Optimizing Fixed-Time Generalized Nash Equilibrium Seeking in Multi-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Games

This study addresses a fixed-time generalized noncooperative game involving multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that encounter challenges such as discontinuous communication and external disturbances. Each UAV, motivated by selfinterest, seeks to optimize its performance function by adjusting its actions within shared equality and inequality constraints. To facilitate this, a fixed-time generalized Nash equilibrium (GNE) seeking algorithm is proposed for games with shared equality constraints, incorporating an internal dynamic system to ensure compliance with these constraints. By employing penalty methods, an auxiliary performance function is developed to manage games with mixed constraints. Furthermore, an error decomposition method and a fixed-time observer are introduced to address the issues of discontinuous communication and external disturbances. The study establishes sufficient conditions for the convergence of the fixed-time GNE seeking algorithm and provides an explicit upper bound on the settling time based on Lyapunov stability theory. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated through various simulation examples. © 1965-2011 IEEE.

AADL is a formal modeling language for real-time embedded systems. This paper compares the differences between different formal modeling methods, introduces AADL modeling method into the field of high-speed maglev to model the operation control system(OCS) of high-speed maglev, and accurately describes the structure of each subsystem of OCS and the information interaction process between subsystems. This paper solves the problem that the conventional formal modeling method is insufficient to describe the system structure by OSATE tool. © 2024 IEEE.

An Enhanced Robustness Dual-Vector Model Predictive Torque control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors

The traditional dual-vector model predictive torque control (MPTC) of permanent magnet synchronous motor suffers from the problems of large control computation, large torque ripple, and prediction deviation due to parameter mismatch. To address these issues, an enhanced robustness dual-vector MPTC (ERD-MPTC) control strategy is proposed in this paper. First, in order to reduce the control computation, a fast voltage vector selection table based on a 12-sector voltage vector map is proposed, which reduces the number of prediction iterations from 14 to only 3. Secondly, to reduce the ripple of torque and flux in one cycle, the cost function without weight factor is proposed. This cost function includes fluctuations at the moment of the switching point. Then, for the bad effects of parameter mismatch, the inductance parameter is estimated by using the amount of error variation between the predicted value and the actual measured value at adjacent moments. So, an ERD-MPTC strategy to enhance the robustness of the prediction model in the presence of parameter mismatch is proposed by integrating the inductance updating mechanism and expanded state observer. Finally, through the experiment, it is shown that the proposed strategy can reduce the torque fluctuation, effectively reduce the adverse effects of parameter changes, and greatly improve the stability of the system. © 2024, Electromagnetics Academy. A model predictive control strategy with switching cost functions for cooperative operation of trains

The cooperative control of trains is proposed as an innovative method for further improving operation efficiency. Model predictive control(MPC) has been widely discussed for multiple trains because it can handle the challenges posed by the cooperative control problem, such as complex constraints. In real situations, multiple objectives, such as comfort and safety, must be considered when controlling multiple trains with MPC, and the total objective may change during operation, affecting control performance. In this paper, a distributed structure based on switching cost function model predictive control(ScMPC) for multiple trains in a switching situation is given, where the cost functions of the train control problem change with the variable demand of cooperative operation. Furthermore, the feasibility of the proposed method and stability of the closed-loop system are proved to guarantee the stable operation of the controlled ***, the control method's effectiveness is verified. Three kinds of cost functions are given, and their control performance is compared to show the effect of different weights and the advantage of ScMPC.

Automatic Lane-Level Intersection Map Generation using Low-Channel Roadside LiDAR

A lane-level intersection map is a cornerstone in high-definition(HD) traffic network maps for autonomous driving and high-precision intelligent transportation systems applications such as traffic management and control, and traffic accident evaluation and prevention. Mapping an HD intersection is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and expensive with conventional methods. In this paper, we used a low-channel roadside light detection and range sensor(LiDAR) to automatically and dynamically generate a lane-level intersection, including the signal phases, geometry, layout, and lane directions. First, a mathematical model was proposed to describe the topology and detail of a lane-level intersection. Second, continuous and discontinuous traffic object trajectories were extracted to identify the signal phases and times. Third, the layout, geometry, and lane direction were identified using the convex hull detection algorithm for trajectories. Fourth, a sliding window algorithm was presented to detect the lane marking and extract the lane, and the virtual lane connecting the inbound and outbound of the intersection were generated using the vehicle trajectories within the intersection and considering the traffic rules. In the field experiment, the mean absolute estimation error is 2 s for signal phase and time identification. The lane marking identification Precision and Recall are96% and 94.12%, respectively. Compared with the satellite-based,MMS-based, and crowdsourcing-based lane mapping methods,the average lane location deviation is 0.2 m and the update period is less than one hour by the proposed method with low-channel roadside LiDAR.

Secrecy Capacity Maximization for IRS-Assisted High-Speed Train Communications

In this letter, we propose an IRS-assisted MIMO communication system model in the presence of an eavesdropper (Eve). A distance-dependent Rician factor and real-time Doppler frequency offset (DFO) compensation mechanism are utilized to characterize highly time-varying wireless channels. The secrecy capacity optimization problem is formulated by jointly optimizing the transmit beamforming, artificial noise (AN) matrix, and IRS phase shifts, subject to transmit power and unit modulus constraints. To solve the non-convex problem, it is transformed into convex optimization problem by using weighted minimum mean square error (WMMSE) algorithm, and an alternating optimization strategy with coupled variables is used to derive the optimal solution. Simulation results show that the optimization algorithm proposed in this letter converges quickly and achieves higher secrecy capacity. © 1997-2012 IEEE.

Cascading failures in infrastructure networks have serious impacts on network *** limited capacity of net-work nodes provides a necessary condition for cascade ***,the network capacity cannot be infinite in the real net-work ***,how to reasonably allocate the limited capacity resources is of great *** this article,we put forward a capacity allocation strategy based on community structure against cascading *** results indi-cate that the proposed method can reduce the scale of cascade failures with higher capacity utilization compared with Motter-Lai(ML)*** advantage of our method is more obvious in scale-free ***,the experiment shows that the cascade effect is more obvious when the vertex load is ran-domly *** is known to all that the growth of network capacity can make the network more resistant to destruction,but in this paper it is found that the contribution rate of unit capacity rises first and then decreases with the growth of net-work capacity cost.

In the railway transportation industry,fault diagnosis of railway point machines(RPMs) is *** operational vibration signals can reflect the condition of various faults in mechanical devices, vibration sensing and monitoring and more importantly, vibration signal-based fault diagnosis for RPMs have attracted the attention of scholars and engineers. Most vibration signalbased fault-diagnosis methods for RPMs rely on data collected using high-sampling-rate sensors and manual feature extraction, hence are costly and insufficiently *** overcome these shortcomings, we propose a doublescale wide first-layer kernel convolutional neural network(DS-WCNN) for RPMs fault diagnosis using inexpensive and low-sampling-rate vibration sensors. The proposed wide first-layer kernels, which extract features from vibration observations, are particularly suitable for lowsampling-rate signals. Meanwhile, the proposed doublescale structure improves accuracy and noise suppression by combining two types of timescale features. Sufficient experiments, including noise addition and comparison,were conducted to demonstrate the robustness and accuracy of the proposed algorithm.
