State-space models are successfully used in many areas of science, engineering and economics to model time series and dynamical systems. We present a fully Bayesian approach to inference and learning (i.e. state estimation and system identification) in nonlinear nonparametric state-space models. We place a Gaussian process prior over the state transition dynamics, resulting in a flexible model able to capture complex dynamical phenomena. To enable efficient inference, we marginalize over the transition dynamics function and, instead, infer directly the joint smoothing distribution using specially tailored Particle Markov Chain Monte Carlo samplers. Once a sample from the smoothing distribution is computed, the state transition predictive distribution can be formulated analytically. Our approach preserves the full nonparametric expressivity of the model and can make use of sparse Gaussian processes to greatly reduce computational complexity.

Data-recording device for aircraft requires high-speed, high-capacity and non-volatile storage. In the paper, we provide a good solution for high-speed large-capacity data logger. We use FPGA as controller, SDRAM as high-speed data buffer, CF card as a non-volatile data memory and USB2.0 as Communication interface to design a dual-channel data logger. The Test results show that the recorder sampling rate is 120MSa/s, single-channel data store rate is 38MB/s, the total capacity is 64GB, and data upload rate is up to 30MB/s. Therefore it meets the expectations.

A proposal for optimal control of a microgrid powered by solar energy with mixed temporary storage based on a battery bank and hydrogen is presented and evaluated here by means of simulations. The proposal is based on a Predictive controller that optimizes the operational costs by taking into account the value of the energy generated, the cost of locally storing energy, the aging of the components and the operational constraints. The Constrained Mixed-Integer Predictive control problem obtained is then solved using a formulation based on the duration of the states, which simplifies the numerical solution. Some simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed approach.
