In order to obtain ideal bandwidth and high sensitivity of multiple degrees of freedom micro gyroscopes, a kind of optimization design method of combining dynamic characteristic extraction with orthogonal experiment is presented in this paper. Firstly, the effect of vibrator mass ratio, structural frequency ratio and damping ratio on dynamic characteristic that is bandwidth and sensitivity of micro gyroscopes was studied, and then the constraint conditions of optimization design was determined according to dynamic characteristic. And on this basis the orthogonal experiment was adopted to set the level range of each factors and optimize sensitivity and bandwidth of the micro gyroscopes by orthogonal table of five factors and four levels. After optimization, the sensitivity of the micro gyroscopes is only slightly increased, but the bandwidth which compares to result of second order sequence optimization is increased by 1590Hz. Therefore, the optimization design method can greatly improve the bandwidth of the micro gyroscopes and be applied to the optimization design of the multiple degrees of freedom micro gyroscopes with wide-bandwidth. © 25th International Congress on Sound and Vibration 2018, ICSV 2018: Hiroshima Calling. The machine produces vibrations under the excitation of the cutting load and the non-equilibrium inertia of the actuator and actuator, which affects the machining accuracy and reduces the processing efficiency. A dynamic design method of machine tool structure is put forward and studied to ensure the dynamic properties of machine tool structure and realize the machining precision which improved machine tool weight is reduced by 18.3%, the machine natural frequency is increased by 2.1%, which improves the machine Performance, and access to the final design. © 2019, Politechnica University of Bucharest. Electromagnetic desalination system is designed by coupling effect of electric field and magnetic field. By designing the L27(313) orthogonal table as the experimental scheme, the electromagnetic desalination efficiency is used as the data of the range R analysis. The main and secondary factors influencing desalination efficiency are as follows: initial seawater concentration(F)>influent flow(G)>interaction of adsorption voltage(D) and magnetic field(E)> interaction of activated carbon pore size(A) and substrate material(B)>interaction of activated carbon pore size(A) and adsorption voltage(D)> adsorption voltage(D)>magnetic field(E)>number of electrodes(E)>substrate material(B)>activated carbon pore size(A).The best combination of seawater desalination is A2B2C1D3E3F1G2. The range R of factor F is 20.53, which indicates that the initial seawater concentration has a highly significant influence on the desalination effect of seawater.

The high-speed rolling machine is a key equipment in the automatic production line of automobile body-in-white welding. This article focuses on analyzing a method for accurately stopping the high-speed rolling machine using laser distance measurement. Firstly, through the analysis of the movement process, the calculation method of the length of each period in the 7-stage S-type acceleration and deceleration in the movement of the high-speed rolling machine is given; secondly, the system control theory model of the measurement and control system is established to analyze the dual-position closed-loop strategy The method of realizing the accurate stopping of the high-speed rolling machine; finally, the accurate stopping control method of the high-speed rolling machine proposed in this paper was verified by building an experimental system and developing the corresponding control program.

Objective: To compare biomechanical behaviors of lumbar lateral interbody fusion with and without posterior fixation. Methods: Three kinds of three-dimensional nonlinear finite element models of lumbar vertebrae (L3-S1) were developed: traditional lateral interbody fusion with bilateral pedicle 4 screws and 2 rods internal fixation; only lateral interbody fusion; intact model. The models were supported to a 500N follower load with a 7.5-N.m moment of flexion, extension,lateral bending,and rotation. The change of the range of motion (ROM) and intervertebral disc pressure (IDP) of the surgical segment and adjacent segments are compared. Results: Compared with the intact model, both surgical methods reduce the range of motion at the surgical segment in all motion modes, but have almost no effect on adjacent segments. The addition of fixation induce the further reduction of ROM in the surgical segment, and the ROM is almost 0° in all motion modes except for rotation. While for the model of only lateral interbody fusion, the ROM range from 0.4° to 2.2°. Moreover, the variation of the intervertebral disc pressure in surgery groups are extremely subtle in all the segments and all the postures. Conclusion: Compared to the only lateral interbody fusion,the traditional internal fixation with bilateral pedicle 4 screws and 2 rods for lateral interbody fusion showed more bimechanical stability of the surgical segment. The extra fixation for lumbar lateral interbody fusion is indispensable for surgeon.

