Aiming at the network security problem of the blockchain system, the game model based on Markov is proposed. The model perceives the network security situation of the blockchain system, accurately and comprehensively evaluates the current security status of the system through clustering screening and attack game, dynamically evaluates the security situation of the system, and establishes an attack transfer network and the best reinforcement scheme. The experiment shows that the Markov game model based on 51% double spend attack can evaluate and predict the current and future security status of the blockchain system, and can reduce the asset loss caused by blockchain attacks to a certain extent. © 2022 IEEE.

Few-shot font generation (FFG) aims to learn the target style from a limited number of reference glyphs and generate the remaining glyphs in the target font. Previous works focus on disentangling the content and style features of glyphs, combining the content features of the source glyph with the style features of the reference glyph to generate new glyphs. However, the disentanglement is challenging due to the complexity of glyphs, often resulting in glyphs that are influenced by the style of the source glyph and prone to artifacts. We propose IF-Font, a novel paradigm which incorporates Ideographic Description Sequence (IDS) instead of the source glyph to control the semantics of generated glyphs. To achieve this, we quantize the reference glyphs into tokens, and model the token distribution of target glyphs using corresponding IDS and reference tokens. The proposed method excels in synthesizing glyphs with neat and correct strokes, and enables the creation of new glyphs based on provided IDS. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method greatly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both one-shot and few-shot settings, particularly when the target styles differ significantly from the training font styles. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a kind of ocular complication of diabetes, and its degree grade is an essential basis for early diagnosis of patients. Manual diagnosis is a long and expensive process with a specific risk of misdiagnosis. Computer-aided diagnosis can provide more accurate and practical treatment recommendations. In this paper, we propose a multi-view joint learning DR diagnostic model called RT2Net, which integrates the global features of fundus images and the local detailed features of vascular images to reduce the limitations of single fundus image learning. Firstly, the original image is preprocessed using operations such as contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization, and the vascular structure of the extracted DR image is segmented. Then, the vascular image and fundus image are input into two branch networks of RT2Net for feature extraction, respectively, and the feature fusion module adaptively fuses the feature vectors’ output from the branch networks. Finally, the optimized classification model is used to identify the five categories of DR. This paper conducts extensive experiments on the public datasets EyePACS and APTOS 2019 to demonstrate the method's effectiveness. The accuracy of RT2Net on the two datasets reaches 88.2% and 85.4%, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) is 0.98 and 0.96, respectively. The excellent classification ability of RT2Net for DR can significantly help patients detect and treat lesions early and provide doctors with a more reliable diagnosis basis, which has significant clinical value for diagnosing DR. © 2024 The Authors

As the largest source of technical information around the world, patents are regarded as an essential crystallization and carrier of knowledge and technological innovation. Patent transformation is conducive not only to enhancing economic efficiency, but also to improving productivity and the rational utilization of resources. There is an imbalance between high patent ownership and low transformation rates. We try to predict the occurrence of transformation events from the patent assignment. However, there are some challenges in predicting patent transformation: (1) how to capture transformation features of patents, especially combined with the transfer time factor. (2) how to predict patent transfer time effectively. To address these challenges, a Patent Transfer Time Forecasting Model (PTTFM) is proposed. The model includes: (1) extraction of time-varying features of patents. (2) the patent transfer time is forecast using a Neural Temporal Point Process. By testing the model on patents under different classifications, the experimental results are obtained to show that the proposed model is applicable to predict the timing of patent assignment within a certain time frame, especially one month. Our work may facilitate patent transformation while interpretability is ensured for transformation events. © 2023 IEEE.

