Weak signal detection method based on novel composite multistable stochastic resonance

The weak signal detection method based on stochastic resonance is usually used to extract and identify the weak characteristic signal submerged in strong noise by using the noise energy transfer *** propose a novel composite multistable stochastic-resonance(NCMSR)model combining the Gaussian potential model and an improved bistable *** with the traditional multistable stochastic resonance method,all the parameters in the novel model have no symmetry,the output signal-to-noise ratio can be optimized and the output amplitude can be improved by adjusting the system *** model retains the advantages of continuity and constraint of the Gaussian potential model and the advantages of the improved bistable model without output saturation,the NCMSR model has a higher utilization of *** the output signal-to-noise ratio as the index,weak periodic signal is detected based on the NCMSR model in Gaussian noise andαnoise environment respectively,and the detection effect is *** application of NCMSR to the actual detection of bearing fault signals can realize the fault detection of bearing inner race and outer *** outstanding advantages of this method in weak signal detection are verified,which provides a theoretical basis for industrial practical applications.

Aiming at the problem that the intermediate potential part of the traditional bistable stochastic resonance model cannot be adjusted independently, a new composite stochastic resonance(NCSR) model is proposed by combining the Woods–Saxon(WS) model and the improved piecewise bistable model. The model retains the characteristics of the independent parameters of WS model and the improved piecewise model has no output saturation, all the parameters in the new model have no coupling characteristics. Under α stable noise environment, the new model is used to detect periodic signal and aperiodic signal, the detection results indicate that the new model has higher noise utilization and better detection ***, the new model is applied to image denoising, the results showed that under the same conditions, the output peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) and the correlation number of NCSR method is higher than that of other commonly used linear denoising methods and improved piecewise SR methods, the effectiveness of the new model is verified.

Zero-sum game-based formation control for multi-USVs under hybrid irregular output constraints

This article investigates the finite-time leader-following formation control (LFC) problem for multiple unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) subject to disturbances and hybrid irregular (HI) output constraints. Here, the HI output constraint refers to a generalized output constraint that alternates irregularly among unilateral (only upper or lower) constraints, bilateral (both upper and lower) constraints, and free-constraint over time. To handle HI output constraints in multi-USV scenarios, a novel barrier function (BF) is proposed to uniformly transform both bilateral and unilateral constrained systems into unconstrained ones for controller designs. Subsequently, a zero-sum game (ZSG)-based controller is developed for multi-USVs to guarantee robust optimal control (ROC) against the worst-case disturbance without extra anti-disturbance module designs. Furthermore, the identifier-actor-critic reinforcement learning (IAC-RL) framework is designed in the ZSG-based control scheme, where the identifier, critic, and actor are utilized to estimate unknown system dynamics, evaluate system performance, and implement control policy, respectively. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is demonstrated through simulations of the multi-USV model. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature B.V. 2025.

In order to solve the challenge of multi-objective team personalized tourism route design, in view of the shortcomings of the existing divide and conquer algorithms, this study proposes an innovative personalized tourism route design method based on fuzzy APACA. This new scheme uses the principles of gradient descent theory to accurately identify and locate key influencing factors, and accordingly carries out a sensible classification of indicators to reduce possible interference. At the same time, by using the unique mechanism of fuzzy APACA, this scheme cleverly constructs the design strategy of tourism routes. The empirical results show that this scheme shows a significant improvement compared with the traditional divide and conquer algorithm in terms of key performance indicators such as the accuracy of personalized tourism route design and the processing efficiency of key factors, showing its obvious strong advantages. In the multi-objective team, the personalized tourism route design plays a crucial role, which can accurately predict and optimize the growth trend and output results of the multi-objective team's personalized tourism route design. However, in the face of complex simulation tasks, traditional divide-and-conquer algorithms show some inherent shortcomings, especially when dealing with multi-level challenges, their performance is often unsatisfactory. To overcome this, this study introduces a new idea of fuzzy APACA optimization for the design of personalized tourism routes, and accurately controls the influencing parameters through gradient descent theory, which is used as the road map for index allocation, and then uses fuzzy APACA to innovate and construct a system scheme. The test results clearly point out that in the context of the evaluation criteria, the new scheme has been significantly optimized in terms of accuracy and processing speed for a variety of challenges, showing stronger performance superiority. Action Status Based Novel Relative Feature Representations for Interaction Recognition

Skeleton-based action recognition has always been an important research topic in computer vision. Most of the researchers in this field currently pay more attention to actions performed by a single person while there is very little work dedicated to the identification of interactions between two people. However, the practical application of interaction recognition is actually more critical in our society considering that actions are often performed by multiple people. How to design an effective scheme to learn discriminative spatial and temporal representations for skeleton-based interaction recognition is still a challenging problem. Focusing on the characteristics of skeleton data for interactions, we first define the moving distance to distinguish the action status of the participants. Then some view-invariant relative features are proposed to fully represent the spatial and temporal relationship of the skeleton sequence. Further, a new coding method is proposed to obtain the novel relative feature representations. Finally, we design a three-stream CNN model to learn deep features for interaction recognition. We evaluate our method on SBU dataset, NTU RGB+D 60 dataset and NTU RGB+D 120 dataset. The experimental results also verify that our method is effective and exhibits great robustness compared with current state-of-the-art methods.
