For the sake of making more rational use of soil temperature and humidity sensor to measure soil moisture in farmland, In this paper, by using the index filter method, we detect the soil surface humidity of the actual collection points to infer the deep soil humidity of other virtual collection points in the reasonable area. The experimental results show that for the virtual collection point (30-120cm) soil humidity, the estimation error of the exponential filtering method is within 2.85%-5.54%, and the estimation result in 30-60cm is the most accurate.

In order to solve the friction and external interference on the spherical motor performance, reduce the dynamics model modeling *** on the structural characteristics of the spherical motor, the dynamic model of spherical motor is established by using xyz the Euler angle and the Lagrange equation, on this basis, the neural network approximation model is designed to achieve precise control of the spherical motor. The simulation results show that the adaptive control algorithm based on neural network can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of spherical motor, and in the case of large modeling error, it can still guarantee the motion accuracy of the spherical motor.
