Robust video watermarking refers to the ability to extract the originally embedded watermark information from a video even after malicious modifications and attacks. Currently, traditional watermarking methods have the drawback of lacking robustness against multiple watermark attacks simultaneously. Neural network-based approaches have not fully considered the multi-scale features of videos and tend to lose information during the fusion of scale features. Therefore, we propose a video watermarking scheme based on Channel Spatial Attention. Our model can extract feature information at different scales, allowing the watermark to adapt to features of different scales in the video. Through a series of comparative experiments, our method has shown significant improvements over traditional video watermarking methods and deep learning-based video watermarking models.

Convolutional Neural networks (CNN), particularly low latency models such as MobileNets have excelled in many applications, including object detection in images, speech recognition and natural language processing, but they are vulnerable to subtle perturbations that are virtually imperceptible to the human eye yet can deceive the network into misclassifying images. To enhance the robustness of such CNNs against adversaries, conventional adversarial training methods treat all data points as equally important and susceptible to attack. A weighted adversarial learning algorithm is developed in a Stackelberg game framework. This approach prioritizes data points that are more susceptible to attacks during network training. To further optimize the algorithm, we employ a Reinforcement Learning ($\mathbf{R L}$) agent to fine-tune the hyperparameters of the model, thereby increasing its robustness. Our findings indicate an increased robustness of $66.18 \%$ of the Weighted Adversary Reinforced Stackelberg Learning (WARS) against the traditional adversarial training of $64.72 \%$ in a one epoch training, using the CIFAR-10 dataset. We conclude that the WARS represents a valuable adversarial training method for bolstering the robustness of low latency CNN models.

The rise of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) has brought new opportunities for the mechanical equipment condition monitoring. The trend towards intelligent and automated production of mechanical equipment has become mainstream. However, in the actual operational environment, mechanical equipment is often mixed with a large amount of dirty data unrelated to equipment failures, which seriously affects equipment fault diagnosis and wastes maintenance resources. To improve the reliability of mechanical equipment health status analysis, this paper proposes a new method for dirty data identification suitable for mechanical equipment condition monitoring. First, utilizing the time-space position encoding (TSPE) to map positional relationships between sequences. Next, designing a time-dimension attention (TDA) mechanism to capture the correlation between multiple temporal attribute features and the temporal dependencies between preceding and subsequent data. Then, building a dirty data identification model using an improved Transformer network and Generative Adversarial network (GAN). Finally, employing an adaptive thresholding method to dynamically set thresholds, determining the degree of data anomalies by comparing anomaly scores with the threshold. The effectiveness of the proposed method are validated through one simulation experiment and one real-world example. The F1 Score of this method on the simulated missing data and drifting data is 0.9874 and 0.9838. On the drive-end and fan-end is $\mathbf{0. 9 7 0 0}$ and 0.9882 at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Compared to other dirty data identification methods in the field, this method has better dirty data identification capability.

The swift advancement of blockchain technology has improved the transfer of value and assets between various blockchain systems. Nonetheless, the differing underlying architectures of these platforms have impeded effective value transfers, leading to the development of cross-chain technology. Cross-chain transactions face complexities due to varied user identity definitions, methods, and authentication mechanisms across blockchain networks. To address these challenges, this study optimizes identity identification and authentication methods with a privacy-preserving solution for cross-chain asset transactions. This enhances the identity management mechanism, safeguarding user privacy. Initially using ring signature algorithms to anonymize user identities, the study now employs Decentralized Identity (DID) and Verifiable Credentials (VC) for unified identity identification and authentication across chains. This approach grants users control over their identities, removes blockchain barriers, and adapts to multiple scenarios. Comparative analysis includes gas consumption, transaction delays, and performance evaluations of both solutions.

The interconnection facilitated by consumer electronics has led to the creation of a complex network of devices. Testing efficiency of such consumer electronic devices can be improved through hardware emulation. QEMU is a classical emulator for simulation and testing. Fuzzing is a promising solution to test the security of such devices, which has become pivotal in identifying device vulnerability. However, Qtest libfuzzer, the QEMU native fuzzer, requires manual writing of stub code, which makes conducting the fuzzing process difficult and yields poor performance. To address these challenges in virtual device security analysis, we propose DetecVFuzz, a novel automatic fuzzing framework based on QEMU-Qtest, aiming to find vulnerabilities in virtual PCI devices, including USB, audio, network, etc. We inject mutated inputs into nested data structures as parameters of memory-related APIs to ensure the stable operation of VM procedures. We implemented DetecVFuzz and evaluated it on different virtual devices, such as virtual memory USB stack and drivers. In preliminary evaluations on nine recent versions of the QEMU, we found 15 new memory errors in virtual devices. In general, DetecVFuzz achieves 89.37% line coverage and 78.65% branch coverage in virtual devices. We identified 26 new crashes/errors, three of which were unseen new bugs. © 1975-2011 IEEE.

