Along with the socio-economic development and people's living standards constantly improving, demand for beverages and alcohol increases. Therefore the high-end industrial automatic filling equipment are also promoted. This paper designs and manufactures a liquid filling machine intelligent controlsystem for automated production line of beer. This system is composed by HOLLSYS LM3106A PLC (Programmable Logic controller) and Hollyview industrial control configuration software and Shihlin SS22-023-0.75K inverter composition. We conducted energy dissipation test experiment and canned beer production experiment based on PID control. The experiment proves that the production efficiency of the system has improved the percent of 11.27. Energy consumption of the system has also reduced. So the system which has Advantage of high working efficiency and energy saving can be applied in production in the future.

According to the characteristics of the STM32 technology and DeviceNet fieldbus, this paper designs a DeviceNet - SPI converter module. The converter module solves the problem of conversion between the DeviceNet fieldbus and the SPI protocol, making the equipment with SPI interface have the communication function of DeviceNet fieldbus through the converter module, at the same time making up for the shortcomings of SPI protocol with no response mechanism. The converter module is introduced the design in detail from the hardware to software and the building of experimental platform to test the design of the system in this paper. Besides, the paper contains testing and verifying the feasibility and reliability of the converter module through the analysis of the results.

Diagnosis of potential faults concealed inside power transformers is the key of ensuring power system safety. The existing transformer diagnosis methods only infer based on single informative data and it is difficult to detect transformer faults more correctly. In this paper, fault diagnosis based on multi-class multi-kernel learning relevance vector machine (MMKL-RVM) is proposed which can integrate the informative data that can indicate the existence of fault. MMKL-RVM achieves sparsity without the constraint of having a binary class problem and provides probabilistic outputs for class membership instead of the hard binary decisions given by the traditional SVM. Most importantly, MMKL-RVM enables informative integration of possibly heterogeneous informative data or feature spaces in a multitude of ways, from the simple summation of feature expansions to weighted product of kernels. Additionally, Genetic Algorithm (GA) combined with K-fold Cross Validation (K-CV) method is adopted to optimize the kernels parameters in order to enhance the performance of the MMKL-RVM. Experimental results show that MMKL-RVM is capable of more excellent diagnosis accuracy to BP neural network and SVM.

Space heating accounts for large percentage of building energy consumption, which may cause air quality deterioration in cold climate area. Solar energy systems and ground-source heat pumps are two promising means of reducing the consumption of fossil energy and the emission of green-house gas. Taking a typical office building at tianjin as an example, the application of solar heating system assisted by ground-source heat pumps was studied. The entire system was modelled via the TRNSYS simulation environment and the energy performance was evaluated based on the winter time operation schedule. It shows that the overall system COP can reach 8.17 and the heat pump COP is increased.
