Aiming at the insufficient optimization ability of traditional active distribution network (ADN) fault recovery, a combination of immune mechanism and immune genetic algorithm is proposed for risk prevention and control. First, a risk assessment model is constructed from the perspective of reliability of equipment operation and consequences of faults;second, for the first N scenarios with higher risk, a fault pre-recovery scheme is established with the objectives of restoring the most power supply, minimizing the number of switching times, and minimizing the network loss, and the immune genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. The N scenarios are recorded in the set of expected incidents to expand the immune memory cell library;finally, the simulation is carried out using the IEEE 33-node distribution network model as an example, and the simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed risk prevention and control strategies and the algorithms used, which lays a foundation for the subsequent fast and accurate recovery of power supply. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The Rural Hybrid Renewable Energy system (RHRES) holds great significance as a prospective energy system development. Ensuring its economic viability and low-carbon operation is crucial in order to fully harness its potential. Consequently, this research paper presents a multi-party cooperation operation model for RHRES, based on the Nash bargaining theory. To effectively differentiate between the various parties involved in carbon trading and guarantee the system's low-carbon operation, a ladder-type multi-party carbon trading model is formulated. The proposed RHRES cooperation operation model, grounded in Nash bargaining, is approached in two steps: determining the transaction volume between parties and resolving the transaction price through the concept of equivalent transformation. To address concerns regarding party privacy, the alternating direction multiplier method is employed for solution. The numerical findings demonstrate that the suggested cooperation operation model substantially reduces RHRES operating costs and carbon emissions, while enhancing the utilization of wind and solar power. Consequently, this model holds significant practical and promotional value. © 2024 SPIE.

Silicon carbide has a wider band gap and higher interface trap density. The threshold voltage shift caused by bias temperature instability is a challenge to the reliability of SiC MOSFET. In practical applications, the threshold voltage will change in real time with the change of power loss and junction temperature caused by the cooling system. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the threshold voltage shift considering BTI and junction temperature, which is of great significance to the reliability research of SiC MOSFET. In this paper, we first analyze the components and temperature sensitivity of SiC MOSFET on-state drain-source resistance, then study the influence mechanism of bias temperature instability on chip resistance, and finally propose to use SiC MOSFET chip drain-source on-state resistance to monitor the threshold voltage shift caused by the coupling of junction temperature and bias temperature instability. This method can directly obtain the shift threshold voltage through the chip drain source on state resistance. It is also suitable for SiC MOSFET modules with anti-parallel diodes. Considering the influence of temperature, this method can realize the accurate monitoring of threshold voltage under complex working conditions. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd. 2023.

In order to accurately and quickly recognize electrical devices and abnormal heating parts under infrared conditions, we propose a lightweight neural network-based method for identifying electrical devices and their abnormal heating parts. First, we construct a fast target detection network for real-time detection. Second, we propose an efficient feature retention module to avoid the feature loss problem in multi-layer convolutional operations. In addition, we introduce an attention mechanism based on the coordinate information interaction strategy to localize the target more accurately. Finally, we use a lightweight weighted bidirectional feature pyramid network to improve the detection accuracy at different scales. Experimental results on a dataset of 12109 electrical infrared images containing six types of electrical devices and anomalously heated areas show that the proposed method achieves good results, with an average recognition accuracy of 93.9% and a processing speed of 222 frames/second. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Due to the dispersed and disorderly feathers of distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation on the user side, the difficulties of the low-carbon transformation of the power grid and sustainable development of large-scale distributed PV power generation is increased. Based on a master-slave game, this article proposes an optimizing scheme for the operation of microgrids, where the users built PV and shared energy storages. Firstly, this paper introduces the operational framework of the system and the functions of micro-network operator (MNO) and load aggregator (LA). The optimization operation models for MNO and LA are modelled in the framework of Stackelberg master-slave game. The game relationship between MNO and LA is analyzed. Yalmip tool with the CPLEX solver are introduced to solve the differential evolution algorithm. Final, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in numerical examples. © 2024 SPIE.

