Although doped hole-transport materials(HTMs)off er an effi ciency benefi t for perovskite solar cells(PSCs),they inevi-tably diminish the ***,we describe the use of various chlorinated small molecules,specifi cally fl uorenone-triphenylamine(FO-TPA)-x-Cl[x=para,meta,and ortho(p,m,and o)],with diff erent chlorine-substituent positions,as dopant-free HTMs for *** chlorinated molecules feature a symmetrical donor-acceptor-donor structure and ideal intramolecular charge transfer properties,allowing for self-doping and the establishment of built-in potentials for improving charge *** effi cient hole-transfer interfaces are constructed between perovskites and these HTMs by strategi-cally modifying the chlorine ***,the chlorinated HTM-derived inverted PSCs exhibited superior effi ciencies and air ***,the dopant-free HTM FO-TPA-o-Cl not only attains a power conversion effi ciency of 20.82% but also demonstrates exceptional stability,retaining 93.8%of its initial effi ciency even after a 30-day aging test conducted under ambient air conditions in PSCs without *** fi ndings underscore the critical role of chlorine-substituent regulation in HTMs in ensuring the formation and maintenance of effi cient and stable PSCs.

In recent years, most of the studies have shown that the generalized iterated shrinkage thresholdings (GISTs) have become the commonly used first-order optimization algorithms in sparse learning problems. The nonconvex relaxations of the \ell _{0} -norm usually achieve better performance than the convex case (e.g., \ell _{1} -norm) since the former can achieve a nearly unbiased solver. To increase the calculation efficiency, this work further provides an accelerated GIST version, that is, AGIST, through the extrapolation-based acceleration technique, which can contribute to reduce the number of iterations when solving a family of nonconvex sparse learning problems. Besides, we present the algorithmic analysis, including both local and global convergence guarantees, as well as other intermediate results for the GIST and AGIST, denoted as (A)GIST, by virtue of the Kurdyka-Lojasiewica (KL) property and some milder assumptions. Numerical experiments on both synthetic data and real-world databases can demonstrate that the convergence results of objective function accord to the theoretical properties and nonconvex sparse learning methods can achieve superior performance over some convex ones. © 2013 IEEE.

The acquisition of gender information of Chinese mitten crabs is crucial for survival rate assessment and biomass estimation. Machine vision is commonly used for the automatic gender recognition of Chinese mitten crabs, but the low light conditions caused by deeper containers reduce the accuracy of existing algorithms. To improve the accuracy of gender recognition of Chinese mitten crabs in low light environments, this study incorporates the GAM into the backbone of YOLOv7, improving the capability to distinguish gender-specific features. A lightweight upsampling operator, CARAFE, replaces the original upsampling module, expanding the model’s receptive field and better aggregating global information. Using Focal-CIoU to mitigate the impact of low-quality prediction boxes, enabling the model to better optimize high-quality ones. By constructing an image dataset of Chinese mitten crabs in low-light environments to validate the model’s performance, experimental results demonstrate that the average precision of the model established in this study is 0.870, 10.6% higher than the most update algorithm GMNet-YOLOv4, effectively performing the classification task of Chinese mitten crabs in low-light environments. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a distributed algorithm for the minimum-time reconfiguration of multi-agent *** reconfiguration problem is formulated as an optimal control problem where the manifold of terminal states includes parameters to be *** proposed algorithm lays its foundation on the control vector parametrization(CVP)method,the sequential convex programming(SCP) method,and the distributed alternating direction method of multipliers(D-ADMM).By using the CVP method,the original optimal control problem is firstly transcribed into a nonlinear programming problem,which can then be solved by the SCP *** achieve the distributed implementation the SCP method is integrated with *** effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated in a case study of the time-optimal formation reconfiguration of four satellites.A comparison with the global optimization technique shows that the algorithm outputs the global minimum for the studied case.

With the proliferation of IoT devices, there is an escalating demand for enhanced computing and communication capabilities. Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) addresses this need by relocating computing resources to the network edge, thereby delivering swifter and more efficient services. This paper introduces a computation offloading and energy consumption optimization framework that leverages Reconfigurable intelligent Surfaces (RIS), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), and MEC. The scheme aims to maximize energy efficiency through the optimization of task allocation, RIS phase shifts, and UAV trajectories. By employing the Multi-Agent Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MATD3) reinforcement learning algorithm, the paper further refines UAV trajectories and RIS configurations. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method surpasses the traditional Concave-Convex Procedure (CCCP) algorithm in both UAV trajectory control and RIS configuration, demonstrating quicker convergence and enhanced stability. The method proves to be adaptable to diverse environments and tasks, showcasing notable benefits in RIS-assisted interference suppression, particularly with large RIS, thereby enhancing UAV data reception rates. Additionally, MATD3 exhibits faster and smoother convergence for extended task durations and smaller RIS scenarios. Simulation results reveal that UAVs tend to move closer to RIS, with energy efficiency falling as IoT tasks increase, affirming the proposed algorithm's high energy efficiency and effectiveness. © 2025 IEEE.

