Space-time adaptive processing (STAP) is an effective method for detecting moving target in airborne/spaceborne ***,the detection of fast air moving targets from high speed platform is challenged by the range walk of both the clutter and moving *** is well known that keystone formatting can be used to compensate for the range walk of multiple moving targets simultaneously without using the knowledge of the motion ***,in the presence of serious Doppler ambiguity of fast air moving targets,distribution of the clutter will be affected by the keystone formatting matched to the ambiguity number of targets,and as a result the STAP performance will *** this paper,a novel STAP method is proposed for the detection of fast air moving targets from high speed platform,which can deal with the range walk of both clutter and *** of the new method is verified via simulation examples.

Human salience of pedestrians images is distinctive and has been shown importantly in person re-identification (or pedestrians identification) problem. Thus, how to obtain the salient area of pedestrian images is important for this salience based pedestrians identification problem. In this paper, we first show that this kind of salient area detection can be formulated as a kind of outlier detection problem, and then propose a novel unsupervised salience learning method using a local outlier-detection technique for person re-identification task. The main feature of the proposed salience computation method is that it exploits both distance and density information simultaneously. Experimental results on several datasets show the effectiveness of the proposed salience based person re-identification method. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

With the increasing degree of informatization and intelligence in modern society, human-computer interaction technology has become one of the commonly used scientific and technological achievements. "Gesture" can be used as inputing image information, and make more intuitive and convenient for perception of user interface. To a certain extent, it can complete the intelligent interaction function between human and computer. The design is a human-computer intelligent interaction system for 3D gesture recognition and motion tracking based on gesture sensor PAJ7620. STM32 chip is used as the main control unit to recognize accurately, analyze and process different gestures collected by the gesture sensor, and control the OLED screen to display the gesture information. It can further drive the carrier to take corresponding actions and realize the intelligent human-computer interaction recognition of gestures. The experimental test results show that the recognition rate is lose to 100% when the distance is within 10cm. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

To improve the safety and efficiency of aviation operation, a Kalman filtered trajectory prediction algorithm based on geometric algebra is proposed in this space. Firstly, the Kalman filter equations for trajectory prediction in geometric algebraic space are given by taking position, velocity and acceleration as state variables and position, velocity and acceleration in a typical trajectory as observations. Secondly, the matrix operation in the geometric algebraic space is simplified to the matrix operation by establishing a composite geometric algebraic space. Then, the versor operator in the conformal geometric algebraic space is introduced into the Kalman filter, and the steps of geometric algebra-based Kalman filter trajectory prediction are given to improve the prediction rate and accuracy. The experimental results show that the proposed trajectory prediction algorithm has the highest accuracy and the operation efficiency is improved by 27.66 % compared with the Kalman filter algorithm in Euclidean space and the DBSCAN clustering algorithm.

In order to provide sufficient reaction time for air traffic controllers and pilots, a Flight Conflict Detection Algorithm (FCDA) based on Cylindrical Protection Zone (CPZ) in the Conformal Geometric Algebra (CGA) is proposed. Initially, the CGA description of the CPZ is represented by using the CGA forms of the central circle and central axis segments of the cylinder. Then based on the inner and outer product and geometric product operations of CGA, the positional relationship of the two CPZs is judged to determine whether a flight conflict occurs or not. Subsequently, we compared the performance of flight conflict detection methods based on rectangular protection zones, spherical protection zones, and cylindrical protection zones through experiments in CGA and Euclidean space, respectively, the experimental results show that in CGA, the proposed method has a faster speed than the flight conflict method based on cuboids, and is basically equivalent to the method based on spherical protection zones. Significantly, all CGA-based methodologies demonstrated superior speed over their Euclidean space counterparts. Considering the propensity of rectangular and spherical zones to elicit false alarms due to their expansive coverage of airspace, the CGA-CPZ-FCDA method emerges as the superior choice.

Space time adaptive processing (STAP) can be used to remove hostile jammers interfering for Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, especially in the presence of jammer multipath. However, the STAP filter can bring in distortion to the GPS signal because it does not have a uniform frequency response across the operating band, which would dramatically reduce the accuracy of the users' position. Based on the homomorphic filtering a new method is proposed to compensate the distortion caused by the STAP filter. Finally, simulation results show the proposed method is effective. © 2010 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of high false alarm rate and missing rate with single detection method, an improved target detection algorithm for crashed plane detection is proposed in this paper. The method firstly detects the possible existence of the crashed plane with Yamaguchi decomposition and Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR). Then, the detection results of the two methods are processed by pre-determination, and the final result is achieved by fusion and complementary detection. Simulation experimental results with real polarimetric data from NASA/JPL UAVSAR system demonstrate that the proposed method decreases the false alarm rate and missing rate effectively. © 2011 IEEE.

In this paper we propose a method to estimate the InSAR interferometric phase using the correlation weight subspace projection technique. In the method the correlation weight data vector is constructed, thus the noise subspace dimension of the corresponding covariance matrix will not be affected by the coregistration error, then avoiding the trouble of calculating the noise subspace dimension before estimating the InSAR interferometric phase. The method can auto-coregister the SAR images and reduce the interferometric phase noise simultaneously. The effectiveness of the method is verified via simulated data. © 2011 IEEE.

Recently, Gutiérrez-Naranjo and Leporati considered performing basic arithmetic operations on a new class of bioinspired computing devices - spiking neural P systems (for short, SN P systems). However, the binary encoding mechanism used in their research looks like the encoding approach in electronic circuits, instead of the style of spiking neurons (in usual SN P systems, information are encoded as the time interval between spikes). In this work, three SN P systems are constructed as adder, subtracter and multiplier, respectively. In these devices, a number is inputted to the system as the interval of time elapsed between two spikes received by input neuron, the result of a computation is the time between the moments when the output neuron spikes. © 2011 IEEE.

Technique of space-time adaptive processing (STAP), which is usually employed by airborne radar to reject the ground clutter and jamming and at the same time, detect the ground moving targets, can not estimate the spatial-temporal parameters of the corresponding targets. Monopulse technique, as a mature method for parameter estimation can be used on airborne radar, however, the estimation performance of this method is dramatically effected by the ground clutter and jamming components present, even when these components falls into the mainbeam interval. By combining the STAP technique with the monopulse technique, a new method for estimating the spatial-temporal parameters of moving targets is proposed and referred as to LC-STAM in this paper. Additionally, the proposed method utilizes the beam null, monopulse slope, and decoupling constraints to remove the worse influence on the beam shape from the mainbeam clutter, maintain the characteristic of the monopulse ratio, and increase the veracity of parameter estimation. Simulation results illustrated that the LC-STAM method possesses the excellent estimation performance of the spatail-temporal parameters by comparing with the other similar methods. © 2010 IEEE.
