The water quality data in some petrochemical company are stored in the lims database, in order to support the field operation's decision-making according to these data, it's necessary to do some appropriate data mining. However, the accuracy of the results of data mining directly associated with the quality of source data, so data preprocessing on the raw data is necessary in the data mining process. The process of data preprocessing is as follows: First, the classification of the raw data, here it is based on the frequency difference of the data acquisition. Second, data cleaning on the raw data, including cleaning the noisy data, missing data and redundant data (here mainly refers to the attribute redundancy).For the noisy data it take the method combining computer with artificial, for the missing data it mainly take the interpolation method using the mean data, and the redundancy property items were deleted;Third, data transformation for the later data processing. It mainly do the normalization to eliminate the difference of the dimension and magnitude on the raw data, so that all data can put together to make a comprehensive analysis. It uses the mean and standard deviation method to preprocessing the raw data and then make a compare of the result of the two different methods and it get the conclusion that the mean method is a better normalization method;fourth, to conduct data reduction, which refers to reduce the data storage space as far as possible while it must ensure the data integrity, it uses the principal component analysis method to do the job.

With the development of wind power technology, the wind farm becomes a large station in which many kinds of devices are. These devices are from different companies having their own monitoring systems, so it is hard to monitor and manage the whole wind farm on one device. This paper design a large-scale wind farm monitoring system based on Browser/Server in which power quality monitoring system, power plant high voltage station and central remote control system, wind tower database are included. By applying this system, operator can monitor the hole wind farm on one device and avoid potentially malfunction in system.

Through the Introduction of presentation structure and basic functions of a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) controller, analysis of Reactive Power Compensation control Method is introduced as an example for inhibit voltage flicker, oscillation damping system, excellent dynamic qualities of power system normal state transition process and the improvement of power system transient, static stability limit. Advantages and disadvantages of various methods are summed up and the future trends of the prospects are proposed in the last.

controlled by an optical switch, liber Bragg grating sensing system based on spatial division multiplexing was achieved when a broad-band source illumines FBG sensor array. With an isosceles triangle cantilever beam to realize linear tuning of Bragg wavelength of fiber grating without chirping by adjusting the deflection of the free end, the system employs an unbalanced Mach-Zehnder interferometer to translate the FBG wavelength signal related the strain into phase signal. The strain can be recovered by measuring the phase change of the signal with signal processing circuit. With the characteristic of high resolution and wide measurement range, this sensing system has the capability of measuring static strain as well as dynamic strain. Experiment demonstrated that the sensing sensitivity was 0.82°°/με.

Three-phase two-stage grid-connected photovoltaic generation system is researched in this paper, the principle to select main parameters of the system is given, and parameters of current regulator and voltage regulator are adjusted based on the typical I and typical II system design principles and grid-connected control is realized. Owing to the existence of two-stage, where the maximum power tracking is achieved in the first stage and grid-connected is achieved via controlling inverter in the second stage. Also the independence of the two-stage, the system has a great expansion capability. Finally, the system is proved to be corresponding with IEEE Std 1547-2003 by numerical simulations. Though cartilage tissue is susceptible to damage and difficult to self-repair, cartilage tissue engineering provides an ideal way for the treatment of cartilage defects. Mechanical environments have significant effects on the growth and development of cartilage. The research of mechanical states of repaired articular cartilage by tissue engineering has significantly clinical value. According to the physical structure and movement modes of the knee, a model for the treatment of cartilage defects by tissue engineering was established based on the finite element method, with a rolling depression load as the mechanical condition. Defect models of articular cartilage were represented by three different indicators: defect width, depth and the elastic modulus of artificial cartilage implanted. By finite element simulating, we theoretically studied the mechanical states of articular cartilage repaired by tissue engineering. The results show that the mechanical states varied in different parts of the defect, and some stresses in the tissue engineered cartilage or host cartilage deviated obviously from normally physiological conditions of the knee. An artificial cartilage with certain mechanical properties may contribute to the repair of cartilage defects by tissue engineering.

The solute transport in vivo is an important biological behavior within the avascular extracellular matrix of articular cartilage. Mechanical condition drives the cartilage to obtain nutrition and exclude waste during daily activities. The investigation of the transport behavior within the tissue is important to the understanding of the mechanisms of nutritional transport and mechanosignal transduction in cartilage. Under rolling loads, the solute transport within articular cartilage was preliminarily researched using the fluorescence detector to observe solute transport. In experiments, the compression rate of rolling loading is about 20%, rolling speed is 10cm / s, with experimental time respectively are 50s, 100s, and 5 min. Compared with the control group, the results show that the rolling load promoted the solute transport within articular cartilage. Although the exact promotion mechanism is unclear, the rolling loading may provide a potential load to enhance the solute transport, and may be applied to cartilage tissue engineering.

Regarding different operating conditions under different wind speed in Variable-Speed Constant-Frequency Wind Energy Generation using Doubly-Fed Induction Generator, the ADRC methods as applied to Grid-Connected, Maximal Power Point Tracking and Constant Power Output are presented. Finally, ADRC was prospected in the Variable-Speed Constant-Frequency Wind Energy Generation with Doubly-Fed Induction Generator.

For model predictive control (MPC) method, the state stability theorem cannot be directly applied to output tracking systems because the desired value exists. Herein, an approach was proposed to stabilize a class of output tracking systems with an integral term in the system transfer functions, through selection of intermediate variable and transformation of the system functions. According to simulation results, the MPC controller can well stabilize such output tracking system, indicating the validity of the proposed approach.
