Sliding ferroelectricity, which is a unique polarity recently discovered in bilayer van der Waals materials, achieves polarization switching through in-plane interlayer sliding. The unique mechanism, combining intralayer stiffness and interlayer slipperiness, leads to wider domain walls (DWs) and faster DW motion compared to conventional ferroelectrics. Herein, using machine-learning-assisted molecular dynamics simulations and field theory analysis, we find the DW in classical sliding ferroelectric bilayer 3R-MoS2 system exhibits uniformly accelerated motion under an external field, like the Newtonian particle with undamped motion. Remarkably, DW velocity remains constant even after the external field removal, completely deviating from the velocity breakdown observed in conventional ferroelectrics. We further propose an experimental approach to validate this undamped soliton-like DW behavior in sliding ferroelectric systems. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The metal-insulator transition (MIT) in rare-earth nickelates exemplifies the intricate interplay between electronic correlations and lattice dynamics in quantum materials. This work focuses on SmNiO3 as a prototypical system, employing molecular dynamics simulations based on a "hidden" magnetic potential model. Our simulations reveal two key findings. First, the structural phase transition in SmNiO3 is intrinsically temperature-driven and occurs spontaneously via collective lattice distortions. Moreover, systematic high-pressure simulations demonstrate a distinct pressure dependence of the transition temperature, which decreases monotonically with increasing external hydrostatic pressure. These results provide atomistic insights into the cooperative mechanisms underlying the MIT and the interplay between structural distortions and electron correlation effects. The computational approach developed herein offers a generalizable framework for investigating complex phase transitions in correlated quantum materials. © 2025, CC BY.

The adoption of consumer unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for logistics transportation is a key aspect of the emerging low-altitude economy, yet it faces significant challenges. Urban environments introduce complex obstacles, including dense buildings and unpredictable wind disturbances, while existing control methods struggle to balance path-following accuracy, disturbance rejection, and communication efficiency. To meet these demands, this paper proposes a quantized fuzzy learning path-following control for consumer UAVs. Firstly, a hysteresis quantized fuzzy disturbance observer (HQFDO) is proposed where the disturbances are approximately estimated by a neural network. Notably, a hysteresis quantizer is employed to reduce the communication bandwidth occupation by discretizing disturbance observations. Subsequently, a distributed velocity controller and a heading angle controller are designed to tackle the geometric and dynamic tasks separately. Specifically, the velocity controller introduces a projective arc length error to mitigate inefficiencies and safety risks associated with frequent acceleration and deceleration switches. Compared to conventional techniques, the proposed approach improves transient performance, enhances path attractivity, and optimizes communication resource utilization. Theoretical stability analysis is provided, and simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. © 1975-2011 IEEE.

Incomplete Multi-view Clustering via Diffusion Contrastive Generation

Incomplete multi-view clustering (IMVC) has garnered increasing attention in recent years due to the common issue of missing data in multi-view datasets. The primary approach to address this challenge involves recovering the missing views before applying conventional multi-view clustering methods. Although imputation-based IMVC methods have achieved significant improvements, they still encounter notable limitations: 1) heavy reliance on paired data for training the data recovery module, which is impractical in real scenarios with high missing data rates;2) the generated data often lacks diversity and discriminability, resulting in suboptimal clustering results. To address these shortcomings, we propose a novel IMVC method called Diffusion Contrastive Generation (DCG). Motivated by the consistency between the diffusion and clustering processes, DCG learns the distribution characteristics to enhance clustering by applying forward diffusion and reverse denoising processes to intra-view data. By performing contrastive learning on a limited set of paired multi-view samples, DCG can align the generated views with the real views, facilitating accurate recovery of views across arbitrary missing view scenarios. Additionally, DCG integrates instance-level and category-level interactive learning to exploit the consistent and complementary information available in multi-view data, achieving robust and end-to-end clustering. TSGN: Transaction Subgraph Networks Assisting Phishing Detection in Ethereum

Due to the decentralized and public nature of the blockchain ecosystem, malicious activities on the Ethereum platform impose immeasurable losses on users. At the same time, the transparency of cryptocurrency transactions provides a unique opportunity to analyze illegal activities, such as phishing scams, from a network perspective. Most existing phishing scam detection methods focus primarily on analyzing account interaction networks, which limits their ability to uncover transaction behavior patterns embedded within transaction interactions. To address this, we construct the Transaction SubGraph Network (TSGN) by using transaction subgraphs as basic elements and further propose a novel framework for Ethereum phishing account detection. Specifically, we rebuild the graph structures via three well-designed mapping mechanisms, yielding TSGN and its two variants, i.e., Directed-TSGN and Temporal-TSGN, to obtain direction-aware and time-aware transfer flow features. By further incorporating the mapping strategy into transaction multidigraphs, we develop the Multiple-TSGN, which could preserve more transaction flow features while concurrently reducing the time consumption of modeling large-scale networks. TSGN models based on transaction subgraph interactions can capture complex higher-order dependencies, which lay beyond the reach of models that exclusively capture pairwise account interactions. As a general framework, our model can incorporate various feature extraction methods to improve the performance of phishing detection. Extensive experimental results on Ethereum datasets show that our method achieves superior performance in phishing detection, yielding 3.27%∼6.71% relative improvement over previous state-of-the-art. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

