National greenhouse gas（GHG） budget,including CO2,CH4and N2O has increasingly become a topic of concern in international climate *** is paying increasing attention to reducing GHG emissions and increasing land sinks to effectively mitigate climate *** estimates of GHG fluxes are crucial for monitoring progress toward mitigating GHG emissions in *** study used comprehensive methods,including emission factor methods,process-based models,atmospheric inversions,and data-driven models,to estimate the long-term trends of GHG sources and sinks from all anthropogenic and natural sectors in China's mainland during 2000-2023,and produced an up-to-date China GHG Budget dataset（CNGHG）.The total gross emissions of the three GHGs show a 3-fold increase from 5.0（95% CI:4.9-5.1） Gt CO2-eq yr-1（in 2000） to 14.3（95% CI:13.8-14.8） Gt CO2-eqyr-1（in2023）.CO2emissions represented 81.8% of the GHG emissions in 2023,while 12.7% and 5.5% were for CH4and N2O,*** the largest CO2source,the energy sector contributed 87.4% *** contrast,the agriculture,forestry and other land use sector was the largest sector of CH4and N2O,representing 50.1% and 6 6.3% emissions,***,China's terrestrial ecosystems serve as a net CO2sink(1.0 Gt CO2yr-1,9596 CI:0.2-1.9 Gt CO2yr-1) during 2012 to 2021,equivalent to an average of 14.3% of fossil *** GHG emission estimates showed a general consistency with national GHG inventories,with gridded and sector-specific estimates of GHG fluxes over China,providing the basis for curtailing GHG emissions for each region and sector.

Cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output (CF mMIMO) systems serve the user equipments (UEs) by geographically distributed access points (APs) by means of joint transmission and reception. To limit the power consumption due to fronthaul signaling and processing, each UE should only be served by a subset of the APs, but it is hard to identify that subset. Previous works have tackled this combinatorial problem heuristically. In this paper, we propose a sparse distributed processing design for CF mMIMO, where the AP-UE association and long-term signal processing coefficients are jointly optimized. We formulate two sparsity-inducing mean-squared error (MSE) minimization problems and solve them by using efficient proximal approaches with block-coordinate descent. For the downlink, more specifically, we develop a virtually optimized large-scale fading precoding (V-LSFP) scheme using uplink-downlink duality. The numerical results show that the proposed sparse processing schemes work well in both uplink and downlink. In particular, they achieve almost the same spectral efficiency as if all APs would serve all UEs, while the energy efficiency is 2-4 times higher thanks to the reduced processing and signaling. Hybrid cloud has both the strong computing power of public cloud and easy control of private cloud. It provides users with robust services and convenience, meanwhile faces numerous security challenges. How to implement the effective access control is one of them, the purpose of which is deploying policy in private cloud to protect the ciphertext in public cloud. Furthermore, it becomes more and more difficult to describe the access control policy, which is suitable for multi-factor and dynamic updating. Considering the issues above, we propose a proxy re-encryption (PRE) scheme for complicated access control factors description in hybrid cloud. Firstly, we build the system model combining PRE with access control in hybrid cloud. Secondly, we design the algorithm for our scheme including the key construction with multi-factor and its weight, which achieve the target of dynamic updating. Finally, we analyze the security of this scheme by the mathematical method and performance by theory, experiment and comparisons with some other works. Our scheme has made the deployment of access control in hybrid cloud more reliable and scalable.

Due to the complexity of the data environment, many organizations prefer to train deep learning models together by sharing training sets. However, this process is always accompanied by the restriction of distributed storage and privacy. Federated learning addresses this challenge by only sharing gradients with the server without revealing training sets. Unfortunately, existing research has shown that the server could extract information of the training sets from shared gradients. Besides, the server may falsify the calculated result to affect the accuracy of the trained model. To solve the above problems, we propose a privacy-preserving and verifiable federated learning scheme. Our scheme focuses on processing shared gradients by combining the Chinese Remainder Theorem and the Paillier homomorphic encryption, which can realize privacy-preserving federated learning with low computation and communication costs. In addition, we introduce the bilinear aggregate signature technology into federated learning, which effectively verifies the correctness of aggregated gradient. Moreover, the experiment shows that even with the added verification function, our scheme still has high accuracy and efficiency.

