In order to reduce the computational a novel approach is proposed in which the generalized predictive control (GPC) algorithm is improved based on toeplitz matrix in this paper. The control algorithm proposed is simplified by reconstructing the performance index. This approach has good adaptive ability and robustness with low-cost computation. The effectiveness and rapidity of this algorithm is demonstrated by the simulation results.

A novel calibration method for fisheye lens camera is proposed in this paper. The method is based on equidistance projection model of fisheye lens. The inner structure of the fisheye lens which consists of many pieces of lens is so complex that it is very difficult and unnecessary to construct its physical model. The optical center of the fisheye lens (u 0 ,v 0 ), the virtual focal of the fish-eye lens l and the ration of the distortion in x coordinate Kx and the Ky in y coordinate should be calibrate in the mathematical mode proposed by us. Some special calibration patterns have been designed for calibrating them. Here, the optical center is the precondition for other parameters precise calibration. Therefore, we discuss four different methods to get it. The experiment results show that the methods we present are accurate and stable.

Cartilage degradation or defects cause joint pain, activity obstacles, or even completely losing the joint function. At present, using many new technologies and methods for treatment clinically, but it only relieves the patients of pain. The development of cartilage tissue engineering is becoming an ideal way of permanently repairing tissue defects. Mechanical factors play a major role during the cartilage growing and developping. Currently, a variety of mechanical conditions are applied to cartilage bioreactors, such as Fluid shear stress, Liquid Pressure, Direct compression etc., or some combinations of these. But these mechanical conditions have not reflected the real mechanical environment of the cartilage. According to the biomimic principle of tissue engineering, from the mechanical characteristic of human activities, we have developed a dual-frequency loading device using in cartilage culture, adopting dual-frequency loading *** are two frequencies and corresponding amplitudes working on the building cartilage at any time, and it achieves that low-frequency high-amplitude coupling high-frequency low-amplitude loads acting on artificial cartilage constructions, that is, under dual-frequency dynamic loading conditions. The kind of dual-frequency loading method maybe contribute to the construction of the cartilage. The structure size of the device is enough small to fit for working in the general culture box, and we will test it with biological experiment in future.

The binocular vision measurement system is adopted to obtain the attitude of dynamic object. in which two CCDs are used and their optical axes are orthogonal. At first, the axis vector of the measured object is obtained using the orthogonal principle of two CCDs'optical axes. Then the attitude of the moving object such as pitch angle, yaw angle and rotation angle can be obtained by the relationship between the axis vector and the attitude of the measured object. The results of experiment and analysis show that the measurement method has higher precision, and can meet the measurement requirements for the dynamic parameter of the moving object in a long distance.

In this paper, according to the control requirement and actual project conditions of three-phase high power factor rectifier, the research of low switching losses three-phase PWM rectifier adopts hysteresis current control strategy which bases on load current feed-forward control. The system not only improves the high-frequency switching problem, but also makes that the system has much lower dependence on the PI parameters of the outer-loop voltage regulator than conventional hysteresis current control PWM rectifiers. The system works well even under unbalance power conditions. Both simulated and experimental results confirm the validity of the new control strategy and lower dependence on the PI parameters of the outerloop voltage regulator.
