A new teaching model of teaching-innovation-competition is presented and a wisdom course based on this model is developed for mechatronics engineering majors, mainly to deal with several existing problems such as limited experimentation and lack of innovative inspiration in Chinese universities. This study elaborates the course objectives and structure of curriculum system, including digitalized teaching content, project-driven teaching means, innovation platform, web-based resource support, team competition and diversified evaluation method. Through a teaching case study within mechatronic engineering major, the teaching mechanism and achievements are demonstrated. The study results indicate that the proposed teaching mode based on the virtual teaching and research section, significantly improves students' innovation ability and the teaching effects, compared to traditional teaching methods. Aiming at the problem of poor accuracy consistency of large sections’docking assembly,an automatic docking method using multiple laser trackers to measure the position and posture of the docking sections in real time was *** the solution of the pose of the docking section,real-time pose measurement of the docking section was realized by establishing a global coordinate system and a coordinate fusion method of three or more laser *** the automatic control of the docking process,the real-time communication protocol and the circular negative feedback control strategy of measurement-adjustment-re-measurement are adopted,and the fully-automated docking of large sections is ***,an experimental verification system was set up,and the docking of the large-scale section reduction models was realized under the requirements of docking accuracy,and the effectiveness of the automatic docking scheme was successfully verified.

Hole-transporting materials play a vital role in terms of the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).The dithieno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]pyrrole(DTP),an S,N-heterocyclic building block,has been proved to be desirable for molecular design of hole-transporting materials in *** developed an asymmetrically substituted DTP small-molecule(JW12)and a reference compound(JW11).The asymmetrical structure of JW12 leads to different absorption properties and electron *** device in a planar n-i-p architecture using JW12 shows a much higher PCE(18.07%)than that based on JW11(15.46%),which is also better than the device based on spiro-OMe TAD(17.47%).We hope our research can provide a new perspective in molecular design of organic HTMs for perovskite solar cells.

PATH OPTIMIZATION FOR DYNAMIC OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE OF PIONEER ROBOT BASED ON DDPG SMART AGENT

To improve the path efficiency for dynamic obstacle avoidance algorithms of Pioneer robots, this paper proposes an approach to create deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) smart agents with recurrent neural networks (RNN) to optimize the path strategy. This approach is realized by training RNN with the backpropagation (BP) algorithm to train the agent. First, the SolidWorks model and obstacle avoidance model of the Pioneer robot is established. The LIDAR sensor is used to obtain environmental information. Further, deep reinforcement learning obstacle avoidance algorithm based on RNN is presented. The dynamic obstacle avoidance path of the Pioneer robot is further simulated in two different virtual robot experiment platform (V-REP) scenarios. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm shortens the training time by 26.3% compared with the DDPG algorithm. Our proposed scheme can improve the path efficiency for dynamic obstacle avoidance of the Pioneer robot. © 2023, Politechnica University of Bucharest. All rights reserved.

Planetary gearboxes (PGs) are the core transmission components of complex rotating machinery. The diverse forms of internal gear faults often complicate diagnosis and maintenance work. To improve the fault diagnosis accuracy of PGs, this paper proposes a method for diagnosing PG faults based on deep autoencoders (DAE) and convolutional neural networks (CNN). The method fully utilizes the deep learning capability of DAE and combines it with the precise recognition ability of CNN for fault features. Through precise learning in the encoding layer, it achieves deep dimensionality reduction of fault features and further learns these features after dimensionality reduction by CNN. Compared to traditional CNN, the method reduces the computation parameters and resource consumption, resulting in higher precision intelligent fault diagnosis. Experimental results demonstrate that DAE-CNN exhibits stronger fault diagnosis ability than traditional networks. © 2023 IEEE.

The dust removal technology of welding seam image has important practical significance for promoting the development of weld instance segmentation and target tracking. In this paper, we propose a welding seam image dust removal algorithm based on fusion of dual-scale dark channel and bright channel, which is to solve the problem that the color distortion and halo effect of dark channel prior image restoration algorithm in weld depth of field sudden change area and bright region. Firstly, the results of the minimum filtering of two scale windows are adaptively weighted and fused to obtain the fused dark channel. Secondly, the dark channel prior and the bright channel prior fusion strategy is adopted to obtain the fused atmospheric light to make the rough transmittance estimation more accurate. Finally, the weighted guided filtering is combined with up-sampling and down-sampling to optimize the rough transmittance, and the weld image is restored by combining the atmospheric scattering model. The experimental results indicate that our algorithm can restore the color and edge details of welding seam images and effectively suppress the halo effect. The objective comparison with several typical algorithms proves the feasibility and superiority of the proposed algorithm. © 2021. All Rights Reserved.

Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) technology provides a convenient and efficient power supply solution for mobile devices. The utilization of constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) control in WPT systems proves valuable for charging battery applications. This paper presents a novel WPT system with CC and CV output characteristics, employing a switching topology. Specifically, the LCC-S and LCC-P topologies are applied and rigorously simulated. The proposed MCR-WPT system's output characteristics in both CC and CV modes are meticulously validated using Saber software. The simulation results distinctly demonstrate the system's capability to achieve CC and CV outputs within a varying load resistance range of 5Ω to 30Ω, thus conclusively establishing the efficacy of the topology switching technology. © 2023 IEEE.

To enable preliminary diagnosis of various diseases in the human body, detecting the concentrations of targeted components in exhaled gases is an effective way without invasive diagnosis. An exhaled gas concentration detection device is proposed in this paper. Firstly, this device employs a high-accuracy analog front end (AFE) for transmitting the concentrations of targeted components to an electronic voltage signal. The core circuit of AFE is a high-precision and low-current constant current source. Secondly, a heating circuit with controllable temperature is also designed to provide an appropriate operating temperature for different types of gas sensor materials. Thirdly, the system applies a microcontroller to directly read multiple-channel gas concentrations and independently control multiple heating circuits. The performance of the device has been validated through simulations. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) is a non-contact method for measuring heart rate (HR) through facial video, breaking the constraints of contact measurements and offering broad application prospects. However, in real monitoring scenarios, the distance of subjects and facial illumination often vary. This leads to degradation of rPPG signals due to changes in facial resolution and light intensity. This paper presents the High and Low Frequency Feature Adversarial Learning Network (HLFF-AL), which utilizes feature space interpolation and composite feature capture to perform multi-band global and local signal extraction. By adopting an adversarial learning strategy, it enhances the capability to capture semantic information of rPPG under varying resolutions and lighting, bridging the differences in rPPG signal generation due to resolution changes. While maintaining accuracy in HR measuring, the robustness of the network is improved to achieve robust measurement of HR via rPPG. Even under high-resolution conditions, the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) for the three public datasets - unchanging lighting (COHFACE, UBFC-rPPG) and varying lighting (BUAA-MIHR) - reached 1.10 bpm, 1.64 bpm, and 4.41 bpm, respectively, with a mere 0.29 bpm difference in MAE between high and low resolutions on the BUAA-MIHR dataset. This demonstrates that HLFF-AL can predict more robust rPPG signals in various resolutions and lighting scenarios, achieving competitive results compared to state-of-the-art methods. © 1991-2012 IEEE.
