Cross-chain technology plays a critical role in the process of interconnecting blockchains. However, all attention has been focused on how to achieve efficient cross-chain interoperability protocols, thus neglecting the most important security issues in cross-chain data interaction. Frequent network attacks and data privacy leaks have sounded the alarm for the safety of cross-chain data transactions. How to solve the problem of data ownership tracking in cross-chain transactions has become the top priority. This paper designs a cross-chain transaction tracking protocol based on multi-dimensional digital watermark fingerprints, using robust watermark, fragile watermark, and user identity key to achieve multi-dimensional tracking and supervision of cross-chain data transactions. Finally, this paper analyzes the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed protocol through experiments.

Existing indoor visible light positioning methods, such as those based on fingerprint database algorithms, are complex to construct and consume significant resources. In response to this issue, the text proposes an end-to-end indoor visible light positioning method that samples continuous signals at a small number of random coordinate positions in indoor environments. Through a deep learning method based on attention mechanism, a nonlinear mapping between the received signal and spatial position coordinates is constructed, and the time series properties in the received signal are encoded as a feature in the data. The method is further improved by combining residual networks to improve accuracy. Through simulation experiments, it has been verified that the deep learning based localization method described in this article can achieve sub meter level accuracy on small sample datasets, and it has been proven that time series features have a significant impact on localization accuracy in indoor visible light positioning algorithms based on deep learning. © 2024 IEEE.

Next point-of-interest (POI) recommendation aims to predict the next interested POI to the user based on their historical check-in data in location-based social services. Most existing studies have attempted to model user visiting behaviors via sequence-based and graph-based models, and have achieved impressive performance. However, there is still room to explore the implicit transition preferences and contextual multiple semantic relationships among various POIs. To this end, we propose a novel graph-based Multi-Relational Variational Contrastive Learning (MRVCL) method for next POI recommendation, which captures local similarity associations and global contextual dependencies among POIs. Specifically, an order-free local-relational adaptive weighting module is designed to alleviate the problem of insufficient utilization of multi-hop neighbor information caused by the limit of neighbor order of nodes. We then develop a contextaware global-relational encoding module to capture implicit semantic sequential relationships. Finally, generative variational-contrastive learning is employed to construct a continuous representation of the latent features and reinforce the quality of representation learning. Extensive experiments on two real-world datasets validate that our MRVCL outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods on various evaluation metrics. Image-text matching is an important problem at the intersection of computer vision and natural language processing. It aims to establish the semantic link between image and text to achieve high-quality semantic alignment between the two modalities. However, the existing methods have the problem that the meaning expressed in the image or the complex narrative in the text cannot be fully understood due to insufficient feature extraction. Moreover, due to the essential modal differences between images and texts, how to effectively and accurately align the semantic contents in images and texts has become the key of research. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method based on feature enhancement and relationship interaction. When processing images, the proposed method fuses labeled features, region features and location features to represent images. When processing text, a combination of Bi-GRU and self-attention mechanism is used to represent the text. In order to further align the semantic content in images and texts accurately, this paper improves two relational interaction mechanisms by identifying connection relationships and learning association relationships. Thus, the relation enhanced embedding is obtained. Finally, it calculated the similarity of the enhanced embedding to judge the matching degree of the image and text. Extensive experiments on the public datasets Flickr30K and MSCOCO demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 IEEE.

Standardized big data, as a product of the combination of big data and standardization work, objectively reflects the status quo and trends of standardization work. An in-depth study of the distribution characteristics of standardized big data resources has important value for improving the efficiency of standardization. Therefore, this paper explores the characteristics of the distribution of standardization resources from the dimensions of spatial and temporal distribution, industry distribution, standard type distribution, and distribution of think tank experts through visual analysis methods. The study shows that: (1) the distribution of standardization resources in Shandong Province presents significant hierarchical and geographical characteristics;(2) from the viewpoint of the distribution of industry types and standard types, the distribution of standardization resources in Shandong Province presents a typical "long-tailed distribution";(3) the distribution of think-tank experts presents obvious "agglomeration effect". © 2024 IEEE.

We present GauKGT5, a sequence-to-sequence model proposed for knowledge graph completion (KGC). Our research extends the KGT5 model, a recent sequence-to-sequence link prediction (LP) model. GauKGT5 takes advantage of textual characteristics inherent in the knowledge graph, exhibiting a small model size. However, KGT5's proficiency in link prediction necessitates the ensemble with a knowledge graph embedding model, which itself poses challenges due to its substantial size and expense. By integrating the Gated Attention Unit into the KGT5 model and directly applying it to the encoder-decoder structure, we achieve improved contextual dependency capturing within the sequence, resulting in enhanced prediction accuracy, accelerated training speed, and enhanced computational efficiency. At the same time, we introduce parallel computing as a means to enhance the efficiency of model training and inference within the XPU distributed computing environment. © 2023 IEEE.

