Online learning has shifted from being merely marginal trend to become popular in English language learning. Where, the number of higher education institutions has dramatically increased to offer English language learning using the online learning. Online learning has led to extremely changes in education generally and language learning in particular. At the same time, it is demanded to improve the learning outcomes of English by using technology effectively. The lack of attention to grammar was causing falling standards in language. So, the studies no longer address whether you need to learn English grammar or not, but how to choose a good way to learn English grammar to produce better learning outcomes. Consequently, research is necessary to examine whether the advantages of online learning apply to learning English grammar, especially in improving satisfactory learning outcomes. Therefore this study will conduct research on the effects of online learning on learning outcomes of English grammar. This study concluded that the learning outcomes of students who received English grammar online learning showed very good learning outcomes. Furthermore, students who are treated with online learning in English grammar learning provides better cognitive outcomes than students who attend face to face learning.

In recent years, neurodiversity has gained popularity among those proponents of people's inclusion, dignity, and rights. Demonstrations and images help them learn more effectively. Give written instructions, visual clues, and brief spoken instructions when feasible. Furthermore, the researchers included seventeen student populations, eleven officers and staff, and twelve lecturer populations. For two days in a row, they attended the interactive quotation display by neurodivergent artists, and in response, they contributed drawings that reflected their interpretations of the quotes. An interview served as the second method of gathering data. The researchers also conducted a structured interview with four students, four officers, and three lecturers acting as spokespeople. Quotes from the works of Neurodivergent Artists such as Nintendo, Love, Amsterdam, Suzanne, Kacamata (Glasses), Teman (Friends), Mudik (Homecoming), Menjahit (Sewing), and Iggle can be found in the Interactive Installation activity. Using a mixed-methods approach, the researchers collected and examined the data (Creswell, 2014). It is an approach that blends qualitative and quantitative research techniques. According to the findings, the Amsterdam quote is liked by lecturers, staff, and students alike. In addition, the Love quote sparks curiosity in both students and instructors, indicating a mutual admiration for its meaning.

Recent advancements in e-learning have highlighted the significance of incorporating gamification into language acquisition processes. It is essential to examine the application of learning game features within classroom settings. The foremost goal of this systematic review of literature is to ascertain and thoroughly delineate the elements of gamification considered suitable for incorporation into environments for language learning. This investigation focuses on two main objectives: firstly, to examine the influence of diverse elements of gamification on the enhancement of language abilities, and secondly, to comprehend how these elements shape the educational approaches and experiences of students in a gamified learning environment. The review methodology employed in this study is a systematic literature review of the current literature to comprehensively analyze and map out the effective utilization of gamification in the context of language teaching. The results of our study demonstrate that the deliberate integration of game features can have a substantial impact on student motivation and engagement. Nevertheless, the efficacy of these components is contingent upon the individual attributes of students and the educational goals in question. The paper finishes by providing advice for customizing gamification tactics to accommodate the varying learner profiles in language teaching. Additionally, it suggests potential areas of future research that can contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of this pedagogical approach. © 2023 IEEE.

A decision support system is a solution to help provide decision recommendations in determining which options to choose as a solution, in this decision support system research, namely analyzing and comparing the Matching Profile method and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in providing the best choice solution in the case of determining teaching staff acceptance. Determination of Admission, The selected teaching staff, are teaching staff who are in accordance with the criteria and quality. In an educational institution, namely TPQ Anbata, it is a very important issue to get elected teaching staff. One way to get teaching staff who is in accordance with the cafeteria is determined by selecting or determining prospective teaching staff by paying attention to various assessment criteria so that the selected teaching staff is feasible. From the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained include all test cases, and the testing is appropriate. The results of the system calculation accuracy test show that the calculation of Matching Profile and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting Method carried out by the system with manual calculations is correct and the feasibility test. Appropriate to use in making decisions determining the recruitment of teachers than the profile matching method in Anbata TPQ. The difference is in the highest value in each method. In the profile matching method, the highest value is Salman Al Fariz with a value of 4.70 while in the SAW method the highest value is Ali Gufron with a value of 8,778., it can be concluded that the most appropriate method in determining the recruitment of teaching staff at TPQ Anbata is the Profile Matching Method.

The integration of augmented reality has shown to be a successful implementation within the fields of education. The resultant positive impact is highly beneficial and introduces a novel dimension to the realm of education. Nevertheless, the advancement of technology and the evolving demands of education present inherent challenges that must be confronted. This study's main goal is to provide a thorough examination of the difficulties faced when implementing augmented reality (AR) technology in educational settings. This study involves an extensive review of literature focusing on the integration of augmented reality (AR) into educational contexts. Nevertheless, the availability of literature source databases remains constrained. Another researcher has asserted that this study aims to address the limitations previously discussed. The objective of this study is to adequately rectify the limitations. The bibliometric review was carried out utilizing analytical techniques offered by Scopus, while the viewing of bibliometric data was performed employing the Vos viewer application. The findings indicate that there exist multiple factors that stakeholders ought to consider while employing augmented reality within educational contexts. The field of augmented reality (AR) encompasses four separate challenges, namely technological complexities, user-related considerations, AR content creation, and the need for curriculum adjustments to meet the learning demands associated with AR integration. © 2024 IEEE.

