Block-gram:Mining knowledgeable features for efficiently smart contract vulnerability detection

Smart contracts are widely used on the blockchain to implement complex transactions,such as decentralized applications on *** vulnerability detection of large-scale smart contracts is critical,as attacks on smart contracts often cause huge economic *** it is difficult to repair and update smart contracts,it is necessary to find the vulnerabilities before they are ***,code analysis,which requires traversal paths,and learning methods,which require many features to be trained,are too time-consuming to detect large-scale on-chain ***-based methods will obtain detection models from a feature space compared to code analysis methods such as symbol *** the existing features lack the interpretability of the detection results and training model,even worse,the large-scale feature space also affects the efficiency of *** paper focuses on improving the detection efficiency by reducing the dimension of the features,combined with expert *** this paper,a feature extraction model Block-gram is proposed to form low-dimensional knowledge-based features from ***,the metadata is separated and the runtime code is converted into a sequence of opcodes,which are divided into segments based on some instructions(jumps,etc.).Then,scalable Block-gram features,including 4-dimensional block features and 8-dimensional attribute features,are mined for the learning-based model ***,feature contributions are calculated from SHAP values to measure the relationship between our features and the results of the detection *** addition,six types of vulnerability labels are made on a dataset containing 33,885 contracts,and these knowledge-based features are evaluated using seven state-of-the-art learning algorithms,which show that the average detection latency speeds up 25×to 650×,compared with the features extracted by N-gram,and also can enhance the interpretability of the detection model.

The rapid growth of intelligent sensing capabilities and super computation power in 6G mobile communication systems has facilitated their application in diverse domains such as smart health, smart factories, and the industrial Internet of Things. Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), as a core technology, has merged with artificial intelligence (AI) to enable intelligent connectivity, leading to a paradigm shift in traditional communication modes. This paper presents a visionary design for an ISAC-oriented unified IoT architecture that integrates software-defined communication and super-intelligent agents. By leveraging dynamic adaptability, self-learning, and optimization, the ISAC system can intelligently and flexibly respond to evolving requirements and environments. The architecture is redefined into three layers: the hardware layer, the omniscient layer, and the application layer. Furthermore, a retrospective survey of ISAC technology development over the past decade is conducted, highlighting new design principles for AI-empowered networks and multi-modals that support "intelligent connectivity" across various application scenarios and reinforce the security of ISAC. This paper categorizes the related works according to the different layer structures of the proposed architecture, and some important physical and machine learning models are introduced. Additionally, we summarize the current technological bottlenecks associated with ISAC and propose future research directions and potential solutions that lay the foundation for the future development of secure and intelligent communication networks. © 1998-2012 IEEE.

Few-shot named entity recognition is to identify named entities in scenarios where labeled data is scarce. Existing prototype building methods ignore the use of class semantic and it is difficult to obtain accurate prototype representations only by relying on few support samples. In this paper, we propose a class semantic prompts enhanced prototypical fusion method (CSFP). Specifically, we design a class-semantic prototype that adapts to current task through prompts. In order to add intra-class similarity to the existing prototype and obtain a more accurate and stable prototype representation, we consider the samples distribution and fuse class-semantic prototype with existing prototype through a weighted strategy. Experimental results on two few-shot NER benchmarks show that our method outperforms previous SOTA methods. The analysis further verifies the effectiveness of our method. © 2025 IEEE.

Coupled with the rise of Deep Learning, the wealth of data and enhanced computation capabilities of Internet of Things (IoT) components enable effective artificial intelligence (AI)-based models to be built. Beyond ground data sources, autonomous aerial vehicles (AAVs)-based service providers for data collection and AI model training, i.e., Drones-as-a-Service (DaaS), have become increasingly popular in recent years. However, the stringent regulations governing data privacy potentially impede data sharing across independently owned AAVs. To this end, we propose in this article a federated learning (FL)-based architecture that enables privacy-preserving collaborative machine learning across a federation of independent DaaS providers for the development of IoT applications. Specifically, this work introduces a novel incentive mechanism based on the hedonic coalition formation game to enhance the sustainable efficiency and stability of the FL system. By establishing tailored operational rules and functions, the proposed mechanism enables IoT sensing nodes to autonomously form optimal coalitions with AAVs, thereby ensuring robust collaboration. To deal with incentive mismatches and information asymmetry, we leverage the contract theory and propose a self-disclosure mechanism that guarantees truthful reporting of AAV capabilities while optimizing the global model owner’s profits. The performance-based AAV type is also defined to offer a practical measure for heterogeneous AAVs and serve as the foundation for fair and effective contract design. Simulation results validate the superiority of the proposed approach, demonstrating significant improvements in utility optimization and system stability compared to existing benchmarks. © 2014 IEEE.

