The paper shows the process of developing a model of multistage evaporator station of a sugar factory based on a neural network. The neural network predicts the main performance indicators of the multistage evaporator station, such as the concentration of syrup at the output of the evaporator and the amount of evaporated water at the station. Unlike existing solutions, forecasting is performed in real time based on a set of indicators of the automation system (temperatures, flow rates, levels, pressure, density in the apparatus) and industrial laboratory (concentration of solids at the inlet to the evaporation station). The proposed neural network model has an MLP structure with 27 inputs, 2 outputs and one hidden layer with 20 neurons and predicts these indicators with an error of less than 5%. This allows to increase the informative support of the operator-technologist on the quality indicators of the enterprise without additional load on the industrial laboratory and without additional cost automatic quality devices, as well as to perform timely adjustment of the technological mode of the department.

The article presents a simulation model of a pneumatic drive for electrodes of a stationary contact spot welding machine. Thanks to the developed model, it becomes possible to analyze the system, as well as visually study its operation. The result of modeling the system is the obtained transients of the elements of the pneumatic system. The developed simulation model adequately describes the state and behavior of a real system of pneumatic compression of electrodes. The work is of interest to pneumatic engineers, designers and other specialists working in the field of pneumatics and can be used for more accurate and efficient design, analysis and optimization of not only a specific system of pneumatic compression of electrodes, but also pneumatic systems in general.

The purpose of the work is to develop a simulation model of the hydraulic drive of the rotary column of the robot manipulator, which provides an adequate similarity of the proposed model with a real object. Modeling of the system was carried out with the help of modern FluidSIM Hydraulics software, which allows to intuitively reproduce and evaluate the operation of the system without using special complex mathematical structures for describing the research model. The result modeling is the transient processes hydraulic motor rotation, position value hydraulic distributor, pressure values in hydraulic lines, pushbutton state. The obtained dependences of numerical values at various time intervals, presented in the corresponding section of this work, allow us to conclude that the developed model adequately describes the nature and behavior of the object under study, corresponding to the normal mode of operation of the hydraulic system. When changing the initial data of the simulation model, it is possible to achieve other operating modes, for example, emergency ones. The developed system rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, control is carried out using a relay-contactor system. The simulation of the system was carried out taking into account the compensation of hydraulic shocks in the hydraulic lines when changing the direction of rotation in the opposite direction. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the efficiency of the hydraulic drive of the rotary column of the robot manipulator depends on several main factors, such as speed, load and pressure in the hydraulic lines. Changing these parameters can affect the system both positively, leading to an increase in the efficiency of the system as a whole, and negatively and lead to a decrease in positioning accuracy, an increase in the reaction time of the system and the efficiency of power transmission. This paper presents a study for optimizing a hot rolling mill. The paper is devoted to the study of ways to reduce the effect of shock loads of synchronous electric drives of the roughing mill group on the relative lengthening of the metal strip in the inter-stand gap of the rolling stands of the finishing mill group. The elasticity of the metal strip in the inter-stand gap of the rolling mill has a significant impact on the movement of intercoupled multi-motor electric drives of the finishing mill group. Another crucial route of exposure that influences the motion of the electric drives within the finishing mill group involves the electromagnetic connection between the drives in the roughing and finishing mill groups. The impact of the electromagnetically connected circuits is evident through the effect of shock loads from synchronous electric drives on the angular velocity of the direct current electric drives within the finishing mill group. The characteristics of the electromagnetic communication circuit are established by the power grid arrangement and equipment specifications. To assess the quality of work of electric drives of the finishing mill group, it is proposed to use the relative lengthening of the metal strip in the inter-stand gap, which is an important indirect indicator of the quality of rolling. The mathematical model of a hot rolling mill that takes into account both the elasticity of the metal strip that connects the DC electric drives of the finishing group, and the electromagnetic coupling circuit that takes into account the impact loads of synchronous electric drives of the roughing group on the example of the mill 1700 of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC was proposed in this paper.
