This article introduces computer network intrusion detection systems and their classification based on artificial intelligence technology, and points out the challenges that intrusion detection systems (IDS) are facing in wireless sensor computer networks. On this basis, a hierarchical multi-layer wireless sensor network intrusion detection system and technology based on artificial intelligence technology Agent is proposed, and its network structure, working principle and performance are analysed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The capsule robot enters the patient’s intestinal system directly by swallowing and takes continuous images using the miniature camera unit it carries, but during its travel, its own gravity and the peristaltic movement of the intestine make the physician limited in obtaining images of the intestine and making a diagnosis. In order to solve this problem, a capsule endoscope with an embedded leg mechanism is proposed. Compared to commercially available capsule robot. This capsule robot can easily move through the intestine autonomously by means of the relationship between the leg, the screw nut and the linkage, enabling forward, backward and stationary functions. The capsule robot has a diameter of 14 mm, a length of 30 mm and a maximum diameter of 26.66 mm with the legs spread out. The hollow space is allocated to include basic endoscopic components such as a miniature camera and a rotating motor. A series of tests, including in vitro tests, were carried out to test the feasibility of the leg mechanism of this capsule robot. Based on the results of the experiments, the proposed leg mechanism can effectively act on the Micro-capsule endoscope, and is able to move effectively through the intestine.

According to the parameters of the ABB-IRB2400 robot model, the D-H parameter method is used to establish the robot’s linkage coordinate system and determine the parameter values. The coordinate transformation matrix06T of IRB2400 robot is obtained through forward kinematics analysis, and the inverse kinematics transformation method is used to solve the joint variables of the robot. The feasibility and correctness of the forward and inverse kinematics of the robot are verified by modeling the robot entity and importing ADAMS simulation analysis software. Combining MoveIt’s robot kinematics solver and RRT algorithm motion planning library, RVIZ is used to verify the feasibility of correlation trajectory algorithm for linear and arc interpolation trajectory planning of robot arm, which provides a foundation for weld grinding robot trajectory planning under complex working conditions. © 2022, Politechnica University of Bucharest. This study presents a novel microwave humidity sensor that utilizes a complementary interdigital capacitor resonator (CIDCR), an advanced design derived from the traditional complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) structure. The CIDCR design enhances the sensor's performance by concentrating the electric field in a more compact region, leading to improved sensitivity and miniaturization. The sensor is coated with a composite film of chitosan (CS) and polyacrylamide-glycerol (PAMG), combining the high moisture sensitivity of PAMG with the stability of CS. The CIDCR-based sensor demonstrates superior performance, including high sensitivity, a broad detection range, rapid response/recovery times, and excellent long-term stability. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations further elucidate the moisture-sensitive mechanisms at the molecular level, highlighting the role of hydrogen bonding in the composite film. Application tests confirm the sensor's potential for use in respiratory monitoring, non-contact sensing, and health monitoring, showcasing the advantages of the CIDCR structure in achieving enhanced humidity sensing capabilities. © 2024, The Authors. Elucidating the Rate Limitation of Lithium-Ion Batteries Under Different Charging Conditions Through Polarization Analysis

The charging performance of lithium-ion batteries is significantly affected by the polarization effect, which leads to increased resistance and prolonged charging time. this paper combines experimental testing with numerical simulation to qualitatively and quantitatively investigate the polarization effects under different charging conditions. The results indicate that the proportions of positive and negative polarization to cell polarization are comparable and basically constant with variations in the charging rate. The polarization voltages of different categories within the electrode are positively correlated with the charging rate. At high charging rates, electrochemical polarization accounts for the majority, followed by solid-phase and liquid-phase concentration polarization, while solid-phase and liquid-phase ohmic polarization is relatively negligible. On the other hand, the cell polarization exhibits a non-linear trend with temperature. The lower the temperature, the greater the proportion of negative polarization, while positive polarization is insensitive to temperature. At low temperature charging, the solid-phase concentration polarization of the negative electrode accounts for the majority of electrode polarization, which can be attributed to the larger lithium ion concentration gradient induced by the sluggish diffusion of ions in the active material. In-depth investigation of the polarization effect will provide guidance for achieving more efficient charging under different operating conditions. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In rotating machinery, because of high-speed working characteristics and terrible working conditions with variable cycles and variable loads, it is easy for rotors to cause a crack initiation and propagation, which may cause serious harm or even the life-threatening. The super harmonic component is an important role of the crack detection. But it is difficult to reflect the super harmonic component in the high-speed region after super harmonic resonances. In this paper, the dynamic equation of a nonlinear rotor system with a crack is considered, the potential energy expression of the cracked rotor is derived, and the concept of energy tracks is proposed. In the distortion of energy tracks, the effects of different crack parameters and nonlinear parameters on the vibration characteristics of the rotor system are compared. The results show that the energy trajectory distortion can diagnose the crack fault. It provides a new research method for vibration response analyses and fault diagnoses of cracked rotor system. © 2020 IEEE.

Studying the vibration of asymmetrical dual-rotor is very important for aero engines. In this paper, based on the vibration characteristics of an aero-engine, a different novel coupled dynamic model is proposed based on the spring recovery characteristics of rotor. The model dynamic equations of asymmetrical dual-rotor are obtained by the Lagrange equation, and vibration resonance curves of high pressure and low pressure rotors are numerically simulated and theoretically analyzed by using the Runge-Kutta algorithm. The research show that the system occurs combined vibration, harmonic vibration and superharmonic vibration. In addition, the vibration occurring mechanism was investigated and verified in detail through numerical simulation. For the first time, the concept of energy orbit was introduced into the dual-rotor model system. The energy orbit represents the vibration characteristics and energy exchange process of the model system. Energy orbit is a new energy orbit method for analyzing vibration characteristics of rotor system. The new researches of this paper will show a different research direction for complex dual-rotor systems. © 2020 IEEE.

Graduation project is an important integrated practice segment for undergraduate education, since the quality of undergraduate education can be directly evaluated by the quality of graduation project. Under the background of science collaborative education and engineering education accreditation, it is necessary to explore an intelligent and integrated graduation project system to train students by all sorts of engineering and research projects, thus improve students' practical ability and innovation ability. This paper first analyzed the problems of the graduation project in the major of process equipment and control engineering, then introduced a novel hierarchical graduation project system to adapt to the concept of science collaborative education and engineering education. By putting the novel graduation project system into effect, the quality of graduation project has significantly improved.

Aiming at the problem of the optimal global path planning of the construction robot entering the target point of the construction site and the efficient construction of the navigation map, a BIM(Building information modeling)-based construction robot job planning method is proposed. The traditional method of building a map environment for construction robots is obtained by its own sensors, which has a large amount of calculation. Firstly, the real construction environment is established through the BIM model, which effectively improves the efficiency of generating navigation map. Secondly, adding goal-directed functions to the RRT algorithm, combined with the target bias expansion algorithm based on the idea of artificial potential fields to further accelerate the search efficiency. Finally, the pruning algorithm is used to reduce the redundant points, which shortens the running time of the algorithm and the simulation time of the robot. The improved RRT algorithm before and after was compared and simulated in the construction environment of BIM in V-rep. The experimental results demonstrate a reduction of more than 50% in the final path simulation time for the improved RRT algorithm. © 2021 IEEE.
