With the increase of switching frequency of power switch, EMI noise pollution becomes more and more serious. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the switch power supply filter and passive EMI filter, active EMI filter is studied. It mainly research active EMI filter with feed forward, non-inductive current detection device of active EMI filter and active EMI filter for threephase inverter motor. To solve this problem which is that EMI noise pollution has become more serious along with the increase of switching frequency switch power supply, the increasingly serious pollution make the EMI filter technology have a wide range of applications and put forward higher request to filter technology © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In many engineering applications for vibration detection, some applications can't be field measurements, or can't be long-term monitoring because of the influence of geography, the weather or other special factor. This paper put forward a kind of design project based on the wireless technology which can monitor vibration long range. This system can carry a detective of a target for a long time far away based on an actual application test. At the same time, it can accurately respond to the Vibration of the monitored object and availably solve the problem that traditional vibration examination system is influenced by environment factors. Furthermore, it expands the applied realm of vibration monitoring system. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In our previous work, moving pattern based modeling and control was proposed. In this paper, based on our previous work, a fault detection method based on moving pattern is proposed, and interval number is still used to measure moving pattern. Based on the history operating condition data, moving pattern based dynamic model is formed. The model gives the pattern class to which operating condition patterns belong, and whether the fault is happened. In addition, the nearest neighbor pattern and secondary nearest neighbor pattern are defined in this paper. At last, the validity of the proposed fault detection method is verified by the practical operating condition pattern data of the sintering process of Anyang Steel and Iron Works. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The measures and proposals of teaching reform in the MCU course based on PROTEUS platform are introduced in this paper. The reform of theoretical teaching and practical teaching is presented. At present, many colleges teach theoretical knowledge and practical experiment separately in the MCU course. In order to solve these common problems, a new teaching method combined theory and practice based on PROTEUS platform is proposed. This new teaching method is constructed by online teaching resource, experimental box, simulation platform and circuit emulator, it is mainly implemented through a specific program. It has proved that this new teaching method not only let students understand the MCU principles well, but also improve their capability to develop a systematic design.

In this paper, we designed a new type of high precision 1 μA constant current source after deeply studying the high precision precise dc constant current source. Compared with the traditional constant current source, in this paper we adopted complex amplifier added with floating power supply outside to design high precision dc constant current source which is for China's space use, its output current is 1 μA, resolution is 0.1 nA, accuracy is 0.5. This high precise dc constant current source is mainly used for new model rocket engine performance testing in aerospace, but also can be widely applied in different fields in need of precision measurement. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A wireless microrobot may be used in the small space and biomedical practice, especially in the industrial field and biomedical application. In this paper, we designed a new kind of wireless microrobot with symmetrical spiral structure, which have more compact volume, completely symmetrical mechanical structure, quick response, forward-backward motions and can clean the dirt adhering to the inner wall. According to the hydromechanical lubrication theory and Newton viscous law, we build the motion model of the microrobot. Through analysis, simulations and experiments, this paper had evaluated the effect of spiral depth and thread unit number. In addition, we verified the feasibility of this new kind of microrobots, and obtained the moving speeds of forward-backward and upward-downward motion in the pipe. The experimental results indicated that the maximum moving speed is 22.68 mm/s at 12 Hz in the horizontal direction and 6.29 mm/s at 13Hz in the vertical direction with input currents of 0.7A. Finally, we designed a control panel for this system, which can control the microrobot current motion states easily, and make our system more portable and compact. The designed wireless microrobot can move smoothly in water and other liquid medium and is very useful in the industrial application and microsurgery application.

Muscle forces modeling and computation around the elbow are focused on in this paper when the elbow flexing and extending in the sagittal plane. The paper introduces a Rehabilitation Intelligent Training System (RITS) for restoration of motor function. The system has advantages of small size, less weight and interaction during the rehabilitation process. Furthermore, this system mainly consists of a force feedback device called PHANTOM Premium 1.5, ULERD, EEG (Electroencephalogram) based Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI). The impaired hand wears the ULERD, so the therapist can control and move the injured hand by PHANTOM Premium in tele-operation. If the force feedback from PHAMTOM Premium is similar to the force generated by the muscle force of upper limb, the effect of upper limb rehabilitation to restore elbow motion may be suitable and satisfactory. This paper aims to computing the natural muscle forces and realizing the force which is generated by PHAMTOM and close to the computed one. Experiment has been performed to prove that the method is feasible in such robots. The development of this method can be a promising approach for further research in more effective rehabilitation to the elbow joint.

The control strategy of grid-connected inverter has always been a core question of generating systems. This paper analyzed three kinds of ways pf inverter's output current based on the current control mode. Those are current hysteretic comparison control method, timing control of current instantaneous comparison method and the triangle wave comparison control method of timing tracking current. And all of three were simulated by MATLAB/Simulink. It turned out to be that the three methods for grid-connected inverter have good grid effect. Each of them has their advantages and disadvantages in grid control strategy. All of them will provide theoretical basis for further research. © 2012 IEEE.

Profibus-DP fieldbus has been the research focus in the field of industrial automation and control, and there're kinds of relevant products. The slave station, one of the products used in connecting the master station and the industrial units like frequency converter, sensor and meter and so on, is the key technology now researched. A design of Profibus-DP slave station based on DPRAM is proposed in this paper. First, a overall design of hardware for the slave station is showed. Then, the design for the core module of the slave station and the user interface are mainly expounded. In the end, the design of the software for the slave station is proposed, and the connection between the industrial units and the Profibus-DP master station is realized. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
