Artificial intelligence (AI) integration in workplaces reshapes employee engagement and organisational performance. This study investigates the combined impact of AI experience and sustainable leadership on work engagement among Indonesian employees. Using a cross-sectional survey of 301 employees in Greater Jakarta, the research employs partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyse the data. The study finds that while AI experience and sustainable leadership independently enhance work engagement, their interaction negatively affects it, highlighting the necessity for strategically aligning AI initiatives with sustainable leadership principles to optimise engagement. The methodology references several factors: validated AI experience items focusing on productivity and skill development, sustainable leadership items emphasising social and environmental responsibility, and work engagement items measuring enthusiasm and job satisfaction. The Rasch Model Analysis and person-measure analysis ensure the reliability and validity of these constructs. This study fills a significant gap in understanding the interaction between AI and leadership in enhancing work engagement, providing practical insights for managing technological and leadership dynamics in organisations.

The study aims to fill existing research gaps by creating a new framework that explores the impact of social media influencers on sustainable usage patterns, focusing on business sustainability as a mediating factor. In this research, non-probability judgmental and purposive sampling methods were used. Due to the size and distribution of the population, sampling was also chosen based on the researcher's own judgment and experience. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used as the data analysis method. Path coefficient analysis yielded significant findings. Social media influencers were found to influence business sustainability significantly. Apart from that, social media influencers have a significant negative affect on sustainable usage patterns. Business sustainability also significantly influences sustainability usage patterns, with a powerful influence. This enriches the dynamics of business sustainability, proposing new knowledge about how it influences this relationship.

Basketball is a very dynamic game where the movements the players make can be fast and subtle, yet fine-grained. As such the difference between an event occurring and not occurring can be small and occasionally unnoticeable, and the sequence of frames of which the dribble is done matters tremendously in order to determine whether a violation takes place. As such, a spatio-temporal action verification model is needed to assist referees in making decisions, as it is almost instantaneous in nature. The challenge is to achieve balance between speed and accuracy, since the violation detection has to be fast enough for real-time use. Mediapipe Pose Estimation is chosen for its lightweight nature and capability for human joint feature extraction, and YOLO is trained to detect and extract basketball coordinates and person in order to pinpoint a region of interest for Mediapipe Pose Estimation in the case of failure to detect a player. The raw dataset consists of videos of basketball players dribbling properly and committing a travelling violation. Long Short- Term Memory (LSTM) is used to model the temporal dynamics of the movements the players make, in the form of a binary classification as to whether the violation occurs. Fine-tuning is done on various hyperparameters of the LSTM model, such as the batch size, layers, number of units, optimizer, dropout rate, loss function, etc. Stacked LSTM architecture is found to be the most suitable model, at an accuracy of 0.8690. The resulting pipeline manages to run at least 10 FPS, with enough overhead to theoretically achieve a higher framerate, after various methods of optimizations.

Sign language comprises unique hand gestures used to communicate between the hearing and hearing-impaired communities, with variations based on regions or countries. Due to the increasing global prevalence of hearing loss, there is a growing need for efficient sign language recognition systems. This paper presents the development of a hybrid CNN-LSTM model specifically designed to recognize static alphabetical gestures in Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO). Primary data was collected to address the issue of publicly available dataset. These self-collected images underwent augmentation and preprocessing stages prior to model training. The architecture and hyperparameter configuration of the hybrid model were fine-tuned using the Randomized Search CV method. Performance analysis was conducted on both the hybrid model, its constituent models, and state-of-the-art model. The experimental results revealed remarkable performance by the hybrid model with excellent accuracies of 99.60%, 84.87%, and 98.00% on the training, validation, and testing sets respectively, along with a macro average score of 0.98, indicating high precision, recall, and F1-score across all the classes. However, it was observed that the VGG-16 and CNN exhibited slightly superior performance compared to the hybrid model, while the LSTM demonstrated the least favorable performance among the models.

