Anthropogenic carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emission from the combustion of fossil fuels aggravates the global greenhouse *** implementation of CO_(2)capture and transformation technologies have recently received great attention for providing a pathway in dealing with global climate *** these technologies,electrochemical CO_(2)capture technology has attracted wide attention because of its environmental friendliness and flexible operating *** membranes(BPMs)are considered as one of the key components in electrochemical devices,especially for electrochemical CO_(2)reduction and electrodialysis *** create an alkaline environment for CO_(2)capture and a stable pH environment for electrocatalysis on a single *** key to CO_(2)capture in these devices is to understand the water dissociation mechanism occurring in BPMs,which could be used for optimizing the operating conditions for CO_(2)capture and *** this paper,the references and technologies of electrochemical CO_(2)capture based on BPMs are reviewed in detail,thus the challenges and opportunities are also discussed for the development of more efficient,sustainable and practical CO_(2)capture and transformation based on BPMs.

Comprehensive analyses of inhibition of the Chinese traditional food-packaging materials,Indocalamus latifolius leaves(Zongye)on Aspergillus flavus

Objectives:The contamination of Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxins(AFs)is one of the most serious safety problems in food and *** discovery and application of plant-sourced antifungal agents are hot topics in mycotoxin *** this study,we aim to develop efficient strategies to control *** and subsequent contamination by *** and Methods:We focused on Zongye essential oil,which was extracted from Indocalamus latifolius leaves(Zongye,the traditional food-packaging materials).Its antifungal and antitoxin activities were observed by volatile test,and the significant morphological and ultrastructural variations were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)*** main components of Zongye essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq)and real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)analyses were used to reveal the inhibitory ***:Among them,No.2 Zongye essential oil completely inhibited the growth and toxin production of *** after 10μL *** Zongye essential oil treatment,evidently morphological and ultrastructural variations were observed,such as hyphae shrinkage,partial distortion,and a decrease in conidia *** and linalool were the major constituents of Zongye essential oil,accounting for 9.55% and 7.95%,respectively,and linalool had stronger inhibitory effects on fungal growth and mycotoxin biosynthesis than *** on the experimental results,the antifungal mechanism was proposed:down-regulations of membrane proteins(AFLA_005560,AFLA_019420,and AFLA_084310,etc.)and conidial genes(fblC,steA,and abaA,etc.)inhibited fungal development,and anti-aflatoxigenic activity might be due to significant down-regulation of AF clustergenes andglobal regulators(AtfA and AtfB).Conclusion:A novel antifungal agent,Zongye essential oil,was identified,and its inhibitory mechanis

The prediction of the remaining useful life (RUL) of rolling bearings is one of the current research hotspots. However, due to the influence of internal degradation and external interference, the whole life cycle of rolling bearing is extremely complex and changeable, and the prediction accuracy of the existing methods needs to be improved. In order to realize the accurate RUL prediction of complex degradation process, a deep learning model based on stage division is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the feature indexes are extracted from time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain, and the canonical variate dissimilarity analysis (CVDA) that can handle dynamic data is used for feature reduction to obtain statistics containing streamlined degradation information. Secondly, the kernel density estimation (KDE) and expert knowledge are used to divide the whole life cycle into multiple stages based on the trend and fluctuation of statistics. Then, with the combination of convolution neural network (CNN) and Bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM), the CNN-BiLSTM-Attention network is proposed, in which the attention mechanism is developed to highlight the focus. Moreover, the Bayesian optimization algorithm is used to adjust the network hyperparameters. Finally, the effectiveness is verified by using the accelerated life test data of rolling bearings. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
