Chalcogenide superlattices Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe is a candidate for interfacial phase-change memory(iPCM) data storage *** employing terahertz emission spectroscopy and the transient reflectance spectroscopy together,we investigate the ultrafast photoexcited carrier dynamics and current transients in Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe *** orientation and excitation polarization dependences of the THz emission confirm that ultrafast thermo-electric,shift and injection currents contribute to the THz generation in Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe *** decreasing the thickness and increasing the number of GeTe and Sb_(2)Te_(3) layer,the interlayer coupling can be enhanced,which significantly reduces the contribution from circular photo-galvanic effect(CPGE).A photo-induced bleaching in the transient reflectance spectroscopy probed in the range of~1100 nm to~1400 nm further demonstrates a gapped state resulting from the interlayer *** demonstrates play an important role in the development of iPCM-based high-speed optoelectronic devices.

Existing coupled distributed estimation and motion control strategies of mobile sensor networks present limitations in velocity-varying target tracking. Therefore, a velocity-varying target tracking algorithm based on flocking control is proposed herein. The Kalman-consensus filter is utilized to estimate the position, velocity and acceleration of a target. The flocking control algorithm with a velocity-varying virtual leader enables the position of the center of the mobile sensor network to converge to that of the target. By applying an effective cascading Lyapunov method, stability analysis is performed. Simulation results are provided to validate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.

In order to solve the challenge of multi-objective team personalized tourism route design, in view of the shortcomings of the existing divide and conquer algorithms, this study proposes an innovative personalized tourism route design method based on fuzzy APACA. This new scheme uses the principles of gradient descent theory to accurately identify and locate key influencing factors, and accordingly carries out a sensible classification of indicators to reduce possible interference. At the same time, by using the unique mechanism of fuzzy APACA, this scheme cleverly constructs the design strategy of tourism routes. The empirical results show that this scheme shows a significant improvement compared with the traditional divide and conquer algorithm in terms of key performance indicators such as the accuracy of personalized tourism route design and the processing efficiency of key factors, showing its obvious strong advantages. In the multi-objective team, the personalized tourism route design plays a crucial role, which can accurately predict and optimize the growth trend and output results of the multi-objective team's personalized tourism route design. However, in the face of complex simulation tasks, traditional divide-and-conquer algorithms show some inherent shortcomings, especially when dealing with multi-level challenges, their performance is often unsatisfactory. To overcome this, this study introduces a new idea of fuzzy APACA optimization for the design of personalized tourism routes, and accurately controls the influencing parameters through gradient descent theory, which is used as the road map for index allocation, and then uses fuzzy APACA to innovate and construct a system scheme. The test results clearly point out that in the context of the evaluation criteria, the new scheme has been significantly optimized in terms of accuracy and processing speed for a variety of challenges, showing stronger performance superiority. The rapid development of modern industry makes fault diagnosis more important. In engineering practice, equipment often works under different working conditions, and there may be several new faults, called unknown faults, which cannot be identified by the traditional intelligent fault diagnosis method. To solve the difficulty of unknown faults diagnosis under multiple working conditions, a fault diagnosis method based on adversarial transfer learning and multitask learning is proposed in this paper. First, known faults and unknown faults are distinguished by adversarial transfer method with sample weights. Second, the fault classification module and fault location module trained by multitask learning are used to classify and locate the known faults. Besides, the number of categories of unknown faults is identified by the Bisecting K-Means clustering algorithm with silhouette coefficient. Experiment shows that the proposed method can be well applied to unknown fault diagnosis, and has a better recognition rate than other comparison methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Mobile crowdsensing (MCS) is a potential technology for large-scale data collection. This technology requires the platform to recruit users to complete tasks in specific areas. A vital issue in MCS is task assignment, and most existing task assignment efforts consider only a single user type, which is not reasonable in real scenarios. Task assignment becomes more complicated when the platform tries to assign tasks to heterogeneous users with a limited budget in the platform. In this paper, we consider a quality-oriented task assignment for heterogeneous users problem. Professional users have a high sensing quality with a high cost, and normal users have a low sensing quality with a low cost First, we model the sensing capabilities and the costs of different users and formulate the quality-oriented task assignment for heterogeneous users problem. Then, we design the integer linear programming form and prove that the problem is NP-hard. By verifying the submodularity of the objective function, we present a greedy algorithm. Considering the inefficiency of the algorithm, we design two genetic algorithms to improve the total sensing quality. Finally, we evaluate the proposed algorithms under different cost cases based on a real dataset The results show that our proposed algorithm performs well under different cost distribution scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper explores the size-invariance of evaluation metrics in Salient Object Detection (SOD), especially when multiple targets of diverse sizes co-exist in the same image. We observe that current metrics are size-sensitive, where larger objects are focused, and smaller ones tend to be ignored. We argue that the evaluation should be size-invariant because bias based on size is unjustified without additional semantic information. In pursuit of this, we propose a generic approach that evaluates each salient object separately and then combines the results, effectively alleviating the imbalance. We further develop an optimization framework tailored to this goal, achieving considerable improvements in detecting objects of different sizes. Theoretically, we provide evidence supporting the validity of our new metrics and present the generalization analysis of SOD. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. Reconstructing deformable soft tissues from endoscopic videos is a critical yet challenging task. Leveraging depth priors, deformable implicit neural representations have seen significant advancements in this field. However, depth priors from pre-Trained depth estimation models are often coarse, and inaccurate depth supervision can severely impair the performance of these neural networks. Moreover, existing methods overlook local similarities in input sequences, which restricts their effectiveness in capturing local details and tissue deformations. In this paper, we introduce UW-DNeRF, a novel approach utilizing neural radiance fields for high-quality reconstruction of deformable tissues. We propose an uncertainty-guided depth supervision strategy to mitigate the impact of inaccurate depth information. This strategy relaxes hard depth constraints and unlocks the potential of implicit neural representations. In addition, we design a local window-based information sharing scheme. This scheme employs local window and keyframe deformation networks to construct deformations with local awareness and enhances the model's ability to capture fine details. We demonstrate the superiority of our method over state-of-The-Art approaches on synthetic and in-vivo endoscopic datasets. Code is available at: https://***/IRMVLab/UW-DNeRF. © 2025 IEEE.

