With the development of the internet and film industry, filmgoers have published a large amount of review texts in many areas such as film analysis, film sharing, and social media. The interpretation of review texts is diverse and strongly environmentally dependent, which adds more difficulty to the task of text classification. How to quickly and accurately judge the sentiment tendency of review texts and classify them accurately, and improve the application value of review text data has become one of the popular research directions in natural language processing (NLP). This article proposes a film review sentiment analysis model RALT, which combines a text convolutional neural network (TextCNN) with a self-attention mechanism and a fused long short-term memory (LSTM). The model uses the RoBERTa Employing a pre-trained model to produce dynamic textual word embeddings addresses the intricacies associated with polysemy. Sentiment classification experiments were conducted on the IMDB dataset. The experiments were conducted by comparing BERT and RoBERTa with TextCNN, RNN, LSTM, BI-LSTM and other models, and it was found that the proposed model achieved the best accuracy and F1-score in the classification *** experiment showed that the model is suitable for the field of film review sentiment classification.

Unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) attracts extra attention in medical image processing because no additional labels are required when adapting to different distributions. In this work, we propose a novel unsupervised domain adaptation framework named as Domain Expansion and PseudoLabeling (DEPL). We extend the domain of a labeled source domain data to four different distributed domains and use adversarial learning to align the image appearance level and feature level from the four different domains to the unlabeled target domain. In addition, we propose a selective pseudolabeling mechanism, namely using strong confidence pseudolabeling to boost model performance. We evaluate our model for the MR to CT adaptation segmentation task on the public dataset MMWHS. Compared to seven other state-of-the-art segmentation methods, our DEPL achieves the best Dice similarity coefficient by 82.4%, which is at least 3.9% higher than the other UDA segmentation methods.

Remote Sensing Image Segmentation Using Vision Mamba and Multi-Scale Multi-Frequency Feature Fusion

As remote sensing imaging technology continues to advance and evolve, processing high-resolution and diversified satellite imagery to improve segmentation accuracy and enhance interpretation efficiency emerg as a pivotal area of investigation within the realm of remote sensing. Although segmentation algorithms based on CNNs and Transformers achieve significant progress in performance, balancing segmentation accuracy and computational complexity remains challenging, limiting their wide application in practical tasks. To address this, this paper introduces state space model (SSM) and proposes a novel hybrid semantic segmentation network based on vision Mamba (CVMH-UNet). This method designs a cross-scanning visual state space block (CVSSBlock) that uses cross 2D scanning (CS2D) to fully capture global information from multiple directions, while by incorporating convolutional neural network branches to overcome the constraints of Vision Mamba (VMamba) in acquiring local information, this approach facilitates a comprehensive analysis of both global and local features. Furthermore, to address the issue of limited discriminative power and the difficulty in achieving detailed fusion with direct skip connections, a multi-frequency multi-scale feature fusion block (MFMSBlock) is designed. This module introduces multi-frequency information through 2D discrete cosine transform (2D DCT) to enhance information utilization and provides additional scale local detail information through point-wise convolution branches. Finally, it aggregates multi-scale information along the channel dimension, achieving refined feature fusion. Findings from experiments conducted on renowned datasets of remote sensing imagery demonstrate that proposed CVMH-UNet achieves superior segmentation performance while maintaining low computational complexity, outperforming surpassing current leading-edge segmentation algorithms. Dynamic Quality of Service(QoS)prediction for services is currently a hot topic and a challenge for research in the fields of service recommendation and *** paper addresses the problem with a Time-aWare service Quality Prediction method(named TWQP),a two-phase approach with one phase based on historical time slices and one on the current time *** the first phase,if the user had invoked the service in a previous time slice,the QoS value for the user calling the service on the next time slice is predicted on the basis of the historical QoS data;if the user had not invoked the service in a previous time slice,then the Covering Algorithm(CA)is applied to predict the missing *** the second phase,we predict the missing values for the current time slice according to the results of the previous phase.A large number of experiments on a real-world dataset,WS-Dream,show that,when compared with the classical QoS prediction algorithms,our proposed method greatly improves the prediction accuracy.