Safety Assessment of Electromagnetic Exposure for 24 GHz Anticollision Antenna Mounted on the Side of Electric Vehicle

This study aims to investigate the effects of radio frequency electromagnetic field (RF-EMF) generated by 24 GHz anticollision antennas on passengers and pedestrians under exposure from different numbers of the antenna, each fed with 0.1 W. The proposed array antenna operates from 23.75 to 24.15 GHz with high gain for 21.7 dBi and low sidelobe level for −20 dB at 24 GHz, which can meet the design requirements of automotive anticollision radar antenna. By means of computational dosimetry, the specific absorption rate (SAR) distribution, the whole-body average SAR (SARwb), the absorbed power density (Sab), the temperature rises on surface and cross-section of human head are calculated for measuring RF-EMF doses of passengers and pedestrians. In all exposure scenarios where the passengers are exposed to the antenna radiation, the SARwb value and the Sab value of the driver are the largest. In the single-antenna exposure scenario, the SARwb value is 1.67 × 10−6 W/kg and the Sab value is 0.97 W/m2. In the two-antenna exposure scenario, the SARwb value is 1.56 × 10−5 W/kg and the Sab value is 1.8356 W/m2. In the four-antenna exposure scenario, the SARwb value is 1.50 × 10−5 W/kg and the Sab value is 2.7301 W/m2. In all exposure scenarios where the pedestrians are exposed to the antenna radiation, the SARwb value of the rear pedestrian frontal to the antenna is the largest with 2.68 × 10−8 W/kg. Moreover, the Sab value of the front pedestrian frontal to the antenna is the largest with 0.00289 W/m2. And the maximum local temperature rises on human heads of passengers and pedestrians are all 0.220°C. In a word, all calculated values are well below the International Commission on Nonionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) basic restrictions and reference levels. Organic Light Emitting Diodes Using Doped Alq3 as the Hole-transport Layer

Effects of 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane （F4TCNQ） doping on the hole conductivity of Alq3 layer are measured. In the hole-only device of Alq3, the current densities increase in 1-3 orders of magnitude upon doping with F4TCNQ, suggesting that the doping can effectively enhance the hole-injection and hole- transport ability of Alq3. An organic light-emitting device using an F4TCNQ doped Alq3 layer as the hole- injection and hole-transport layer, and pristine Alq3 as the electron-transport and emitting layer is fabricated and characterized. Bright emission is achieved in the simple OLED with p-doped Alq3 as the hole-transport layer and the intrinsic Alq3 as the electron-transport and emitting layer. The emitting efficiency and brightness of the device are further improved by inserting a thin electron block layer to confine the carrier recombination zone in the middle of the organic layers.

Fixed-time synchronization of intermittently coupled complex networks with coupling delay via economical controllers

This paper focuses on the investigation of fixed-time synchronization in intermittently coupled complex networks that exhibit coupling delay. A novel fixed-time stability lemma is introduced, which encompasses complete aperiodic intermittent characteristics and has a more straightforward formulation relative to prior research. An economical intermittent controller is designed based on the concept of the average control rate. Employing Lyapunov stability theory, adequate criteria are established to guarantee fixed-time synchronization of dynamical networks. Ultimately, numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed methodologies.

Influence of Oxygen Pressure on Structural and Sensing Properties of β-Ga2O3 Nanomaterial by Thermal Evaporation

We prepare the gallium oxide （β-Ga2O3） nanomaterials from gallium and oxygen by thermal evaporation in the argon atmosphere and research their oxygen sensing under UV illumination with different oxygen pressures. X-ray diffraction reveals that the synthesized product is monoclinic gallium oxide, it is further confirmed by electron diffraction of transmission electron microscope, and its morphology through the observation using scanning electron microscope reveals thatβ-Ga2O3 nanobelts with a breadth less than lOOnm and length of severai micrometers are synthesized under low oxygen pressure, while the nano/microbelts are synthesized under high oxygen pressure. Room-temperature oxygen sensing is tested under at 254 nm illumination and it is found that the current decreases quickly first and then slowly with oxygen pressure from low to high.

The effect of ⅢA metal and transition metal T substitution for Fe on crystal structure, magnetostriction and spontaneous magnetostriction, anisotropy and spin reorientation of a series of polycrystalline Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe0.9T0.1)1.95 (T = Mn, Fe, Co, B, Al, Ga) alloys at room temperature were investigated systematically. It was found that the primary phase of the Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe0.9T0.1)1.95 alloys is the MgCu2-type cubic Laves phase structure for different substitution. The magnetostriction λs decrases greatly for the substitution of IIIA metal B, Al and Ga, but is saturated more easily for Al and Ga substitution, showing that the Al and Ga substitution is beneficial to a decrease in the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe0.9T0.1)1.95 alloys. However, the substitution of transition metal Mn and Co decreases slightly the magnetostriction λs. It was also found that the effect of different substitutions on the spontaneous magnetostriction λ111 is distinct. The analysis of the Mossbauer spectra indicates that the easy magnetization direction in the {110} plane deviates slightly from the main axis of symmetry for Al and Ga substitution, namely spin reorientation, but it does not change evidently for B, Mn and Co substitution.