The inherent complexity of Wi-Fi signals makes video-aided Wi-Fi 3D pose estimation difficult. The challenges include the limited generalizability of the task across diverse environments, its significant signal heterogeneity, and its inadequate ability to analyze local and geometric information. To overcome these challenges, we introduce WiViPose, a video-aided Wi-Fi framework for 3D pose estimation, which attains enhanced cross-environment generalization through cross-layer optimization. Bilinear temporal-spectral fusion (BTSF) is initially used to fuse the time-domain and frequency-domain features derived from Wi-Fi. Video features are derived from a multiresolution convolutional pose machine and enhanced by local self-attention. Cross-modality data fusion is facilitated through an attention-based transformer, with the process further refined under a supervisory mechanism. WiViPose demonstrates effectiveness by achieving an average percentage of correct keypoints (PCK)@50 of 91.01% across three typical indoor environments. © 2025 IEEE.

Slot filling and intent detection are two highly correlated tasks in spoken language understanding (SLU). Recent SLU research attempts to explore zero-shot prompting techniques in large language models to alleviate the data scarcity problem. Nevertheless, the existing prompting work ignores the cross-task interaction information for SLU, which leads to sub-optimal performance. To solve this problem, we present the pioneering work of Cross-task Interactive Prompting (CroPrompt) for SLU, which enables the model to interactively leverage the information exchange across the correlated tasks in SLU. Additionally, we further introduce a multi-task self-consistency mechanism to mitigate the error propagation caused by the intent information injection. We conduct extensive experiments on the standard SLU benchmark and the results reveal that CroPrompt consistently outperforms the existing prompting approaches. In addition, the multi-task self-consistency mechanism can effectively ease the error propagation issue, thereby enhancing the performance. We hope this work can inspire more research on cross-task prompting for SLU. © 2025 IEEE.

The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) coding assigns standardized codes to diseases. Automating this process enhances the efficiency and accuracy of clinical records processing. However, current methods struggle with noisy and lengthy clinical texts, making it difficult to ensure the reliability of feature extraction. Furthermore, they typically make separate binary predictions for each code, overlooking the dependencies between them. To address these issues, we propose a novel model called Hierarchical Feature Optimization and Rescorer (HiRes). We employ a cascaded convolution architecture to mitigate noise and enhance feature representation. Additionally, a masked autoencoder-based rescorer is introduced to capture ICD code interdependencies, refining initial predictions for improved accuracy. The model also considers the inconsistencies in code representations. Experiments on the MIMIC datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our model. © 2025 IEEE.

Distant supervised relation extraction (DSRE) obtains large amounts of data cost-effectively by aligning knowledge base with natural texts but also brings noisy data. Existing methods deal with noise through multi-instance learning (MIL) with attention. However, these approaches typically use attention at sentence-level and above, while ignoring word-level information. Intuitively, words in the same sentence are also of different importance. However, effective methods for distinguishing word-level importance differences are still lacking. Because multiplying with weighted attention leads word embeddings to be shifted in vector space. Therefore, we proposed WMRE. Specifically, WMRE concatenates the embeddings of multiple sentences. Then it uses filtering attention to remove low-importance words at different levels to extract multi-hierarchical features. In WMRE, words are the smallest units of mining information, and filtering attention distinguishes word-level importance differences while avoiding the embedding shifts. Extensive experiments on two widely used datasets show that WMRE fully utilizes word-level information and achieves state-of-the-art (SOTA) on both datasets.

Conventional federated learning (FL) coordinated by a central server focuses on training a global model and protecting the privacy of clients' training data by storing it locally. However, the statistical heterogeneity hinders the global model from adapting to the non-IID distributions among clients. Moreover, untrusted and unreliable central servers and malicious clients may compromise model integrity and availability, thus degrading the robustness of FL. To address these challenges, we present RobustPFL, a decentralized personalized federated learning (PFL) approach that combines α-based Layer-position Normalized Similarity (α-LNS) and local collaborative training to improve personalized performance while utilizing a blockchain-based committee mechanism to coordinate the aggregation process, thereby achieving high personalized accuracy and robustness. Extensive experiments show that our RobustPFL approach outperforms multiple algorithms, including Local training, FedAvg, FedReptile, Per-FedAvg, FedBN, and SPFL, on MNIST, CIFAR10, EMNIST, and N-BaIoT datasets in four non-IID settings. We also evaluate RobustPFL's effectiveness against attacks - poisoning attacks and free-riding attacks. Particularly, for three prevalent poisoning attacks (backdoor, label flipping, and model poisoning attacks), we compare non-defensive (FedAvg) and defensive (Krum, trimmed mean, Bulyan, FedBN, FLAME, and FangTrmean) methods with our proposed RobustPFL. The results show that our approach achieves significant defensive effects. © 2004-2012 IEEE.
