Two-Stage Planning of Distributed power Supply and energy Storage Capacity Considering Hierarchical Partition control of Distribution Network with Source-Load-Storage

Aiming at the consumption problems caused by the high proportion of renewable energy being connected to the distribution network,it also aims to improve the power supply reliability of the power system and reduce the operating costs of the power *** paper proposes a two-stage planning method for distributed generation and energy storage systems that considers the hierarchical partitioning of ***,an electrical distance structural index that comprehensively considers active power output and reactive power output is proposed to divide the distributed generation voltage regulation domain and determine the access location and number of distributed power ***,a two-stage planning is carried out based on the zoning *** the phase 1 distribution network-zoning optimization layer,the network loss is minimized so that the node voltage in the area does not exceed the limit,and the distributed generation configuration results are initially determined;in phase 2,the partition-node optimization layer is planned with the goal of economic optimization,and the distance-based improved ant lion algorithm is used to solve the problem to obtain the optimal distributed generation and energy storage ***,the IEEE33 node systemwas used for *** results showed that the voltage quality was significantly improved after optimization,and the overall revenue increased by about 20.6%,verifying the effectiveness of the two-stage planning.

To effectively quantify the impact of distributed photovoltaic(PV)access on the distribution network,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of distributed PV grid connection combining subjective and objective combination of assignment and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)—rank sum ratio(RSR)(TOPSIS-RSR)*** on the traditional distribution network evaluation system,a comprehensive evaluation system has been *** fully considers the new development requirements of distributed PV access on the environmental friendliness and absorptive capacity of the distribution grid and comprehensively reflects the impact of distributed PV grid *** analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the subjective weights of the primary indicators,and the Spearman consistency test was combined to determine the weights of the secondary indicators based on three objective assignment *** subjective and objective combination weights of each assessment indicator were calculated through the principle of minimum *** the distance between the indicators to be evaluated and the positive and negative ideal solutions,the relative closeness ranking,and qualitative binning by TOPSIS-RSR method to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of different *** setting up different PV grid-connected scenarios and utilizing the IEEE33 node simulation algorithm,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed subject-object combination assignment and integrated assessment method are verified.

Under the background of 'double carbon', the power system is facing green change, and the distribution network is facing the challenge of distributed generation and diversified load. Traditional distribution transformers are unable to cope with local load peaks and sudden load growth. In order to cope with the problem of heavy overload caused by seasonal load, mobile hybrid distribution transformer (MHDT) has gradually attracted attention as an innovative solution. In this paper, the deployment strategy of MHDT is discussed, and an optimization method based on spatial coordinate system mapping is proposed to reduce the amount of calculation and improve the computational efficiency. Through the practical application case of an agricultural irrigation area in Jilin Province, the actual effect of this method in solving the problem of transformer heavy overload is verified. The results show that MHDT can effectively improve flexibility response ability of distribution system. © 2024 IEEE.

An Improved Solov2 Based on Attention Mechanism and Weighted Loss Function for Electrical Equipment Instance Segmentation

The current existing problem of deep learning framework for the detection and segmentation of electrical equipment is dominantly related to low *** of the reliable,safe and easy-to-operate technology provided by deep learning-based video surveillance for unmanned inspection of electrical equipment,this paper uses the bottleneck attention module(BAM)attention mechanism to improve the Solov2 model and proposes a new electrical equipment segmentation ***,the BAM attention mechanism is integrated into the feature extraction network to adaptively learn the correlation between feature channels,thereby improving the expression ability of the feature map;secondly,the weighted sum of CrossEntropy Loss and Dice loss is designed as the mask loss to improve the segmentation accuracy and robustness of the model;finally,the non-maximal suppression(NMS)algorithm to better handle the overlap problem in instance *** results show that the proposed method achieves an average segmentation accuracy of mAP of 80.4% on three types of electrical equipment datasets,including transformers,insulators and voltage transformers,which improve the detection accuracy by more than 5.7% compared with the original Solov2 *** segmentation model proposed can provide a focusing technical means for the intelligent management of power systems.

A Joint Estimation Method of SOC and SOH for Lithium-ion Battery Considering Cyber-Attacks Based on GA-BP

To improve the estimation accuracy of state of charge(SOC)and state of health(SOH)for lithium-ion batteries,in this paper,a joint estimation method of SOC and SOH at charging cut-off voltage based on genetic algorithm(GA)combined with back propagation(BP)neural network is proposed,the research addresses the issue of data manipulation resulting ***,anomalous data stemming fromcyber-attacks are identified and eliminated using the isolated forest algorithm,followed by data ***,the incremental capacity(IC)curve is derived fromthe restored data using theKalman filtering algorithm,with the peak of the ICcurve(ICP)and its corresponding voltage serving as the health factor(HF).Thirdly,the GA-BP neural network is applied to map the relationship between HF,constant current charging time,and SOH,facilitating the estimation of SOH based on ***,SOC estimation at the charging cut-off voltage is calculated by inputting the SOH estimation value into the trained model to determine the constant current charging time,and by updating the maximum available *** show that the root mean squared error of the joint estimation results does not exceed 1%,which proves that the proposed method can estimate the SOC and SOH accurately and stably even in the presence of false data injection attacks.

Distributed low-carbon economic dispatch of interconnected multi-area system with CCS-ESS

In an interconnected multi-area system, there is a problem of losing carbon capture intensity when the traditional carbon-capture-power-plants (CCPP) release flexibility to assist renewable energy consumption. This paper proposes a distributed real-time low-carbon economic dispatch with a cooperative operation model of carbon-capture-and-storage (CCS) and energy-storage-system (ESS). First, to ensure the carbon capture intensity of CCS, the electric carbon in the CCPP is decoupled, and the net output of the power plant is no longer coupled with the energy consumption of the carbon capture device. Second, the cooperative operation model for CCS and ESS (CCS-ESS) is constructed, which can make reasonable action responses according to the actual operation of the system. Third, to achieve distributed economic dispatch optimization completely and accurately, a real-time distributed iterative solution framework is designed. Case studies indicate the revenue of the CCS under the cooperative mode is improved by up to 24.18 % and 7.49 % compared with the individual mode without and with the ESS. Further, the solution quality and Plug-and-Play (PNP) of the proposed methods are verified.

In order to solve the problem of insufficient frequency regulation capacity caused by the large-scale grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) generation, the active power-frequency droop control strategy and virtual inertia control strategy are proposed for single-stage grid-connected PV generation for electromechanical transient analysis. By modifying the control structure of the inverter, PV generation actively got involved in frequency regulation. The simulation results indicate that: the inverter can control the PV array to increase or decrease the active power generated according to the set droop control and virtual inertia control, so as to suppress the drop or rise of the grid frequency;in the dynamic process of frequency, the incremental power of PV generation induced by the dynamic action of the voltage vector of grid connection point is dependent on its virtual inertia control. © 2019 IEEE.

This paper addresses the need to make judgments quickly and accurately after a transient stability failure in the power system. A method for transient stability assessment of power systems based on CapsNet is proposed. This method does not require manual calculation and is based directly on simulation data. Using the self-learning ability of the CapsNet and strong feature extraction ability, the offline training model is used to find the mapping relationship between the input data set and the transient stability, and then online evaluation. This paper effectively improves the accuracy of the evaluation by constructing the input data matrix;By improving the parameters in the network, the calculation speed is effectively improved, and the robustness and generalization ability of the model are enhanced. The idea of "fast measurement, fast resolution, fast control" has been achieved. The simulation results of IEEE-39 node system verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the proposed method is superior to the evaluation model of other machine learning methods. © 2019 IEEE.
