This paper concerns the consensus of the second order vehicle platoon system in presence of stochastic noise. The control protocol is designed to achieve the desired control objective under the predecessor-follower topology. The control objectives include: speeds of all vehicles in the platoon reach the consensus and the spacings between adjacent vehicles approach to be identical. Firstly, the necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to reach consensus in the noise-free case. Then, the stochastic consensus of the platoon with the hidden layer is analyzed by using the knowledge of stochastic differential equation(SDE). The conditions of control parameters are derived to ensure the almost sure exponential consensus of the platoon. Finally,simulation experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed results.

The integrated control method, active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) combined with internal model control (IMC), is proposed for non-minimum phase systems. The ADRC combined with IMC is to reduce the influence of zeros on right half plant (RHP), system uncertainty and outer disturbance. An improved IMC is put in the inner loop and ADRC is adopted in the outer loop. In order to enhance the system's stability, an approximate zero phase error model of controlled plant (ZPEM) is used as the internal model in the IMC control loop where the feedback of the inner loop is the dynamic weighted filter sum of the real output and the ZPEM output. The theoretical analysis and simulations verify effectiveness of the proposed method for non-minimum phase systems.

The Stability with Time Delays in Cacc System and Reconstitution Information of Vehiclescompensating Delays Based on Bi-Lstm

The communication delays have an impact on Cooperative Adaptive Cruise control (CACC) of vehicle platoon systems, since thepreceding and following vehicle information is utilized through vehicular Ad Hoc networks. In this paper a three-order vehicleplatoon system using distributed control protocols with communication delays is designed using leading and neighboring vehicleinformation. The sufficient necessary conditions for local stability and string stability are derived based on the Hurwitz stabilitycriterion and the frequency domain method without time delays, in which the thresholds of the controller gains and their relationshipis revealed. For the vehicle platoon systems with time delays, the upper bounds of the time delays satisfying the local stability andstring stability are given based on the method of Laplace transform. Aiming to the communication delays varied, which havegreatly influence on the control performance of vehicle systems, the Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) model isproposed to predict the acceleration of the leading vehicle to reconstitution for the communication delays, and the algorithm hashigher accuracy and relevance by comparing the acceleration prediction method based on LSTM and the KF method. Based on thesimulation method of compensating communication delay based on Bi-LSTM model, it is obtained that the CACC vehicle systemcan still maintain local stability and string stability under infinite time delay. © 2024, The Authors. Here,the performance analysis and design of state-feedback gain scheduling controller are addressed by using LPV realization of parametric transfer ***,based on the stable LPV realization of parametric transfer function,if the system has H2 gain performance for all fixed constant parameters,then it has quadratic H2 gain performance with the same bound for all its ***,according to linear matrix inequality optimal techniques,a simple procedure for achieving the performance index is ***,the state-feedback gain scheduling controller is designed to guarantee the stability and quadratic H2 gain performance for the closed-loop LPV ***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified via a numerical example.

This paper considers the robust static output feedback control of a miniature helicopter with parameter uncertainties and wind gust disturbances. A *** H2/LMI condition is derived for suboptimal controllers of uncertain system. Then by iterative LMI algorithm,the robust static output feedback controller is designed for the helicopter system with uncertainties. In the end, simulation results are given to validate the control method.

Strain clamps in the transmission line have a vital role. With X-ray inspection in the transmission line, X-ray images to check defects of the tensioning line clip method have already become the mainstream method. In this paper, we concentrate on the strain clamps' steel anchor end and strand distance defects. We propose a method based on the rotated object detection model RoI Transformer with KFIoU loss to extract the diameter of the steel anchor tube as a reference to determine whether the distance is too long. We first obtain the rotated bounding boxes of the steel anchor and the strand, then calculate the distance between the steel anchor end and the strand and the diameter of the steel anchor by rotated bounding boxes, and finally determine whether there is a defect. Through the study of this essay, the defect detection of strain clamps realizes with high accuracy which has an essential reference for the quality inspection of tension clamp crimping in engineering applications. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Output Feedback Stabilization of networked control systems with Uncertain Transition Probability Matrix

In this paper, the output feedback stabilization problem for a class of discrete-time networked control systems (NCSs) with uncertain transition probability matrix and random packet dropouts are investigated. Random packet dropouts occurring in the sensor-to-controller (S-C) and controller-to-actuator (C-A) are modeled as Markov chain. The resulting closed-loop systems are modeled as discrete-time Markovian jump linear systems (MJLSs) with uncertain transition probability matrix. Sufficient conditions for existence of a output feedback controller which guarantees the stochastic stability of NCS are established based on stochastic Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality approach. A simulation example illustrates the validity and feasibility of the results.

Strain clamps of transmission lines are the main part of transmission lines, which play the role of bearing tensile force and transmitting current in the transmission line. In this paper, we focus on the distance between the end of steel anchor and strand in the strain clamps. We propose a method using YOLOv4 and classic image processing methods to measure the distance referred to above, according to which we can judge whether the strain clamps have defects about distance. We first got the bounding boxes of the end of steel anchor and strand in the strain clamps by YOLOv4, thus calculating the distance between the two bounding boxes. Meanwhile, we used classic image processing methods to get the diameter of the steel anchor. Finally, we calculated the ratio of the two distances mentioned above to determine whether the defect exists. We achieve good performance in the detection of distance defects in strain clamps with high accuracy through the research in this paper. © 2023 SPIE. All rights reserved.