Models of strategy evolution on static networks help us understand how population structure can promote the spread of traits like cooperation. One key mechanism is the formation of altruistic spatial clusters, where neighbors of a cooperative individual are likely to reciprocate, which protects prosocial traits from exploitation. But most real-world interactions are ephemeral and subject to exogenous restructuring, so that social networks change over time. Strategic behavior on dynamic networks is difficult to study, and much less is known about the resulting evolutionary dynamics. Here, we provide an analytical treatment of cooperation on dynamic networks, allowing for arbitrary spatial and temporal heterogeneity. We show that transitions among a large class of network structures can favor the spread of cooperation, even if each individual social network would inhibit cooperation when static. Furthermore, we show that spatial heterogeneity tends to inhibit cooperation, whereas temporal heterogeneity tends to promote it. Dynamic networks can have profound effects on the evolution of prosocial traits, even when individuals have no agency over network structures. © 2023, CC BY.

The utilization of surgical telementoring has become increasingly prevalent in enhancing the surgical standards of grassroots hospitals in contemporary times. In the traditional framework of surgical telementoring, remote doctors guide grassroots doctors via video and audio communication, which may encounter obstacles such as inadequate information transfer and challenges in accurately pinpointing the surgical site and path. To mitigate these issues, this study introduces an intelligent surgical telementoring system based on edge computing. This system enables the transmission of points marked by remote doctors to grassroots doctors, updating these points’ coordinates in real-time on the local endoscopic video. In this system, a novel method named P2PTracking (Patch-to-Pixel Point Tracking) is implemented. This process begins with the tracking of a square patch surrounding the point marked by the remote doctor using SiameseFC. Following this, feature matching is performed on the tracked patch in the current frame and the square patch in the labelled frame or template frame. The affine transformation is then calculated based on the feature matching results. Lastly, the point tracking result is derived using the computed affine transformation. Experimental results indicate that the proposed system has a transmission speed of 1.99M/s and a transmission latency of 171 ms when transmitting video at a resolution of 1920 × 1080px, while the proposed method can achieve an accuracy of 96.6 % when the pixel error is 4. Knowledge extraction in healthcare has become a recent research hotspot due to the rapid development of AI technology as well as the urgent demand in the medicine research and practice. Traditional methods focus on extracting terms and relations using pattern matching and machine learning, but they depend on the construction of rules and the accuracy of feature extraction. In contrast, deep learning methods have a stronger ability to process data with high dimensions. Moreover, current study neglects the fact that the key knowledge in medicine is the process of diagnosing and treating patients, i.e., the relations that causes the status change in a healthcare workflow. This paper first identifies the relations relevant for medical processes, and adopts the method of relationship extraction based on Bidirection Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) model and attention mechanism (BiGRU-ATT), in order to retrieve these relations from Chinese medical text. The experimental results show that regarding Chinese medical entity relationship extraction, we can achieve better accuracy rate and recall rate than using convolutional neural network(CNN). © 2019 Association for Computing Machinery.

Collaborative perception has attracted growing interest from academia and industry due to its potential to enhance perception accuracy, safety, and robustness in autonomous driving through multi-agent information fusion. With the advancement of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication, numerous collaborative perception datasets have emerged, varying in cooperation paradigms, sensor configurations, data sources, and application scenarios. However, the absence of systematic summarization and comparative analysis hinders effective resource utilization and standardization of model evaluation. As the first comprehensive review focused on collaborative perception datasets, this work reviews and compares existing resources from a multi-dimensional perspective. We categorize datasets based on cooperation paradigms, examine their data sources and scenarios, and analyze sensor modalities and supported tasks. A detailed comparative analysis is conducted across multiple dimensions. We also outline key challenges and future directions, including dataset scalability, diversity, domain adaptation, standardization, privacy, and the integration of large language models.
