSFD) cooperation and the practical effect of DFO on system performance, exact closed-form expressions for uplink spectral efficiency (SE) expressions are derived. We observe that cooperative MMSE combining achieves better SE performance than uncooperative MR combining. In addition, HST communications with small cell and cellular massive MIMO-OFDM systems are compared in terms of SE. Numerical results reveal that the CF massive MIMO-OFDM system achieves a larger and more uniform SE than the other systems. Finally, the train antenna centric (TA-centric) CF massive MIMO-OFDM system is designed for practical implementation in HST communications, and three power control schemes are adopted to optimize the propagation of TAs for reducing the impact of the DFO.
