As a thriving travel business, disabled accessible tourism has been getting more and more attention from related stakeholders in the market since the introduction of its concept and its development in China. Tourism attraction and tourism enterprises are acknowledged as the stakeholders who the disabled tourism, if taken as a product, contacts with directly while being served and sold. Therefore, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model between tourism enterprises and tourism attraction and analyzes the evolutionary stable strategy and key influence factors of the two parties when developing the disabled travel business. The research results show that to develop the disabled tourism needs the cooperation of tourism attraction and enterprises. The enterprises should increase their communication with tourism attraction to decrease unnecessary lose and simultaneously optimize their service quality while managing to strengthen business integration. The tourism attraction should construct barrier-free facilities in accordance with government's policy, improve their profession of the disabled tourism, and intensify the propaganda of this business.

Online shopping has become an important and popular way of life. With the rapid C2C platform development, the credit problem in online shopping was being discussed. Serious loss of credit will leads to bad online business environment. However, till now lots of researchers just focus on seller reputation model to solve credit problem, thus buyer reputation model is seldom being considered. To solve the above problem, we proposed a Computational Buyer Reputation Model for C2C e-Commerce platform, i.e. CBRM. Five buyer reputation indicators, including transactions amount, seller ratings, buyer operations, chargeback ratio and real name authentication, were integrated into CBRM. By using AHP to distribute various indicator weights, we can obtain numeric value of buyer reputation. Therefore, these values can be used for sellers to choose appropriate buyers to deal with. Experiment results showed the efficiency and effectiveness of CBRM.

When unlabeled data is selected for updating classifier, it is easy to introduce noise or unreliable data. In this paper, a semi-supervised collaboration-training based on genetic algorithm (SCGA) is proposed. This algorithm uses optimization function of genetic algorithm to help collaboration-training algorithm to select valuable unlabeled data. Experiments on UCI datasets prove that the algorithm is useful for updating classifiers effectively and can prevent the introduction of noise.

In this paper, we present a novel method for activity analysis in outdoor environment. Difficulties, such as low resolution, shadows, long distances, and segmentation problems, usually exist in outdoor environment. To deal with these difficulties, the activity width sequence image which maintains 3D features using 2D representation is exploited to represent the silhouette structure information of each frame and dynamic properties of activity. The activity width vectors are converted to the gray value successively according to the order in activity sequence and the gray image is formed in spatio-temporal space. We regard the activity width sequence image as the texture and choose Local Binary Patterns which is a powerful texture extraction operator to analyze the spatio-temporal pattern. The method is simple and effective. We test our method based on the outdoor database and the results are encouraging.
