Nine-axis motion parameters need to be calculated according to the relative pose to be simulated when the precision calibration test of rendezvous and docking optical imaging sensor is carried out with nine-degree of freedom motion simulator. Based on the structural characteristics of the system and the principle of homogeneous coordinate transformation, the inverse kinematics equations are established in this paper, in order to improve the test efficiency and ensure the accuracy of pose simulation, the iterative algorithm with fixed degrees of freedom was adopted to approximate the solution results, at last, the nine-axis weighting algorithm was used to judge the end of iteration and obtain the solution results of relative pose optimization. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to reduce the cost and size of the on-board charger, it is proposed by using the integrated charger, which uses the multi-functional motor driver system for the battery charging. In this paper, an isolated integrated charger based on variable flux reluctance machine (VFRM) is investigated in terms of losses, since high efficiency is required for the integrated battery charger. Thus, in the paper the loss of the multi-functional VFRM at different frequencies with/without load will be investigated. Moreover, the losses in the converter are analyzed so as to explore the overall efficiency of the charging system, which can help to maximize the overall efficiency. For verification, a 12/10 VFRM was built and tested. It shows that at switch frequency of 20kHz, the overall loss of the integrated charging system is lowest.

In this paper, a dual-motor driven control method for active suspension system is proposed to realize microgravity simulation of spacecrafts, in which a separate-complementary control strategy with two controllers is adopted. Controller 1(for the large motor) is directly designed through the angle difference between two sides of the torsion spring. Meanwhile, to compensate the control error of two motors, the load torque of large motor is used as an input of Controller 2(for the small motor) and the output of Controller 2 is used as an input of Controller 1. Based on the modified LuGre friction model, an adaptive backstepping non-singular fast terminal sliding mode controller(ABNFTSMC) combined with a dual-state observer is adopted to further improve the control accuracy. Finally, the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by simulation.

By studying the workpiece loading axial vibration mechanism of ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge machining, design the corresponding experiment. The experiment using 1 mm diameter precision machining of micro electrode to study the influence of the ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge machining efficiency and the influence on surface quality of machining by changing the presence of loaded ultrasonic conditions. By changing the load axial ultrasonic vibration amplitude of the workpiece to research on the influence of the machining efficiency. The results show that when processing t-he same depth, load axial vibration ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge machining, the machining time is short, machining efficiency will be high and surface quality is good. When the axial ultrasonic vibration amplitude of the changing load, the processing efficiency is the highest in a certain amplitude range. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The most important interfering torque of a three-axis air-bearing simulator is the displacement of the center of mass in the gravity field caused by structural elasticity. In order to characterize the torque, a mathematical model of the interference moment was established. Based on the model, it is suggested that the vertical stiffness and horizontal stiffness of the structure should be equal as far as possible during the structural design, and the elastic unbalance moment can be compensated by the vertical offset of the center of mass of the air floating platform relative to the rotation center after the initial attitude leveling. ABAQUS was used to build a simulation model of the air floating platform, and the changes of the structure's centroid before and after the gravitational field was applied were extracted by software to simulate the centroid deviation caused by the elastic deformation of the structure, which was used as the characterization to conduct discrete optimization of the structure. The optimal structural parameters were obtained. Then the disturbance torque curve and the corresponding initial centroid offset after initial centroid compensation were calculated by mathematical model. The results are of positive guiding significance to the design of three-axis air-bearing simulator. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

In this paper, the stochastic P-bifurcation problem of bistable van der Pol systems under fractional Gaussian noise (fGn) is discussed. Using the random average method to predict the stochastic dynamic behavior of the system under fGn and to obtain the stable probability density function of the response amplitude of the system, and then using the singularity theory to obtain the critical condition of stochastic P-bifurcation of the system. The results show that the H index in the fGn can induce the stochastic P-bifurcation in system, and the larger the H index is, the larger the stable probability density distribution becoming the bimodal region is. It indicates that the noise intensity required for the stochastic P-bifurcation becomes larger, which is beneficial to improve the stability of the equilibrium point of the system. At the same time, the system under the numerical simulation and circuit experiment has the same results as the theoretical analysis, which further insures the correctness of the research results. © 2020 IEEE.

Compared with the previous inertial navigation calibration equipment using a single controller method, the IMU calibration equipment control system based on multiple control methods can be more customized and more flexible. The spindle controller uses a self-developed algorithm. It is realized in real-time control system, which has the advantages of high control positioning accuracy and high rate stability;the automatic turning device controller adopts mature industrial controllers and uses sequential function diagrams to realize the automation process, which is simple, stable and reliable, and can realize complex automation testing process. The two control methods use the way of TCP/IP communication to combine the advantages of the two controllers, shorten the development time, save costs, and achieve high performance, high efficiency and accurate testing. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