HRTransNet: HRFormer-Driven Two-Modality Salient Object Detection

The High-Resolution Transformer (HRFormer) can maintain high-resolution representation and share global receptive fields. It is friendly towards salient object detection (SOD) in which the input and output have the same resolution. However, two critical problems need to be solved for two-modality SOD. One problem is two-modality fusion. The other problem is the HRFormer output’s fusion. To address the first problem, a supplementary modality is injected into the primary modality by using global optimization and an attention mechanism to select and purify the modality at the input level. To solve the second problem, a dual-direction short connection fusion module is used to optimize the output features of HRFormer, thereby enhancing the detailed representation of objects at the output level. The proposed model, named HRTransNet, first introduces an auxiliary stream for feature extraction of supplementary modality. Then, features are injected into the primary modality at the beginning of each multi-resolution branch. Next, HRFormer is applied to achieve forwarding propagation. Finally, all the output features with different resolutions are aggregated by intra-feature and inter-feature interactive transformers. Anomaly detection refers to the identification of data objects that deviate from the general data distribution. One of the important challenges in anomaly detection is handling high-dimensional data, especially when it contains a large number of redundant attributes. Although traditional Isolation Forest (iForest) and Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) have performed well in anomaly detection, the detection accuracy is still extremely influenced by redundant attributes. In this paper, we propose a two-tier architecture named RS-EIF, to alleviate the negative impact of redundant attributes. Specifically, the RS-EIF combines the rough set theory and EIF algorithm and provides an effective basis for the EIF-based anomaly detection method by removing redundant attributes with rough set theory. Experimental results show that the RS-EIF algorithm performs better than the iForest and EIF algorithms in terms of anomaly detection rate, and the results of the combination of rough set theory and EIF are more prominent compared to the other combination methods. © 2023 IEEE.

A low coupling sparse array (LCSA) is presented, analyzed and discussed on the basis of the recent proposed uniform linear array (ULA) fitting scheme with close-expressions, and its performance with different uniform subarrays in the basic layer is investigated via parameter estimation like direction-of-arrival(DOA). The results gives a superior performance for the presented LCSA. © 2022 IEEE.

Any-Angle Routing Algorithm for Microfluidic Biochips Driven by Flow Path

Continuous-flow microfluidic biochips (CFMBs) have become a hot research topic in recent years due to their ability to perform biochemical assays automatically and efficiently. For the first time, PathDriver+ takes the requirements of the actual fluid transportation into account in the design process of CFMBs and implements the actual fluid transport and removal, and plans separate flow paths for each transport task, which have been neglected in previous work. However, PathDriver+ does not take full advantage of the flexibility of CFMBs routing because it only considers the optimization of flow channel length for the global routing in the mesh model, except for the detailed routing. In addition, PathDriver+ only considers the X architecture, while the existing work shows that the any-angle routing can utilize the routing resources more efficiently and shorten the flow channel length. To address the above issues, we propose a flow path-driven arbitrary angle routing algorithm, which can improve the utilization of routing resources and reduce the flow channel length while considering the actual fluid transportation requirements. The proposed algorithm constructs a search graph based on constrained Delaunay triangulation to improve the search efficiency of routing solutions while ensuring the routing quality. Then, a Dijkstra-based flow path routing method is used on the constructed search graph to generate a routing result with a short channel length quickly. In addition, in the routing process, channel reuse strategy and intersection optimization strategy are proposed for the flow path reuse and intersection number optimization problems, respectively, to further improve the quality of routing results. The experimental results show that compared with the latest work PathDriver+, the length of channels, the number of ports used, and the number of channel intersections are significantly reduced by 33.21%, 11.04%, and 44.79%, respectively, and the channel reuse rate is i

Dynamic Neural Radiance Field From Defocused Monocular Video

Dynamic Neural Radiance Field (NeRF) from monocular videos has recently been explored for space-time novel view synthesis and achieved excellent results. However, defocus blur caused by depth variation often occurs in video capture, compromising the quality of dynamic reconstruction because the lack of sharp details interferes with modeling temporal consistency between input views. To tackle this issue, we propose D2RF, the first dynamic NeRF method designed to restore sharp novel views from defocused monocular videos. We introduce layered Depth-of-Field (DoF) volume rendering to model the defocus blur and reconstruct a sharp NeRF supervised by defocused views. The blur model is inspired by the connection between DoF rendering and volume rendering. The opacity in volume rendering aligns with the layer visibility in DoF rendering. To execute the blurring, we modify the layered blur kernel to the ray-based kernel and employ an optimized sparse kernel to gather the input rays efficiently and render the optimized rays with our layered DoF volume rendering. We synthesize a dataset with defocused dynamic scenes for our task, and extensive experiments on our dataset show that our method outperforms existing approaches in synthesizing all-in-focus novel views from defocus blur while maintaining spatial-temporal consistency in the scene.
