real-time data is highly valued in Crowd Analysis, which involves the collection, aggregation, and application of information related to people's daily lives. However, many current applications do not operate in real-time. Our aim is to develop a unique image processing application that is fully automated, cost-effective, and capable of achieving human- level or better performance without human intervention, a capability that most existing applications lack. To this end, we propose a web application that uses a neural network to automate the group discussion process by analyzing real-time camera feeds and detecting the emotions and attentiveness of participants. This analysis involves three steps: pre- processing, object detection, and event/behavior recognition, and determines a person's nature through the analysis of their emotions. The application can help identify outstanding candidates in group discussions and make the recruitment process more efficient. Keywords associated with this project include emotion recognition, face expression recognition, feature extraction, patched geodesic texture transform, neural network, curvelet feature extraction, bag of words method, local directional number pattern, regional registration technique, and gradient feature matching. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

Power demand is increasing globally, necessitating the search for an alternate source to meet the emerging power crisis, which will likely be accomplished through grid-synchronized electric vehicles (EVs). Photovoltaic (PV) power generation has emerged as an appropriate substitute for conventional power generation systems due to its ease of maintenance, sustainability, minimal noise level, and accessibility. The output of the PV panel can be controlled using high-gain and highly effective dC-dC converters. In this paper, an interleaved quadrature Boost converter is utilized to increase the output voltage of a PV system while also providing adequate control for a BLdC motor with a safe and soft start. The Firefly-optimized PI controller methodology outperforms other methods over seamless BLdC motor operation. The PI controller-based PWM generator generates the gating pulses for the interleaved quadrature Boost converter. For speed regulation, the converter result is supplied to the BLdC motor via a three-phase inverter. The use of a Proportional Integral (PI) controller as well as a Firefly-optimized PI controller improves grid synchronization and motor speed regulation. Harmonics are eliminated using an LC filter, and grid synchronization is accomplished using a single-phase inverter. The proposed work is carried out using the MATLAB software, and the results are obtained. © 2024 IEEE.

The academic metrics include gathering information from students regarding their classes, the teacher's effectiveness in the classroom, and the student's learning objectives. The creation of a web-based, multi-user system for academic performance and a recommendation system that is reliant on the effectiveness and qualifications of the teacher is the main goal of this research project. With the inclusion of the paperless technique, the system performed better and saw less data loss. A lot of people use visual analytics approaches to make it easier to explore data from online schooling. In order to give academics a more thorough understanding of the application of visualization in online education difficulties, we have conducted a systematic review. Each topic includes a summary of how visual analytics techniques are used and how they help with various analysis tasks. Finally, we address the obstacles and prospects for future research in the application of visual analytics methods to online learning. © 2024 IEEE.

drilling is an important part of the hole-creation process. It is extremely useful in the industrial sectors for parts assembly. Hard ceramic particles were dispersed into the metallic matrix, making them difficult to machine. So, optimizing the drilling process parameters becomes unavoidable. The primary goal of this research work is to prepare LM6/B4C/fly ash hybrid composites with three, six, and nine weight % of second phase material, by stir casting method. drilling operation was carried out with three levels of feed rate (F), spindle speed (S), drill material (d), and percentage of reinforcement (r) as input process variables by Taguchi’s design of experiments approach. Optimization of drilling parameters for obtaining lowest thrust force (TF) using single objective approach. results reveal that feed rate is having greatest impact on TF followed by spindle speed, reinforcement percentage, and then drill material. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