The seedling stage is important in the growth and development of maize, and it is also a critical period that affects maize yield and quality. Accurately recognizing this stage of maize is challenging, as current maize seedling detection methods struggle with small sizes and complex environments. This paper proposes a rapid maize seedling detection method that emphasizes spatial feature extraction in the receptive field and cross-dimensional interaction - receptive field triplet attention YOLO (RFT-YOLO). First, we design a convolutional module for cross-dimensional information interaction within the receptive field. Second, we introduce an advanced selective fusion network, which boosts the multi-scale fusion capability of small object features while reducing the GFLOPs of the model. Additionally, we employ Inner-IoU to diminish sensitivity to positional biases of small objects and expedite the convergence of the loss function. Finally, we create a dataset of maize seedlings to conduct our experiments. Experimental results demonstrate that the RFT-YOLO significantly enhances performance, reducing the number of parameters by 35.3% and GFLOPs by 14.24%, compared to the baseline model. Moreover, the mean average precision (mAP) improves from 89.6% to 91.5%. These improvements confirm the model's effectiveness in detecting maize seedlings. © 2024 IEEE.

Bearings, serving as crucial components in mechanical equipment, exert a direct influence on the overall performance of the system. Deep transfer learning has garnered significant attention in the realm of intelligent fault diagnosis for machines. Nevertheless, extant deep transfer learning algorithms encounter challenges when detecting newly emerging faults within the target domain. To address this limitation, this study introduces a novel bearing fault diagnosis approach for newly emerging faults, leveraging deep transfer learning principles. Initially, a multi-grained hierarchical feature extraction network is constructed to effectively capture intricate data characteristics. Subsequently, these extracted features are employed to train a fault classifier, thereby establishing a fault diagnosis network grounded in deep transfer learning. This network is capable of discriminating unlabeled new faults from labeled known faults with remarkable precision. Furthermore, an adaptive hierarchical clustering algorithm, informed by the elbow method, is incorporated to categorize the newly emerging faults. The clustered samples are then utilized to train the online sequential extreme learning machine (OS-ELM), facilitating the construction of a new fault diagnosis network tailored for diagnosing these faults in the target domain. The efficacy of the proposed methodology was rigorously verified through experiments executed on both the CWRU and XJTU-SY datasets. The outcomes conclusively demonstrated an accuracy of $\mathbf{9 8. 7 5 \%}$ on the CWRU dataset and $\mathbf{9 7. 9 2 \%}$ on the XJTU-SY dataset. This model portends immense potential in tackling fault diagnosis transfer scenarios characterized by the emergence of multiple novel faults within the target domain, thereby markedly broadening the applicability of deep transfer learning.

Due to the exceptional performance of Transform-ers in 2D medical image segmentation, recent work has also introduced them into 3D medical segmentation tasks. For instance, Swin UNETR and other hierarchical Transformers have reintroduced prior knowledge from several convolutional networks, further enhancing the volume segmentation capabilities of models. The efficacy of these hybrid methodologies is primarily attributed to the substantial quantity of parameters and the nonlocal self-attention mechanism with a large receptive field. We argue that the behavior of these methods' large receptive fields can be simulated by employing fewer parameters through the utilization of depth-wise convolutions with large kernel. Within this manuscript, we introduce a lightweight volume segmentation model called MedX-Net, which uses convolutional network modules to simulate hierarchical Transformers for robust volume segmentation. Firstly, inspired by the hierarchical Transformer module of Swin UNETR, we investigate large-kernel depth-wise convolutions with different sizes to achieve a reduced model parameter count while maintaining a large global receptive field. Secondly, we replace the multilayer perceptron (MLP) in the hierarchical Transformer module with Inverted Bottleneck with Depthwise Convolution Enhancement(DWCE) to improve model performance with fewer activation and normalization layers, further reducing the parameter count. We validate the effectiveness and efficiency of our model for volume segmentation on three public datasets: Synapse, BTCV and ACDC. On the Synapse dataset, compared to Swin UNETR, our model achieves an improvement from 83.48% to 87.21% in Dice score. Compared to the result of 86.57% achieved by nnFormer, our model achieves superior performance while reducing the model parameter count by 64%. © 2024 IEEE.

Accurately identifying real anomalies and pseudo-anomalies in complex multi-dimensional time series data has been a difficult problem in time series anomaly detection. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new framework, STAD, that joint temporal and spatial dimensions. This framework guides the model to capture the correlation information between channels It also aims to learn the deep feature representation of sequences by mining potential information in the spatialtemporal dimension. It can effectively distinguish between true and false anomalies by comparing information from spatial and temporal dimensions. STAD identifies and integrates correlated channels by using a correlation aggregation mechanism to join multiple channels and detect *** addition, the KAN mixer designed in this paper can effectively extract features from different spatial locations in the spatial-temporal dimension. Through extensive experiments on several public datasets, STAD demonstrates its superiority in terms of accuracy and robustness.

Centralized training of deep learning-based network intrusion detection systems (DLNIDS) raises privacy concerns and incurs huge overhead. Federated learning (FL), while preserving privacy, confronts challenges including size imbalance, heterogeneous and global imbalance. To address these issues, this paper proposes a Self-Balancing Federated learning network Intrusion Detection System (SBFedNIDS) for accurate and efficient network intrusion detection while preserving privacy and tackling negative impact caused by multiple imbalances resulting from FL. SBFedNΠ)S can efficiently mitigate model bias cause by multiple imbalances and addresses imbalances at data-level via federated cost sensitive learning (FCSL) and client synthetic minority over-sampling technique (CSMOTE), without requiring additional training resources, unlike generative models. Extensive experiments on a benchmark dataset show that SBFedNIDS outperforms baselines in multiple imbalanced scenarios and even surpasses centralized training in several settings.
