He is the author of Metagility: Managing Agile Development for Competitive Advantage Elizabeth's Song The Big Brother's Guides and numerous other books and articles. He is a frequent contributor to Ieee's Engineering Management Review and an inventor of several U.S. patents. He is the CEO and Founder of Agile Worx LLC a firm that provides program and project management software tools training and consulting services. He is a member and Committee Chair for the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) based in Geneva Switzerland a member of ANSI and the Association for Computing Machinery. 作者: Kathleen Fine-Dare Mona Charles Dawn Mulhern Charles Riggs Chair of the department of anthropology at Fort Lewis College and co-conducted her college's first NAGPRA consultation sessions. She is currently working on a study of ways that urban indigenous residents of Quito Ecuador make connections to archaeological sites as part of a process of ethnogenesis. Served as director of the archaeological field school and instructor of anthropology at Fort Lewis College since 1998. She is also director of archaeological resources for Fort Lewis College's Office of Community Services. Her recent work has focused on the prehistory and early historic settlements of Southwest Colorado. Assistant professor and NAGPRA coordinator at Fort Lewis College since 2005 following her work at the Repatriation Osteology Laboratory National Museum of Natural History Smithsonian Institution. Her research involves bone histology and patterns of disease in ancient populations in North America and Egypt. Associate professor and director of the cultural resource management certificate program at Fort Lewis College. He previously worked as a project director and as mapping department director at Statistical Research Inc. He specializes in prehistoric architecture and has worked with numerous Southwestern tribes.

He has worked at a number of shipyards General Dynamics Quincy Massachusetts Avondale New Orleans Louisiana and Ingalls Pascagoula Mississippi with professional interests in the areas of hull design structural design and arrangements. He has also worked for design firms and the United States Coast Guard in Washington DC. Anderson's current position is as the Supervisory Naval Architect at the Military Sealift Command in Washington DC where he is involved in all aspects of naval architecture and marine engineering pertaining to the alteration maintenance and repair of the MSC fleet. He is also a member of SNAME. GREGON L. GANT a Captain and ED in the USNR graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in marine engineering in 1972. He began his service as an ensign aboard the USS Denebola as the main propulsion assistant and further qualified as a Surface Warfare officer and officer of the deck. As a lieutenant he was an instructor at the Navy School of Work Study in Norfolk Virginia teaching Management Engineering/Work Simplification from 1975 to 1977. Other professional experience includes Executive Vice President of Matthews-Daniel Company from 1979 to 1993. Joining the U.S. Navy Reserve in 1978 he served as both Commanding and Executive officer in a number of assignments with Naval Sea Systems Command and is currently a Commanding officer PMS Washington Detachment 210. He currently is president of Guy Matthews Associates Inc. Gant is a member of ASNE the Houston Mariners Club (Past Skipper) the National Association of Marine Surveyors — Certified Marine Surveyor and the U.S. Naval Institute. CAPT. ROBERT G. Formerly Dr. Mangun was the Project Manager for Policy Analysis and National Surveys for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Washington DC. Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at the University of California-Davis. He has published extensively on natural resource economics topic areas providing a blend between his experience with management decisionmaking and academic interests. His articles appear in leading journals such as Land Economics Journal of Environmental Management and Journal of Leisure Research. Formerly Dr. Loomis was a resource economist with the Western Energy and Land Use Team of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Ft. Collins Colorado. She has conducted research and authored articles and monographs in the areas of aging substance abuse health and the implementation of applied research techniques. CHARLENE M. HANSON R.N. M.S.N. FNP-C is the Director of Georgia Southern College's Family Nurse Practitioner Program. A family nurse practitioner in rural areas of New York and Georgia for eleven years she was recently selected as Georgia's Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the Georgia Nurses Association. She is currently involved with the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties in a research project to study desired nurse practitioner competencies. In addition to her role as an educator she practices in a primary health care provider role with rural residents and migrant workers. DONNA HODNICKI R.N. M.N. FNP-C is a member of the faculty of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Georgia Southern College. Her focus of instruction is in the area of physical assessment and primary health care management for rural and migrant populations. For the past five years she has practiced as a family nurse practitioner providing hedlth care to rural and migrant underserved populations in North Carolina and Georgia. MARGARET WYSS DORROH R.N. M.N. C.N.M. is an Instructor in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Georgia Southern College.
