The Internet of Things (IoT) collects large volumes of diverse data, with graph data as a critical component, and extensively utilizes Federated Graph Learning (FGL) to process this data while preserving data security. However, the graph data collected by different IoT institutions are relatively independent due to various factors (e.g., data collection methods, geographical locations), and data access is restricted to local environments due to privacy constraints, IoT institutions typically possess heterogeneous feature spaces. Aggregating under these conditions could potentially contaminate local graph representations. Unfortunately, most existing FGL methods tend to overlook this issue. To address this challenge, we propose Federated Graph Learning via Constructing and Sharing Features (FedCSF), a novel FGL framework designed to build a globally consistent feature space and share it among IoT institutions. To construct and extract the feature space, we employ an uniform feature initialization across IoT institutions and design an encoder to extract both global and local feature relationships, thereby facilitating effective collaboration across data from different IoT institutions. Furthermore, we introduce an independent adaptive aggregation strategy to eliminate the integration of harmful knowledge, ensuring that the contributions from each IoT institution are effectively integrated into the global model. We theoretically analyze the convergence of FedCSF. To validate the effectiveness of FedCSF, we conducted extensive experiments under various settings (i.e., cross-datasets, and cross-domains), demonstrating its significant advantages of FedCSF in terms of performance, convergence speed, and practical adaptability © 2014 IEEE.

Low-light images are commonly encountered in real-world scenarios, and numerous low-light image enhancement (LLIE) methods have been proposed to improve the visibility of these images. The primary goal of LLIE is to generate clearer images that are more visually pleasing to humans. However, the impact of LLIE methods in high-level vision tasks, such as image classification and object detection, which rely on high-quality image datasets, is not well explored. To explore the impact, we comprehensively evaluate LLIE methods on these high-level vision tasks by utilizing an empirical investigation comprising image classification and object detection experiments. The evaluation reveals a dichotomy: While Low-Light Image Enhancement (LLIE) methods enhance human visual interpretation, their effect on computer vision tasks is inconsistent and can sometimes be harmful. Our findings suggest a disconnect between image enhancement for human visual perception and for machine analysis, indicating a need for LLIE methods tailored to support high-level vision tasks effectively. Studies have shown that learning personal stories could help provide individualized eldercare services. However, personal stories are often disordered because of the scattered collection, including informal interviews or daily interactions, which brings difficulties in acquiring valuable information quickly. One solution to this problem is to extract events from personal stories and automatically organize them in chronological order. Events extracted by current methods from social media or news corpus are mainly organized in a linear structure. These works usually focus on the event time and ignore the consistency of event contents when organizing events. This paper aims to organize events into a tree structure based on an event network, with stem nodes representing key event topics and branch nodes representing detailed events. Social workers or caregivers can clarify the life experience of the older adults quickly through the event tree and have a preliminary understanding of them. The experiments show that the event tree generated by our method has a better performance in consistency than current event organization methods. A survey study shows that our method achieves the highest logical coherence for the event tree branches compared with other algorithms. © 2022, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The rapid development of the Internet has brought convenience to people and has also produced the problem of "information overload". In view of the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm facing some bottlenecks to be solved, this study proposes a collaborative filtering algorithm that combines similarity and trust. First of all, in view of the large deviation of traditional similarity calculation and prediction of user ratings, this study proposes an optimized Pearson correlation coefficient calculation method;secondly, the trust relationship is established based on the user's rating of the common project, and the trust relationship between users who do not have a direct trust relationship is established through the transfer of trust;then find the nearest neighbor set of the target user through the fusion of user similarity and trust;finally, the item is scored and predicted to generate a recommendation list. A BCS-GDE Multi-objective Optimization Algorithm for Combined Cooling, Heating and Power Model with Decision Strategies

