Until recently, deep steganalyzers in spatial domain have been all designed for gray-scale images. In this paper, we propose WISERNet (the wider separate-then-reunion network) for steganalysis of color images. We provide theoretical rationale to claim that the summation in normal convolution is one sort of "linear collusion attack" which reserves strong correlated patterns while impairs uncorrelated noises. Therefore in the bottom convolutional layer which aims at suppressing correlated image contents, we adopt separate channel-wise convolution without summation instead. Conversely, in the upper convolutional layers we believe that the summation in normal convolution is beneficial. Therefore we adopt united normal convolution in those layers and make them remarkably wider to reinforce the effect of "linear collusion attack". As a result, our proposed wide-and-shallow, separate-then-reunion network structure is specifically suitable for color image steganalysis. We have conducted extensive experiments on color image datasets generated from BOSSBase raw images and another large-scale dataset which contains 100,000 raw images, with di_erent demosaicking algorithms and downsampling algorithms. The experimental results show that our proposed network outperforms other state-of-the-art color image steganalytic models either hand-crafted or learned using deep networks in the literature by a clear margin. Specifically, it is noted that the detection performance gain is achieved with less than half the complexity compared to the most advanced deeplearning steganalyzer as far as we know, which is scarce in the literature. The ChaLearn large-scale gesture recognition challenge has been run twice in two workshops in conjunction with the International Conference on Pattern Recognition (ICPR) 2016 and International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV) 2017, attracting more than 200 teams around the world. This challenge has two tracks, focusing on isolated and continuous gesture recognition, respectively. This paper describes the creation of both benchmark datasets and analyzes the advances in large-scale gesture recognition based on these two datasets. We discuss the challenges of collecting large-scale ground-truth annotations of gesture recognition, and provide a detailed analysis of the current state-of-the-art methods for large-scale isolated and continuous gesture recognition based on RGB-D video sequences. In addition to recognition rate and mean jaccard index (MJI) as evaluation metrics used in our previous challenges, we also introduce the corrected segmentation rate (CSR) metric to evaluate the performance of temporal segmentation for continuous gesture recognition. Furthermore, we propose a bidirectional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) baseline method, determining the video division points based on the skeleton points extracted by convolutional pose machine (CPM). Experiments demonstrate that the proposed Bi-LSTM outperforms the state-of-the-art methods with an absolute improvement of 8.1% (from 0.8917 to 0.9639) of CSR. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. In this paper, a nonlinear system with time delay mode for DNA strand displacement based on toehold exchange firstly is proposed. The boundedness of all the state variables of the DNA strand displacement system is proved. After that, local stability analysis is performed around the positive equilibrium point to obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for local stability, which depend on the coefficients of the characteristic equation corresponding to linearization of the system. In addition, the existence of the Hopf bifurcation is analyzed, which shows that the time delay parameter will guarantee that the system is stable within a certain range. However, Hopf bifurcation and chaos occur when the time delay parameter increases continuously and even exceeds the critical value. At last, numerical simulations have verified the correctness and validity of the DNA strand displacement studies.

Growth stage information is a very primary parameter for managing the grain crop. In this study, time series Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) data in 2015 were obtained in Anhui Province, China based on 8-day composite MOD09A1 data products, and the extraction method of rice phenology was specifically analyzed at a provincial scale. HANTS (Harmonic Analysis of Time Series) filtering algorithm was firstly used to smooth the time series EVI curves and identify every growth and development period of paddy rice. The results indicate that HANTS has a better performance in removing noise, restoring original information and retain the change information of multi-temporal EVI curves. The primary planting regions were located in the southern Huai-River areas, from early June to late June in 2015. It turned into the transplanting stage in succession from south to north and followed by the heading stage in succession in early August. From early September to late October, it turned into mature stage from south to north in succession. © 2017 IEEE.

This paper investigates the distributed motion planning of multiple robot arms with limited communications in the presence of noises. To do this, a nonlinearly-activated noise-tolerant zeroing neural network (NANTZNN) is designed and presented for the first time for solving the presented distributed scheme online. Theoretical analyses and simulation results show the effectiveness and accuracy of the presented distributed scheme with the aid of NANTZNN model.

