The aim of this paper is to compare the safety and quality among farm product cold chain companies. Equipment and facility, logistics environment, personnel quality and process are used to establish the comprehensive index system. Then, because of the uncertainty and fuzziness, a risk prioritization model of farm product cold chain quality and safety based on intuitionistic triangular fuzzy TOPSIS was constructed. A case example was presented to demonstrate the practicality of proposed approach.

This paper studies a Markovian queue with multiple working vacations and controlled vacation interruption. If there are at least N customers waiting upon completion of a service at a lower rate, the vacation is interrupted and the server returns to the system to resume the normal working level. Otherwise, the server continues the vacation until the system is non-empty after a vacation ends or there are at least N customers after a service ends. Moreover, the variable arrival rate of the customers is taken into account. Under such assumptions, by using the quasi-birth-and-death process, the matrix-geometric method and the difference equation theory, the steady-state queue length distribution along with various performance measures are derived. Additionally, under a certain cost structure, the optimal threshold N∗ that minimizes the long-run expected cost function per unit time is numerically determined. © 2015, Association for Scientific Research. With the rapid development of modern economy, which regards satisfying customer demands as its basis, enterprises urgently need to operate effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to gain their market and increase their profit or competitive power. To provide enterprises managers with valuable views on customer management, in this paper we discussed on operation design of CRM, and proposed six operation tactics of CRM, including "senior enterprise leaders support CRM application", "integrate CRM strategies with corporate culture", "customer-oriented management system", "train staff to learn CRM knowledge", "enhance data quality of CRM system" and "protect customer information privacy". The proposed tactics will be helpful for practical operation of customer management system effectively.

As a thriving travel business, disabled accessible tourism has been getting more and more attention from related stakeholders in the market since the introduction of its concept and its development in China. Tourism attraction and tourism enterprises are acknowledged as the stakeholders who the disabled tourism, if taken as a product, contacts with directly while being served and sold. Therefore, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model between tourism enterprises and tourism attraction and analyzes the evolutionary stable strategy and key influence factors of the two parties when developing the disabled travel business. The research results show that to develop the disabled tourism needs the cooperation of tourism attraction and enterprises. The enterprises should increase their communication with tourism attraction to decrease unnecessary lose and simultaneously optimize their service quality while managing to strengthen business integration. The tourism attraction should construct barrier-free facilities in accordance with government's policy, improve their profession of the disabled tourism, and intensify the propaganda of this business.

In classic radial sampling scheme, angle intervals between adjacent straight sampling lines are the same. And so the coherence between the sampling matrix and the sparse matrix is high. Many pseudo-shadows will occur on the reconstructed image. For this problem, we put forward a novel sampling scheme in which the scan lines are placed in the manner of golden section angle interval. In the resulting sampling matrix, the scan lines scatter randomly on the whole. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm proposed in this paper has lower correlation coefficient between sampling matrix and sparse matrix than classic radial sampling scheme and random radial sampling scheme. Image can be accurately reconstructed by collecting less data than the other two schemes. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Online shopping has become an important and popular way of life. With the rapid C2C platform development, the credit problem in online shopping was being discussed. Serious loss of credit will leads to bad online business environment. However, till now lots of researchers just focus on seller reputation model to solve credit problem, thus buyer reputation model is seldom being considered. To solve the above problem, we proposed a Computational Buyer Reputation Model for C2C e-Commerce platform, i.e. CBRM. Five buyer reputation indicators, including transactions amount, seller ratings, buyer operations, chargeback ratio and real name authentication, were integrated into CBRM. By using AHP to distribute various indicator weights, we can obtain numeric value of buyer reputation. Therefore, these values can be used for sellers to choose appropriate buyers to deal with. Experiment results showed the efficiency and effectiveness of CBRM.

With the rapid development of new economy, China lubricant enterprises urgently need to implement effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to win the market. By constructing and applying CRM, lubricant enterprises can keep their old customers and find potential customers, so the profit and core competitive power of lubricant enterprises can all be increased. In this paper we optimized the traditional sales process of China lubricant enterprises, designed a new business process reengineering (BPR) and built a pyramid model of CRM application tactics. The new BPR can be helpful for effectively CRM implementation of China lubricant enterprises. © 2013 IEEE.

When unlabeled data is selected for updating classifier, it is easy to introduce noise or unreliable data. In this paper, a semi-supervised collaboration-training based on genetic algorithm (SCGA) is proposed. This algorithm uses optimization function of genetic algorithm to help collaboration-training algorithm to select valuable unlabeled data. Experiments on UCI datasets prove that the algorithm is useful for updating classifiers effectively and can prevent the introduction of noise.

This article is concerned with blow-up solutions of the Cauchy problem of critical nonlinear SchrSdinger equation with a Stark potential. By using the variational characterization of corresponding ground state, the limiting behavior of blow-up solutions with critical and small super-critical mass are obtained in the natural energy space ∑ = {u ∈ H^1; fRN ｜x｜^2｜u｜^2dx 〈＋∞）}. Moreover, an interesting concentration property of the blow-up solutions with critical mass is gotten, which reads that ｜u（t, x）｜^2→ ｜｜Q｜｜L^2 2 δx=x1 as t → T.