Sign language plays an important role in information transmission and emotional communication between the hearing-impaired and the outside world. It is expressed through a rapid and complex combination of gestures, body postures and facial expressions. In this paper, Google's MediaPipe framework is used to extract and process key point information of hands. Depth features are used to supplement the RBG diagram. A framework of skeleton sensing multi-modal recognition suitable for complex scenes is proposed. This can be used to deal with the problem of sign language recognition of multi-modal information in different scenes. However, most of the existing sign language recognition methods are traditional convolutional networks and LSTM. Although they have excellent achievements in image recognition and video recognition, their application in sign language recognition does not conform to the characteristics of sign language. In this paper, a Swin Transformer model is used to process both depth information and RGB information. Finally, statistical data fusion method was used to fuse the depth prediction results with RGB prediction results. Experimental analysis shows that this method performs well in sign language recognition in complex scenes compared with existing methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Alveolar echinococcosis (AE) remains a serious worldwide public health problem as a very harmful human tapeworm disease. Rapid and accurate diagnosis of AE is crucial for treatment and postoperative recovery. This study explored the applicability of tissue surface Raman spectroscopy (SERS) combined with machine learning for rapid AE detection. Specifically, liver tissue section samples were obtained by creating an AE mouse model and SERS spectra were acquired. Five kinds of machine learning methods were used to construct AE diagnosis model, among which the linear kernel support vector machine (SVM) model had the best classification result, and the accuracy rate reached 95.7%. Then, the linear SVM model was subjected to feature significance analysis, which demonstrated that the biochemicals corresponding to the spectra of 641,716 and 1372 cm-1 might be potential biomarkers. Gaussian noise is further added to test the noise interference resistance of different machine learning algorithms, and it is found that SVM with Gaussian radial basis function (RBF) kernel function has better noise interference resistance. The results show that tissue SERS spectroscopy combined with SVM algorithm for rapid detection of AE has a promising application. © 2024 IEEE.

The load of a region is often influenced by multiple factors, resulting in strong nonlinearity and temporal characteristics of load data, which increases the difficulty of accurately predicting load. To improve the accuracy of power load forecasting, this paper proposes a short-term power load forecasting method based on VMD-ResNet. Firstly, at the data level, the Variational Modal Decomposition (VMD) method is used to decompose historical loads and temperatures to obtain a more stable Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF). Then, different IMFs are integrated and input into the first stage prediction model along with seasonal and holiday information to extract internal features of the data for preliminary prediction;The second stage is a Deep Residual Network (ResNet) that uses the forecast data from the first stage as input to predict the load over the next 24 hours. The data adopts real load data from Panama City from January 2015 to June 2020. The average absolute percentage error (MAPE) of the VMD-ResNet load forecasting model is 1.3%. Compared with load forecasting networks such as SVR, LSTM, CNN-LSTM, ResNet, etc., the MAPE of the test set has decreased by 2.36%, 1.8%, 1.2%, and 0.8%, respectively. Experiments have shown that VMD-ResNet can deeply mine data characteristics and has good predictive performance. © 2023 IEEE.

As one of the core components of the engine cooling system, the electronic thermostat is in order to achieve the purpose of testing the performance of the electronic thermostat. This paper designs an electronic thermostat detection system. The system uses electrical proportional valves, solenoid valves, relays, acquisition controllers, industrial computers and other hardware devices. The software platform is built based on the Java development environment and MySQL database to realize the storage and display of test data, automatic testing and alarm processing. By detecting the motor current, external leakage differential pressure and flow characteristics, real-time data collection and analysis can be performed on the current value, the change of differential pressure and the flow conditions corresponding to the opening of the ball valve. After testing, this system can realize the inspection of the eligibility of the electronic thermostat, so as to verify whether the performance index of the electronic thermostat can reach the expected design. © 2021 IEEE