With the rapid development of the internet, applications of recommendation systems for online shops and entertainment platforms become more and more popular. In order to improve the effectiveness of recommendation, external information has been incorporated into various algorithms, such as location and social relationship. However, most algorithms only focus on the introduction of external information without depth analysis of the intrinsic mechanism in the external information. This paper proposed a transfer model of social trusted relationship, and optimized the reliability of the transfer model using pruning algorithm based on original trust recommendation. A credible social relationship macro-transfer model based on iterations of new credible relationships is defined by the similarity of social relationships. With a certain interest topic as a source of information, a micro-transfer model achieves the theme of interest and credibility of the expansion using social information dissemination algorithm. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the macro and micro credible transfer models, we used the Mantra search tree pruning algorithm and the optimization algorithm of similar category replacing similar products. The experimental results show that the proposed method based on the macroscopic and microscopic transfer models of the trusted relationship enhances the success rate and stability of the recommended system.

The speed control of permanent magnet brushed (PMB) DC motors at low speeds is difficult due to the nonlinearity caused by various types of frictions. Under parameter uncertainty, the speed control becomes more difficult. In this paper, to handle the parameter uncertainty, we propose a dynamic neural network to adaptively reconstruct or learn the dynamics of PMB DC motors. Then, based on the parameters of the neural dynamic model, a near-optimal dynamic neural controller is designed and proposed for the speed control of PMB DC motors with frictions considered under parameter uncertainty. Simulations substantiate the efficacy of the proposed dynamic neural model and adaptive near-optimal controller for PMB DC motors with fully unknown parameters.

With the development of information technology, the application of big data in financial aspects becomes more and more deepening. However, in the aspect of bank loans, the accuracy of traditional user loan risk prediction models, such as KNN, Bayesian, are not benefit from the data *** paper proposes to use DNN algorithm to forecast the risk of user loan based on the difficulties of current overdue prediction and the excellent learning ability of DNN. This article uses user basic information, bank records, user browsing behavior, credit card billing records, and loan time information to evaluate whether users are delinquent. Firstly, this paper record bank records according to the transaction type, respectively, to generate income and spending data. Secondly, to sum the user browsing behavior also, and to record the average of credit card bill. In addition, in order to reduce the effect of eigenvalue size on the result, all characteristics are standardized. Finally, users who lack user information are discarded and the above fields are spliced. The spliced fields are the basic input for DNN. From the experimental results, DNN algorithm inc rease over 6% prediction than kNN, Bayes algorithm.

MGMT promoter methylation and IDH1 mutation in high-grade gliomas (HGG) have proven to be the two important molecular indicators associated with better prognosis. Traditionally, the statuses of MGMT and IDH1 are obtained via surgical biopsy, which is laborious, invasive and time-consuming. Accurate presurgical prediction of their statuses based on preoperative imaging data is of great clinical value towards better treatment plan. In this paper, we propose a novel Multi-label Inductive Matrix Completion (MIMC) model, highlighted by the online inductive learning strategy, to jointly predict both MGMT and IDH1 statuses. Our MIMC model not only uses the training subjects with possibly missing MGMT/IDH1 labels, but also leverages the unlabeled testing subjects as a supplement to the limited training dataset. More importantly, we learn inductive labels, instead of directly using transductive labels, as the prediction results for the testing subjects, to alleviate the overfitting issue in small-sample-size studies. Furthermore, we design an optimization algorithm with guaranteed convergence based on the block coordinate descent method to solve the multivariate non-smooth MIMC model. Finally, by using a precious single-center multi-modality presurgical brain imaging and genetic dataset of primary HGG, we demonstrate that our method can produce accurate prediction results, outperforming the previous widely-used single- or multi-task machine learning methods. This study shows the promise of utilizing imaging-derived brain connectome phenotypes for prognosis of HGG in a non-invasive manner. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

In this study, the problems of precise linearization and optimal control for the cell three-compartment transition model are investigated. According to the differential geometry theory of nonlinear system, three-compartment nonlinear affine model of intracellular and extracellular distribution of 1, 6-diphenyl-1, 3, 5-hexatriene (DPH) is established. A nonlinear state feedback expression is deduced by means of state feedback precise linearization method to realize the linearization of the nonlinear system. Furthermore, the state feedback coefficient is optimized by solving Riccati's equation. The obtained control law is simple and easy to implement. The numerical simulation results show that the feedback system constructed by the nonlinear control strategies has good stability characteristics, and the dynamic response characteristic is improved obviously.