Task assignment is a key challenge in mobile crowd-sensing because of the varying capabilities of crowd users. Location-based task assignment schemes require users to upload their location to an untrusted platform, which raises many privacy concerns. However, stronger privacy preservation may lead to lower system utility. It is challenging to maximize system utility under privacy preservation for users. In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving task assignment for heterogeneous users (PTAH) problem in mobile crowdsensing. Specifically, we divide users into two groups: private users with location privacy requirements and public users without location privacy requirements. We first design a privacy-preserving mechanism to obfuscate the actual location of private users. Then we construct a relationship graph based on the locations between users and tasks. We prove that the PTAH problem is an NP-hard problem, so to maximize the system utility, we propose an approximation algorithm based on the greedy algorithm. Then we propose a multi-thread cooperative simulated annealing algorithm to search for a better approximate solution. Finally, we conducted simulations based on the widely-used real-world Roma dataset. The results show that our proposed algorithm consistently outperforms other baseline algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

Ridesharing benefits the economy and the environment. In multi-hop ridesharing, passengers are permitted to switch vehicles within a single trip, extending the flexibility of conventional ridesharing. Nonetheless, vehicle dispatch is a difficult issue in multi-hop ridesharing. We subdivide the vehicle dispatching problem into the vehicle pairing problem and the request selection problem within a vehicle pair. To address these subproblems, we propose a two-stage framework for vehicle pair dispatching. In the initial stage, we model the vehicle pairing problem as a maximum vehicle-vehicle matching problem in a general graph, which differs from the conventional vehicle-request matching problem in a bipartite graph. The vehicle pairing algorithm is proposed to efficiently solve the vehicle pairing problem. In the second stage, we model the request selection problem as a multidimensional knapsack problem (d-KP) and propose an LP-relaxation request selection algorithm with an approximation ratio 1/5. Experiments conducted on a real-world dataset demonstrate the economic benefit of our proposed two-stage framework. © 2023 IEEE.

The automatic detection of skin diseases via dermoscopic images can improve the efficiency in diagnosis and help doctors make more accurate judgments. However, conventional skin disease recognition systems may produce high confidence for out-of-distribution (OOD) data, which may become a major security vulnerability in practical applications. In this paper, we propose a multi-scale detection framework to detect out-of-distribution skin disease image data to ensure the robustness of the system. Our framework extracts features from different layers of the neural network. In the early layers, rectified activation is used to make the output features closer to the well-behaved distribution, and then an one-class SVM is trained to detect OOD data;in the penultimate layer, an adapted Gram matrix is used to calculate the features after rectified activation, and finally the layer with the best performance is chosen to compute a normality score. Experiments show that the proposed framework achieves superior performance when compared with other state-of-the-art methods in the task of skin disease recognition. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
