Machine learning based intelligent approach is applied to finding spam in YouTube videos. Spam comments are ones that are promotional or unrelated. A growing number of users have been drawn to the idea of making money by placing advertisements on popular social networking platforms over time. These remarks damage a channel's reputation. YouTube has addressed the issue with a limited set of solutions that concentrate on preventing comments from including links. Such heuristics are now futile since spammers have found ways to get around them. Despite the fact that common machine learning classification techniques have demonstrated considerable success, new methods can still increase accuracy. Therefore, this research attempt to identify such statements using machine learning techniques like Random Forest, SVM, and Naive Bayes. In order to convey a clear concept, graphs are used to illustrate data cleaning, data analysis, text preparation, and model building in this research. © 2024 IEEE.

Heuristic algorithms have been developed to find approximate solutions for high-utility itemset mining (HUIM) problems that compensate for the performance bottlenecks of exact algorithms. However, heuristic algorithms still face the problem of long runtime and insufficient mining quality, especially for large transaction datasets with thousands to tens of thousands of items and up to millions of transactions. To solve these problems, a novel GPU-based efficient parallel heuristic algorithm for HUIM (PHA-HUIM) is proposed in this paper. The iterative process of PHA-HUIM consists of three main steps: the search strategy, fitness evaluation, and ring topology communication. The search strategy and ring topology communication are designed to run in constant time on GPU. The parallelism of fitness evolution helps to substantially accelerate the algorithm. To improve the mining quality, a multi-start strategy with an unbalanced allocation strategy is employed in the search process. Ring topology communication is adopted to maintain population diversity. A load balancing strategy is introduced to reduce the thread divergence to improve the parallel efficiency. The experimental results on nine large datasets show that PHA-HUIM outperforms state-of-the-art HUIM algorithms in terms of speedup performance, runtime, and mining quality. © 2024 IEEE.

An essential Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) paradigm, Motor Imagery (MI) based BCI calls for robust classifiers. In recent years, deep learning technology has been widely adopted, and numerous attempts have been made to apply it to the field of BCI. As much progress has been made in improving the accuracy of deep learning-based MI-BCI systems in comparison to more conventional methods, there is still a significant challenge in accurately interpreting the deep learning models. This study offers an Optimized Complex Structure based 1-D Convolutional Neural Network (OCS-1D-CNN) model for automatic detection using MI image classification to overcome these concerns. Enhancing its properties for distinguishing normal conditions and other levels, 2D maps can be turned into feature signals using two-round 1D convolutional procedures in the layer. Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) investigation classifiers are used to screen the different layers in the classification layer due to their simple mathematical operation. The Artificial Jellyfish Search Algorithm (AJSO) finds the best combination of summation layer weight and GRA weight. Using two big, publicly available databases containing data on 42 and 62 people, the suggested model is put through its paces. Based on the findings, the models outperformed conventional methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In high-risk industrial environments like nuclear power plants, precise defect identification and localization are essential for maintaining production stability and safety. However, the complexity of such a harsh environment leads to significant variations in the shape and size of the defects. To address this challenge, we propose the multivariate time series segmentation network(MSSN), which adopts a multiscale convolutional network with multi-stage and depth-separable convolutions for efficient feature extraction through variable-length templates. To tackle the classification difficulty caused by structural signal variance, MSSN employs logarithmic normalization to adjust instance distributions. Furthermore, it integrates classification with smoothing loss functions to accurately identify defect segments amid similar structural and defect signal subsequences. Our algorithm evaluated on both the Mackey-Glass dataset and industrial dataset achieves over 95% localization and demonstrates the capture capability on the synthetic dataset. In a nuclear plant's heat transfer tube dataset, it captures 90% of defect instances with75% middle localization F1 score.

Medical expenses are increasing day by day due to unexpected epidemic diseases. People have awareness about the medical insurance and claiming processes which is helping in critical situations. Predicting the medical insurance cost is very important work in health care sectors. Many researcheis applied different machine learning algoiithms to predict the insurance premium in Kaggle data set with seven attributes such as age, sex, bmi, children, smoker, region and charges. But these features only not suitable for prediction. In this paper, the dataset with 24 features including all relevant attributes needed for prediction of insurance cost was used. The implementation done using regression algorithms such as Linear Regression, Decision Tree Regression, Lasso Regression, Ridge Regression, Random Forest Regression, ElasticNet Regression, Support Vector Regression, K Nearest Neighbor Regression and Neural Network Regression in R Programming. There were seven metiices applied to measure the performance of the model namely Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), RSquared (R2), Adjusted R-Squared (Adj. R2), and Explained Variance Score (EVS). Random Forest Regression outperformed with 0.9533 as RS quared value. This prediction system will reduce the manual work and give the prediction accurately in medical field. © 2023 IEEE.

The pandemic creates a more complicated providence of medical assistance and diagnosis procedures. In the world, Covid-19, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS Cov-2), and plague are widely known pandemic disease desperations. Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic tragedies, various medical diagnosis models and intelligent computing solutions are proposed for medical applications. In this era of computer-based medical environment, conventional clinical solutions are surpassed by many Machine Learning and Deep Learning-based COVID-19 diagnosis models. Anyhow, many existing models are developing lab-based diagnosis environments. Notably, the Gated Recurrent Unit-based Respiratory Data Analysis (GRU-RE), Intelligent Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-based Covid Data Analysis (Thermal Images) (I-UVAC), and Convolutional Neural Network-based Computer Tomography Image Analysis (CNN-CT) are enriched with lightweight image data analysis techniques for obtaining mass pandemic data at real-time conditions. However, the existing models directly deal with bulk images (thermal data and respiratory data) to diagnose the symptoms of COVID-19. Against these works, the proposed spectacle thermal image data analysis model creates an easy and effective way of disease diagnosis deployment strategies. Particularly, the mass detection of disease symptoms needs a more lightweight equipment setup. In this proposed model, each patient's thermal data is collected via the spectacles of medical staff, and the data are analyzed with the help of a complex set of capsule network functions. Comparatively, the conventional capsule network functions are enriched in this proposed model using adequate sampling and data reduction solutions. In this way, the proposed model works effectively for mass thermal data diagnosis applications. With the popularization of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in surveillance, delivery services, environmental monitoring, and increasingly other operational aspects, besides the need to take off and land, efficient traffic management becomes integral for assuring and securing further development and exploitation. Most of the existing traffic management systems for UAVs depend on traditional rule-based algorithms or simpler machine learning techniques, such as DQN or PPO. However, these systems also have enormous challenges: dynamic environments, high-density traffic, and robust decision-making over unpredictable weather and network conditions. In addition, the above traditional models usually experience difficulties in balancing exploration and exploitation, leading to suboptimal routing and enlarged collision risks in complicated urban airspaces. These challenges have driven us to develop a new proposal: a UA V traffic management framework based on Double Deep Q-Network (DDQN) combined with Instruction-Based Learning. In this approach, advanced learning for DDQN optimizes processes at decision-making points for UAVs. The model proposed herein, along with comprehensive simulations and quantitative analyses, demonstrated higher performance in terms of leadership and cumulative rewards while keeping lower training loss compared to the classical algorithms such as DQN, A3C, and PPO. At the same time, the DDQN model presented a better success rate (95%), as also reflected in the balanced precision-recall curve showing an area under the curve of 0.90, over others in the on-point prediction of UAVstate and safety margin of collision. Our experimental results demonstrate that the proposed DDQN-based framework significantly enhances UA V traffic management by optimizing energy consumption in complex airspaces and reducing the risk of collision. © 2025 IEEE.