This study aims to establish the transformative power of Social Network Applications (SNA) on organisational learning and knowledge sharing within Indonesian organisations. This study conducted a quantitative business cross-sectional survey among 420 employees in Greater Jakarta for data collection. Partial least squares structural equation modeling results show that SNA significantly enhances organisational learning by improving employee communications, collaboration, and information exchange. It is identified that social capital plays a vital mediating role in facilitating the adoption and practical usage of SNAs. The results emphasise that organisations should build strong interpersonal relationships and trust to maximise the benefits of digital tools like SNA. This study enriches the theoretical understanding of social capital and technology adoption. It helps offer practical guidelines to organisations on leveraging SNAs in a manner that brings better learning outcomes and competitive advantage. It also discusses the study's limitations and future research directions.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, today's property trade transactions through the website have become common. This phenomenon requires the availability of a trustable property commerce website. This research aims to produce a website trusted for sellers and buyers of property in conducting trade. So, we need to know what information is required by the property validation process so that sellers and buyers feel safe committing the transactions. This website will help increase public trust because it is supported by a verification and validation process by third parties regarding property information. The research method begins with distributing questionnaires to discover the needs of property sellers and buyers, then developing a website using the waterfall methodology of the Laravel application framework. The result of this research is to establish a set of information needed for the property validation process that needs to be verified before conducting transactions. Finally, this web application can increase trust by 59.5%, whereas 37.6% gave the maximum value and 8.7% of respondents gave only moderate weight after being tested on 173 respondents.

The need for an early screening and computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the field of radiology is essential to realize considering the large impact of lung diseases globally. However, developing AI requires a lot of data, which is a challenge because data in the health sector tends to be limited in quantity and has disparities between diagnostic categories (data imbalance). To overcome this issue, DINO ViT models was trained with the publicly available COVID-19 Radiography Database in our previous study. The model was subsequently implemented into a web application, with this study focusing on the development of a prototype for the application. The study found this application can be useful for medical personnel and doctors in carrying out early screening and CAD. Meanwhile, it also highlighted the general unfamiliarity with AI applications among medical staff, emphasizing the need for increased education and training on AI's role in healthcare.

This research develops and tests a modified air pocket chamber with a Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensor monitoring aquarium CO 2 levels. While conventional drop checkers offer delayed and non-digital CO 2 data, this work aimed to create a more responsive and affordable aquascaping tool. The device catches and analyzes CO 2 emitted into an air pocket in a partially submerged chamber to estimate indirect CO 2 using an MH-Z19B sensor. Initial tests revealed water pressure and CO 2 buildup in the chamber producing inaccurate readings. Subsequently, a modified chamber was designed to address these issues. The altered gadget detected variations in CO 2 content, stabilizing at 800–900 ppm without aeration and declining to 400–500 ppm with aeration, according to tests. With a mean concentration of 677.56 ppm and a standard deviation of 167.76 ppm, CO 2 data revealed modest variability in response to aeration conditions. The results verify that the modified chamber provides a less expensive substitute for digital measurement tools since it can track aquascaping CO 2 levels.

Using the Scopus database, this study aims to investigate the use of artificial intelligence for cancer detection in the last ten years from 2013 to 2022. The researchers used bibliometric analysis combined with VosViewer and Rstudio software quantification method for literature analysis. The results of the flushed articles show data such as publication year, journal, country, keywords, and authors, to the highest number of citations. Common keywords used by researchers are artificial intelligence, medical, and human. Researchers limited the findings through keywords such as in the last ten years, documents are journals, and English only so that 1868 articles were obtained. The results found that Harvard Medical School affiliation had the highest number of articles, with 101 articles, by subject area, Medicine had a proportion of 41.9% (n=1320). This bibliometric study will be useful for other researchers to examine the development of research on Artificial Intelligence for Cancer Detection in the last ten years. © 2023 IEEE.

This study, using the Naïve Bayes classifier, proposes a new descriptive model for conducting a comparative review analysis on the tourism domain. The proposed model seeks to improve the understanding of tourists' experiences by visually representing their opinions between various tourist destinations. The model predicts the sentiment of tourist reviews using the Naive Bayes classifier, which is then used to generate visualizations that facilitate comparative analysis. The comparison takes two tourism sites as experimental examples. The results, in terms of accuracy, show 80% and 64% for the first and the second site respectively. The study discusses the model's implementation, effectiveness, and potential applications in the tourism industry. The findings of the study suggest that the proposed model can provide valuable insights into tourist experiences and help tourism stakeholders, such as the managements of tourism sites, the future or soon coming tourists to make informed decisions based on comparative analysis. © 2023 The Authors.