Vernacular concept can be implemented or applied multidisciplinary, either in linguistic or design area; architecture design, interior design, design & environment, and visual communication design. Vernacular concept related to traditional concept. Where historical source needed to supply the analysis of the concept. In this paper, Vernacular concept used as comparative study but also collating the vernacular architecture and the vernacular typography, by using Minangkabau traditional house at West Sumatra named Rumah Gadang as sample. The result from the comparison between two different kinds of field of knowledge will show how far vernacular concept can be use and continue as model for another type of vernacular objects in Indonesia. As we know, Indonesia has many of tradition and culture to preserve its existence because the concept of tradition itself is need to be developed and deliver to continue and preserve our traditional heritage.

The Class I LPKA Palembang management wishes to present academic services through the provision of systems that can better support education. Therefore, Filial e-school was built and implemented as a learning system in filial schools implemented in LPKA. The e-school system with the link address http://***/, consists of several modules: ***-based learning module, ***-based learning module, ***-based learning module, *** learning media, *** and submission assignment media, *** media. This system facilitates the learning process of LPKA students to be able to learn independently with existing media and make it easier for teachers to deliver learning material. The system development method used in this study was the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Testing of user experience on the use of e-school was tested using the User Experience method with the following aspects:Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. Based on the results of UEQ differences between parent schools' teachers and LPKA students on the use of filial e-school, it was found that e-school filial gave slightly higher impressions to parent schools' teachers compared to students. The average results of the UEQ questionnaire for all users of the e-school filial system showed that the stimulation and novelty aspects were felt to be higher than the other four aspects.

This study aims to apply Terminalia bellirica, Ceriop condolleana, Cudrania javanensis, and Pelthopherum pterocarpum as textile dyes to cotton and silk fabrics. The experimental method was carried out to utilize the waste of Terminalia bellirica, Ceriop condolleana, Cudrania javanensis, and Pelthopherum pterocarpum as natural dyes using alum, lime, and ferrous sulphate fixations. The fixation values of alum, lime, and ferrous sulphate using natural dyes were at level 3 (good) on cotton and level 4 (very good) on silk.

Mobile Adhoc Networks (MANETs) is an emerging technology in both the industrial and academic research. The major drawback in MANETs is improving the battery capacity. MANETs are dynamic in nature therefore during communication it consumes more energy that reduces the overall energy efficiency of the network. Many past and present researches are concern about this problem. In this paper, Energy Preservation in MANETs using Self-Adaptive Cluster Head Selection with Advanced Genetic Algorithm (EPMSA-CHAG) approach is proposed where the CH selection is performed using two segments;they are initial parameter based on CH selection and Advanced Genetic Algorithm (AGA) based CH selection. At the initial stage the parameters which are considered for the CH selection are node degree, node stability, distance, residual energy, and speed and delivery rate. Using these parameters are the best fit for CH selection is chosen then in order to find the optimal best fit from the best fit calculation, Advanced Genetic Algorithm (AGA). The proposed EPMSA-CHAG approach is simulated using NS2 and the parameters which are considered for the performance analysis are packet delivery rate, energy efficiency, end to end delay, routing overhead and throughput. The methods that are taken for the comparative analysis are HLSPM-CHSR and HAMBO-CHLD. From the results calculated it is proven that the proposed EPMSA-CHAG approach achieved high packet delivery rate, energy efficiency and throughput as well as lower end to end delay and routing overhead when compared with the earlier methods HLSPM-CHSR and HAMBO-CHLD. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia is located between three active tectonic plates, which are prone to natural disasters such as earthquake, volcanic eruption, and also giant tidal wave-tsunami. Adequate infrastructure plays an important role in disaster mitigation, yet without good public awareness, the mitigation process won’t be succeeded. The absence of awareness can lead to infrastructure mistreatment. Several reports on lack of understanding or misinterpretation of disaster mitigation especially from rural and coastal communities need to be solved, especially from communication aspects. This is an interdisciplinary study on disaster mitigation communication design and education strategy from visual communication design studies paradigm. This paper depicts research results which applying vernacular design base to elaborate sustainable mitigation communication and education strategy on various visual media and social campaigns. This paper also describes several design approaches which may becomes way to elaborate sustainable awareness and understanding on disaster mitigation among rural and coastal communities in Indonesia.