District energy systems can not only reduce energy consumption but also set energy supply dispatching schemes according to demand. In addition to economic cost, energy consumption and pollutant are more worthy of attention when evaluating combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) models. In this paper, the CCHP model is established with the objective of economic cost, primary energy consumption, and pollutant emissions. The mathematical expression of the CCHP system is proposed, and a multi-objective optimization model with constraints is established. According to different usage requirements, two decision-making strategies are designed, which can adapt to different scenarios. Besides, a generalized differential evolution with the best compromise solution processing mechanism (BCS-GDE) algorithm is proposed to optimize the CCHP model for the first time. The algorithm provides the optimal energy scheduling scheme by optimizing the production capacity of different capacity equipment. The simulation is conducted in three application scenarios: hotels, offices, and residential buildings. The simulation results show that the model established in this paper can reduce economic cost by 72%, primary energy consumption by 73%, and pollutant emission by 88%. Concurrently, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test shows that BCS-GDE is significantly better than OMOPSO, NSGA-II, and SPEA2 with greater than 95% confidence. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. Whole body bone scan image analysis is widely used in nuclear medicine to assist nuclear medicine physicians in the detection of bone metastases. At present, the analysis of whole-body bone scan images mainly relies on the manual reading of nuclear medicine doctors. The doctors, based on personal knowledge and experience, look for abnormal lesion locations and diagnose them by examining the whole-body bone scan images. However, this method is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. To solve the above problems, this study proposes an image segmentation method based on deep learning, which can automatically identify the location of bone metastases, so that doctors can make more accurate diagnosis. The Methods Attention mechanism was added to the jump connection of the original U-NET network to enhance the image feature selection. Experiments show that the algorithm in this study teaches traditional U-Net to show better results on the three indicators of MIoU Dice and MAP. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

RAKG:Document-level Retrieval Augmented Knowledge Graph Construction

With the rise of knowledge graph based retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques such as GraphRAG and Pike-RAG, the role of knowledge graphs in enhancing the reasoning capabilities of large language models (LLMs) has become increasingly prominent. However, traditional Knowledge Graph Construction (KGC) methods face challenges like complex entity disambiguation, rigid schema definition, and insufficient cross-document knowledge integration. This paper focuses on the task of automatic document-level knowledge graph construction. It proposes the Document-level Retrieval Augmented Knowledge Graph Construction (RAKG) framework. RAKG extracts pre-entities from text chunks and utilizes these pre-entities as queries for RAG, effectively addressing the issue of long-context forgetting in LLMs and reducing the complexity of Coreference Resolution. In contrast to conventional KGC methods, RAKG more effectively captures global information and the interconnections among disparate nodes, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the model. Additionally, we transfer the RAG evaluation framework to the KGC field and filter and evaluate the generated knowledge graphs, thereby avoiding incorrectly generated entities and relationships caused by hallucinations in LLMs. We further developed the MINE dataset by constructing standard knowledge graphs for each article and experimentally validated the performance of RAKG. The results show that RAKG achieves an accuracy of 95.91% on the MINE dataset, a 6.2 % point improvement over the current best baseline, GraphRAG (89.71%). Extracting structured information from the bone scan image report text plays a crucial role in supporting clinical analysis and research. This study summarized the structure and characteristics of 3608 bone scan image report text using dictionary-based information extraction method, including data cleaning, entity recognition, building dictionary and extraction rules. This method was used to obtain the structured data of bone scan image report text required for clinical research, and the effect evaluation was carried out on 1000 randomly selected report texts, with the precision rate and recall rate higher than 90%. The method proposed in this study is practical and could have good effect on structured results for bone scan imaging report text. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the development of blockchain technology, the cryptocurrency based on blockchain technology is becoming more and more popular. This gave birth to a huge cryptocurrency transaction network has received widespread attention. Link prediction learning structure of network is helpful to understand the mechanism of network, so it is also widely studied in cryptocurrency network. However, the dynamics of cryptocurrency transaction networks have been neglected in the past researches. We use graph regularized method to link past transaction records with future transactions. Based on this, we propose a single latent factor-dependent, non-negative, multiplicative and graph regularized-incorporated update (SLF-NMGRU) algorithm and further propose graph regularized nonnegative latent factor analysis (GrNLFA) model. Finally, experiments on a real cryptocurrency transaction network show that the proposed method improves both the accuracy and the computational efficiency. © 2022, CC BY-NC-ND.