Distributed measurement of underground rock and soil deformation is an important part of geological hazard monitoring. Using parallel helical transmission lines as sensors and combining frequency domain reflection (FDR) analysis enables continuous distributed measurement of larger deformation quantities. It is known that the characteristic impedance of the parallel helical transmission line increases with the increase of tensile force. Through FDR, the measurement and location of the tensile point can be determined. This paper explains the principle of FDR measurement of tensile deformation in parallel helical transmission lines. In response to practical application issues of FDR in parallel helical transmission lines, this paper analyzes the influence of sweep range, frequency, and number of sampling points on measurement results through experimental data. The paper also measures different incident signals under different circumstances, identifies and analyzes factors that may affect measurement results, and selects a better measurement scheme. The proposed method is used to simulate the actual use of parallel helical transmission lines and obtain actual measurement data, which is analyzed for better understanding. © 2023 SPIE.

Intellectual property transactions have shown a strong growth momentum in recent years, but the patent transaction market has been plagued by the matching degree of consumers and sellers, resulting in frequent problems such as low patent transformation efficiency and poor transaction quality. This paper proposes a method of recommending patents to consumers by experts to improve the environment of patent transactions. Through the analysis of the past transaction information of the patent, the effective path information of the target is extracted. The graph neural network is used to describe the characteristics and semantics among experts, patents and consumers, and then capture the potential weight among them through the common attention mechanism, and then dynamically integrate them to predict the occurrence of recommendation behavior. The paper makes reasonable use of social information and expert information in the transaction, which significantly improves the rationality and accuracy of expert recommendation. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper explores a novel multi-modal alternating learning paradigm pursuing a reconciliation between the exploitation of uni-modal features and the exploration of cross-modal interactions. This is motivated by the fact that current paradigms of multi-modal learning tend to explore multi-modal features simultaneously. The resulting gradient prohibits further exploitation of the features in the weak modality, leading to modality competition, where the dominant modality overpowers the learning process. To address this issue, we study the modality-alternating learning paradigm to achieve reconcilement. Specifically, we propose a new method called ReconBoost to update a fixed modality each time. Herein, the learning objective is dynamically adjusted with a reconcilement regularization against competition with the historical models. By choosing a KL-based reconcilement, we show that the proposed method resembles Friedman's Gradient-Boosting (GB) algorithm, where the updated learner can correct errors made by others and help enhance the overall performance. The major difference with the classic GB is that we only preserve the newest model for each modality to avoid overfitting caused by ensembling strong learners. Furthermore, we propose a memory consolidation scheme and a global rectification scheme to make this strategy more effective. Experiments over six multi-modal benchmarks speak to the efficacy of the method. We release the code at https://***/huacong/ReconBoost. Copyright 2024 by the author(s)

At present, the research object of fault diagnosis focuses on single fault diagnosis. This method of diagnosis does not consider the relationship between mechanical equipment faults, and cannot fully identify the type of fault. In the actual industrial process, mechanical equipment is mostly complex system, and compound fault diagnosis is more in line with industrial needs. In order to solve the problem of compound fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment and improve the accuracy of fault identification, this paper establishes a compound fault diagnosis model for gearbox by means of multi-task learning, uses multi-gated networks to extract features from the task sharing layer, and finally classifies the fault through the task specific *** experimental results show that, the compound fault diagnosis method based on Multi-task Learning with Multi-gate Mixture-of-Experts (ML-MMoE) can accurately identify compound fault types under different working conditions. © 2022 IEEE

GBSVM: Granular-ball Support Vector Machine

GBSVM (Granular-ball Support Vector Machine) is a significant attempt to construct a classifier using the coarse-to-fine granularity of a granular-ball as input, rather than a single data point. It is the first classifier whose input contains no points. However, the existing model has some errors, and its dual model has not been derived. As a result, the current algorithm cannot be implemented or applied. To address these problems, this paper has fixed the errors of the original model of the existing GBSVM, and derived its dual model. Furthermore, a particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the dual model. The sequential minimal optimization algorithm is also carefully designed to solve the dual model. The solution is faster and more stable than the particle swarm optimization based version. The experimental results on the UCI benchmark datasets demonstrate that GBSVM has good robustness and efficiency.