Chinese short text similarity computation stands as a pivotal task within natural language processing, garnering significant attention. However, existing models grapple with limitations in handling intricate semantic relationships, such as the challenge of discerning subtle semantic nuances in text, inadequacies in effectively integrating diverse levels of semantic information, and the struggle to capture polysemous meanings accurately. In addressing these issues, this paper introduces an innovative Chinese short text similarity computation model, SMGC-SBERT. This model addresses shortcomings of the existing models by employing a multi-module fusion strategy, thereby enabling a more precise measurement of semantic similarity between texts. Primarily, the model incorporates SAT embedding to acquire phrase-level semantic information and leverages the MS-BERT model to encode text, improving the model's comprehension of textual polysemy and obtaining richer semantic representation. Then, the fusion of module features, including multi-branch convolutional networks and mix pooling, enables the extraction of textual features from varied levels, bolstering the model's representational capacity. Additionally, to further reduce overfitting risks while improving accuracy and other performance, a multi-layer feature adjustment network is utilized for short text similarity calculation. The final resultant experimental findings showcase the superiority of the SMGC-SBERT model over other neural network models, demonstrating significant advancements across both Chinese-SNLI and CCKS2018_Task3 Chinese short text datasets. © 2024 IEEE.

The scale of distribution network is expanding, the construction of distribution automation and ubiquitous power Internet of Things is advancing, and the multi-level and multisource real-time operation monitoring data of distribution network is growing exponentially. On the one hand, big data provides data support for distribution network reliability evaluation and dispatching planning, in different aspects, this also raises other requirements for the calculation accuracy and speed of reliability evaluation. How to mine the factors that have a great impact on reliability and make better use of electric data analysis algorithm to predict the changes of distribution network reliability in the future time scale is the focus of research. This article mainly taking technical breakthrough in electric distribution network data analysis, and studies its reliability evaluation methods of electric data analysis from both recent and forward aspects. First of all, the source of distribution network big data is analyzed from the internal and external aspects of the power system, and the data, data formats and relationships among the data source systems are analyzed. The characteristics of distribution network big data, such as wide source, diverse structure, fine granularity and complex relationships, are obtained in many ways. In view of the characteristics of multi-source and heterogeneous distribution network data, this paper puts forward a data processing algorithm based on multi-source data and a truth value discovery algorithm based on block coordinate descent method, which find out a new approach to overcome the difficulty of inconsistency and conflict of multi-source monitoring data. © 2023 IEEE.

The aim of cross-modal image-text retrieval is to heighten comprehension and to create robust associations between visual and textual content. This process entails a mutual querying and synchronization across various data formats. While conventional techniques have seen enhancements via attention-based approaches, they frequently miss the dynamics between corresponding and non-corresponding entity areas within image-text pairs. These techniques, often fixated on aligning image entities with textual terms, can overlook the congruence of entity characteristics, leading to less accurate localization. This research introduces PNRITR, an innovative strategy for cross-modal retrieval that leverages label learning to discern attributes absent from images, broadening the scope beyond just positive entity areas. The development of the Internet has made people more closely related and has put forward higher requirements for recommendation models. Most recommendation models are studied only for the long-term interests of users. In this paper, the interaction time between the user and the item is introduced as auxiliary information in the model construction. Interaction time is used to determine users' long-term preferences and short-term preferences. In this paper, temporal features are extracted by building a convolutional gated recurrent unit with attention neural network (CNN-GRU-Attention). Firstly, for the problem of accurate feature extraction, CNN are constructed to extract higher-level and more abstract features of themselves and transform high-dimensional data into low-dimensional data;secondly, for the problem of social temporality, GRU are used to not only extract temporal information, but also effectively reduce gradient dispersion, making model convergence and training easier;finally, Graph Attention networks are used to aggregate the social relationship information of users and items respectively, which constitute the final feature representation of users and items respectively. In particular, a modified cosine similarity is used to reduce the error caused by data insensitivity when constructing the social information of the item. In this study, simulation experiments are conducted on two publicly available datasets (Epinions and Ciao), and the experimental results show that the proposed recommended model performs better than other social recommendation models, improving the evaluation metrics of MAE and RMSE by 1.06%-1.33% and 1.19%-1.37%, respectively. The effectiveness of the model innovation is proved. © 2023 IEEE.
