This paper presents a novel speckle reduction algorithm based on sparse representation and structure characteristics of PolSAR image. First, each pixel in original image is classified into bright point or line targets, dark point or line targets and others to form a classification map. Second, sparse decomposition and reconstruction is performed on PolSAR image by OMP and K-SVD methods to filter speckle. Finally, the blurred point and line targets in filtered image are enhanced with the classification map. Experimental results with the data of Hayward area from AIRSAR system show that the proposed method is effective both on speckle reduction and scattering characteristics preservation.

In high dynamic environment, due to the rapid relative movement between receiver and transmitter, the DOA (Direction of Arrival) of signals will change even between two consecutive snapshots. Thus, covariance-based DOA estimation algorithms are ineffective. Compressive sensing algorithms, as a kind of novel DOA estimation algorithms, are still effective with only one snapshot. At the same time, it is noted that the DOA changing is limited by relative moving speed and distance between receiver and transmitter. In this paper, a DOA tracking algorithm based on weighted L1 minimization is proposed which utilizing the DOA changing scope between two consecutive snapshots as a prior to improve the tracking performance. Different from other multiple snapshots compressive sensing algorithms which assumed fixed DOA among multiple consecutive snapshots, the proposed algorithm takes into account the DOA changing among different snapshots. The simulation results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed algorithm.

In order to implement the function of collision resolution correctly in the condition of relatively complex nature of the confliction and the flight density, a collision resolution algorithm based on ADS-B and genetic algorithm is introduced in the condition of free flight. Firstly, the algorithm encoding the position of aircraft track points in the conflict sector, using GA to optimize the objective function in the route planning, guiding and realizing the plans and choices for the 2D track of aircraft. Then, planning the no conflict flight paths for each aircraft combined with TCP+1 report from the ADS-B information, to achieve the collision resolution between aircrafts. Take 3 aircrafts which in flight conflict at same time for example, the simulation shows that the GA can search the optimal solution for the no conflict path after 30 generations calculation, and demonstrates the algorithm can provide an ideal program of conflict resolution for each aircraft in a short period of time.

According to the proposal of L-DACS1, we build the model of the receiver of the physical layer of the L-DACS1 system, using verilog HDL and DSP programming language. Timing synchronization module, which is used to locate the signals with noises accurately, is programmed in verilog HDL, considering the special structure of the time domain representation of synchronization symbols. The module of channel estimating and equalizing process the data using DSP chips, so than we can avoid errors brought by fixed algorithms and reduce the work of FPGA effectively at the same time. The result shows that the receiver can ensure a good use of the resources on chips and realize accurate and continuous work, using FPGA and DSP.