A Method for Constructing Optical Detection Model of Wheat Seed Purity Based on Sample Generation and Contrast Learning Strategy

Seed purity is an essential indicator of seed quality, and use of optical techniques for seed purity testing has been extensively reported. Currently, most optical detection models for seed purity rely on the assumptions that the training set used to develop detection model contains all possible impurity varieties, and that the number of positive(the variety of interest) and negative samples(all possible impurities contained in that variety) in the training set is balanced. This assumption is often difficult to fulfil in practice due to the complexity of the seed production process. In order to solve the problem of unbalanced samples in the construction of the optical detection model and the problem of detection of unknown impurities (categories of impurities not contained in the training set) faced by the model in practical applications, an optical detection model construction method for wheat seed purity based on sample generation and contrast learning strategy was proposed in this study. Firstly, a linear data generation strategy is used to expand the dataset of impurity samples, enhance the diversity of impurity samples and improve the imbalance between the positive and negative samples, so as to improve the model's ability to identify impurity seeds. At the same time, a contrast learning strategy is introduced to strengthen the feature differences between the positive and negative samples and improve the model's recognition accuracy for unknown impurity samples. Hyperspectral images of six varieties with a total of 4200 wheat seeds were acquired, and a purity detection model for each variety was built based on the average spectra of the seeds. The purity detection model for each variety was constructed through four varieties (containing the variety itself as the positive sample, and three of the remaining five varieties as a small number of negative samples), while the test sample consisted of all six variety samples. In this paper, a fuzzy PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller is introduced to suppress the stick-slip vibration present in the drilling process. First, the dynamical model of stick-slip vibration is composed of the multi-DOF (Degree-Of-Freedom) drill-string model and the Karnopp model describing the interaction of the drill bit with the rock. Then, stability analysis is made for the initial PID parameters of our controller. To suppress the stick-slip vibration and at the same time mitigate the effects of the stratigraphic environment variation on the control performance, the fuzzy adaptive algorithm is chosen as the method of optimization controller parameters. From the experimental results, it is clear that our controller has good control performance in the complex and changing stratigraphic environment. © 2022 IEEE.

In deep geological drilling, encountering various formations is inevitable. Formation changes can lead to fluc-tuations in the weight on bit due to the bit-rock interaction. This paper proposes a disturbance observer-based weight on bit control system to mitigate the adverse effects of formation changes on system performance. First, an axis-torsion coupled dynamic model is established, and the relationship between the two dimensions is analyzed. The validity of the model is confirmed through comparison with field data collected from a geothermal well drilling operation. Then, a disturbance observer is designed to estimate and compensate for the disturbance at the control input, thereby reducing weight on bit fluctuations caused by formation variations. Simulation results considering formation variation during drilling verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Ionospheric spread-F is a subject widely studied by scholars at home and abroad in recent decades. Its occurrence probability is affected by solar activity, geomagnetic activity, season and other factors. Due to its geographical location, xi'an has become one of the most representative cities in Northwest China. Therefore, studying the variation characteristics of spread-F occurrence probabilities in xi'an has important strategic significance for ionospheric research in China. This paper introduces the ionoapheric observation data of xi”an (34.13°N, 108.83°E) in the mid-latitude of China, and studies the occurrence rate and monthly and seasonal variation characteristics of spread-F during 2011. FSF and RSF frequently occurred during summer at xi”an. The results show that in the middle latitude, the start time of spread-F is about 21 LT and continues to 05 LT. Both the higher occurrences of FSF and RSF are mainly appeared at 22, Oland 04 local times. The probability of RSF occurring at some time in winter is higher than that in spring and autumn. Although some of the results of this paper are slightly different from the previous research results, most of the results indirectly verify the previous research results. All these results are of great significance for us to understand the variation characteristics of ionospheric irregularities in China and improve the ability of space weather prediction. However, the great difference of occurrences in xi'an station is striking and worth further studying.

In this paper, the effect of the initial state of the drilling system on trajectory tracking is taken into account in the directional drilling trajectory tracking control. Firstly, the trajectory model describing the two-dimensional drilling trajectory of the rotary steering system (RSS) is introduced. To improve the accuracy of trajectory tracking control and reduce the trajectory deviation, a fixed-time sliding mode control (FTSMC) method is introduced. Then, the stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed, and the range of controller parameters satisfying the stability condition is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed control strategy is verified by simulation experiments.