riding a motorcycle is an exhilarating experience, but it comes with its risks. In 2019, the National Highway Traffic. Safety Administration reported that motorcycle riders were 28 times more likely to die in a crash than passenger car occupants. A smart helmet is a wearable that can be used to enhance the safety of motorcycle riders. It includes features such as crash detection and wear detection, which can prevent the bike from starting unless the rider is wearing a helmet. It is also equipped with accelerometers, gyroscopes which help to detect crashes, and also connected with a GSM module chip which sends a message to important contacts and nearby hospital in case of emergency. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Aeromapping is a chart which shows the changes in a performance metric such as Coefficient of Lift, Coefficient of drag and balance as a function of the car attitudes. A generic four-wheeler vehicle body was designed for commercial purposes. In this study, the working principle was based on Bernoulli's principle of Fluid Flow. Laminar flow was tested on the model of the vehicle under static conditions. From the New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) standards, boundary conditions were fixed, so that the experiment can be as realistic as possible. Using ANSYS Fluent multiple simulations were done varying the experimental parameters, such as Fluid velocity, Yaw Angle of the Vehicle and varying the Fluid Pressure. All of these experiments were studied using the flow visualization, pressure graphs, graphs between independent variables etc. Successful results were achieved and the aero map was created and a significant downforce of 33% was achieved. © 2023 Elsevier Ltd. It is very instructive in the early design stage of automotive friction clutches to have a working understanding of the thermo-elasticity property of the material. In particular, the precise prediction method of maximum structural stress should be used in the design of mechanical clutches to ensure their longevity and compactness, which is critical in this application. In this study, an effective and reliable analytical methodology for the design of mechanical single plate clutches is created, which makes use of modeling and analysis methods to achieve its results. Using analysis, this study investigated the stress analysis of an automobile's single plate clutch, with the goal of reducing the stress and pressure generated in the clutch by the vehicle's single plate clutch. ANSYS software will be used for the detailed research of the clutch as well as the modeling of the clutch. CATIA software will be used for the analysis of the clutch. It is hoped that this work will also lead to the development of the most efficient and reliable mechanical clutch design. In this paper single plate clutch investigate for structural, heat and wear behaviour characteristics with nano coated material such as TiO2 and ZrO2. © 2021

delamination is a typical flaw in fiber-metal laminated composite structures that, when hidden from view, can significantly lower structural stiffness and alter a structure's ability to respond dynamically to forces like natural frequencies. delamination is undoubtedly an important topic as it causes the performance of the Fiber Metal Laminate structures in the service to worsen. delamination detection and severity analysis are essential in the aerospace industry for both safety and cost reasons. Although natural frequencies do not directly reveal the location or extent of damage, they are the most dependable metrics for damage detection. Frequency shifts in various modes are used to solve the inverse problem to pinpoint the damage location and extent. The bending natural frequencies shift brought on by delamination is utilized as an input to predict the delamination parameters. This study used an approach based on machine learning and a regression model to find the delamination parameters, i.e., locations and severity, in fiber metal laminated cantilever beams. FEA simulations using ANSYS were used to get the dataset pertaining to the position, severity, and eigen values (or bending natural frequencies) of the delamination. The results of this study indicate that the delamination locations and severity predictions developed using machine learning and regression models are reasonably accurate and demonstrate good agreement with the observed data. © 2023 International institute of Acoustics and Vibrations. The creation of novel materials with high mechanical qualities necessitates the use of advanced machining techniques. Non-conventional machining processes alter the entire manufacturing scenario. Non-conventional machining processes swiftly replace conventional machining processes for obtaining better surface quality and a higher material removal rate. Based on grey relational analysis, this work proposes an efficacious method for optimising wire EdM machining parameters of AMCs with varied performance characteristics. Stir casting was used to make AMCs (413/B4Cp) using B4C of 3%, 6% and 9% by weight as reinforcement and 413 as the matrix material. In this study, performance features Mrr and Sr are taken into account while optimising input parameters. The experimented GrG is 0.772, while the anticipated value is 0.784. This method helped to improve the WEdM process. © 2022

This research focuses on developing a system that can generate descriptive captions for images and convert them into audio output. The system employs a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to extract visual features from images, which are then fed into a Gated recurrent Unit (GrU) to generate textual descriptions. The generated captions are subsequently converted into audio using text-to-speech techniques. By training the model on a large dataset of image-caption pairs, the system learns to associate visual information with textual descriptions, enabling accurate and coherent caption generation. This research contributes to the advancement of image understanding and generation, with potential applications in various fields such as image search, accessibility, and content creation. © 2024 IEEE.