The follower load is a synergy of the mimicking the human muscle tissue. It can improve load-carrying capacity of the human cervical spine and play an important part in maintaining the stability of cervical spine. Currently, the studies of the influence of a follower load on biomechanics of cervical spine is still not perfect. Therefore, this paper used the finite element (FE) modeling method to investigate the biomechanical response of cervical spine under different follower loads. The range of motion (ROM) of and intradiscal pressure (IDP) in the cervical spine were important parameters reflecting the condition of the cervical spine. So a three-dimensional (3D) nonlinear finite element model of the cervical spine (C3-C7) was built and validated. Under different follower loads (0 N, 50 N, 100 N, 150 N), a moment of 1 Nm was applied in the three anatomical planes to study the the influence of the follower load on the range of motion and intradiscal pressure in cervical spine. The results indicated that follower load reduced the ROM of cervical spine in extension, and in other postures increased the ROM. The most significant effect of the follower load on cervical spine was in torsion (55%), lateral bending (50%) and flexion (17%). In all postures, the IDP of cervical spine increased with the follower load increased, at the same the IDP changed nonlinearly with the follower load increased.

This paper aims at solving the problems that the manipulator will be constrained by the flexible load, and the caused constraint force is difficult to control. Based on the deflection screw theory, the dynamic model of the manipulator system is established by using the Lagrange equation. Firstly, according to the interaction of the end effector, the flexible load and the environmental constraints of the manipulator, the equation of motion of the entire system is built. Secondly, the dynamic model of the manipulator system is set up, that the system including the flexible load and the manipulator. Finally, Under the certain known environmental constraints, the dynamic modeling of a manipulator is performed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation of a flexible beam operated by a 3-DOF manipulator. © 2018 IEEE.

Aiming at the requirements of the real-time detection of weld defects in the industry, the candid covariance-free incremental PCA (CCIPCA) algorithm was introduced into the Two-Dimensional Principal Component Analysis (2PCA) algorithm, therefore an incremental 2DPCA algorithm (I2DPCA) is proposed. Firstly, the images captured by camera are preprocessed to improve the quality of the images because the captured images might be affected in the process of image acquisition. Then the I2DPCA algorithm is used to achieve feature extraction, and the dimension of the images is reduced. Finally, the recognition of weld defects is implemented using the k-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN). Compared with the methods of traditional recognition by extracting the sizes of several geometric defects, the proposed algorithm has the advantage of the small memory spaces, the high recognition rate and the strong real-time recognition. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher recognition rate and is more practical than the 2DPCA, and the recognition rate reaches 94%, which can meet the requirements of the real-time detection. © 2018 IEEE.

The fixture is an important equipment, and is widely used in the auto-body panels to be assembled and welded. However, most fixtures, which installed on the production lines, are special to make the production cost higher and the production efficiency lower. Therefore, the reconfigurability of the fixture becomes a key factor that effects the production efficiency of automobiles. To handle the above problems, the new reconfigurable fixture robot is proposed in this paper, which can meet the handing, assembling and welding requirements of different automobile's sheet parts on the automobile production lines. First, the three-dimensional model and the kinematic equations of the proposed reconfigurable fixture robot are established. Then, the working space of the reconfigurable fixture robot is also obtained. Finally, the modal analysis of the reconfigurable fixture robot is performed to determine the cause of resonances. Reconfigurable fixture robots are capable of gripping the auto-body panels with the different radii of curvature, which can also meet the work scopes on the production lines. © 2018 IEEE.
