In order to study the voltage stability of power system, the basic bifurcation theory is used to analyze the common bifurcation phenomenon and the effects of bifurcation on the voltage stability. In this paper, the application of static and dynamic bifurcation in voltage stability studies is reviewed respectively. In the static bifurcation analysis, the saddle node bifurcation (SNB) and the limit induced bifurcation (LIB) are analyzed emphatically. In the dynamic bifurcation analysis, Hopf bifurcation (HB) and singular induced bifurcation (SIB) are analyzed emphatically. These four kings of bifurcation causing mainly voltage instability are discussed and summarized detailedly; the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared. Finally, the further research field of bifurcation theory applied in voltage stability analysis is prospected.

With the rapid development of smart grid and information technology, Energy Internet has been attracting increasing attention from government as well industry. The current power grid and energy management system cannot meet optimal allocation and auxiliary function of clean energy power generation. The Energy router is an effective power device which cannot only realise the power control of each power supply, but also can optimise the allocation of electrical energy by communication equipment. Within an Energy Internet, energy router is the key element to receive, control, transmit, transfer, store and distribute energies, just like what a conventional router does in telecommunications. The energy router is designed as a control center on the distribution side. Based on conventional concept of energy hub, new features and improvements, including combining information processing unit, adding renewable energy as input power, proposing cost deduction solutions, and redesigning the storage system, have been added in designing energy router, which is to realize the final target of Energy Internet. In the end, with the consideration of market conditions, energy routers can be constructed based on existed industrial foundation, including in the markets that are controlled by monopoly electricity enterprises. Feasibility analysis and related advantages of developing energy routers are provided in the paper.

Smart Grid Network (SGN) is one of the innovative trends towards efficient and intelligent use of the conventional and unconventional resources of energy with respect to electric power generation, transmission and distribution. Future smart grids are expected to have reliable, efficient, secured, and cost-effective power management with the implementation of distributed architecture. Genetic algorithms (GA) and ant colony algorithm (ACO) are computational models that simulate the process of biological evolution and are widely applied to problems related to path planning. This paper proposes a path planning algorithm which combines the genetic algorithm and the ant colony algorithm. The hybrid algorithm overcomes the problem of genetic algorithm's poor ability in local search, and overcomes the slow convergence speed, local optimal solution of ant colony algorithm's in the process of convergence. The effectiveness and rapidity of the proposed hybrid algorithm is verified by simulation and experiment. The overall performance is better than the genetic algorithm and the ant colony algorithm. Finally, we carried out the experiments to verify the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid algorithm which could avoid collision and reach the target safely, and the proposed hybrid algorithm was compared with ACO and GA respectively. The experimental results showed that the proposed hybrid algorithm overcame the defects of ACO and GA, verified the effectiveness and rapidity of the proposed hybrid algorithm.
