This paper is concerned with communication and control co-design for wireless sensor networked control system (WSNCS) with time-varying delay. Jointly designing communication and control is an attractive paradigm for WSNCS, since the control performance of WSNCS is high sensitive to resource-constrained communication networks. The main idea of devised scheme is searching an optimal event-triggered transmission condition on the premise that wireless link capacity constraint is satisfied and stability of systems is guaranteed. The main aim of devised scheme is to greatly optimize control performance of WSNCS. First, two wireless network architectures characterized by multi-hop and star topology are put forward. Secondly, a model of WSNCS with event-triggered transmission mechanism is constructed. It is followed by stability analysis of WSNCS to obtain the asymptotical stability condition of systems. And then a search algorithm is presented for communication and control co-design. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The problem of controllability and control strategy for a class of Networked controlsystems (NCSs) with packets loss are studied in this paper. A probabilistic controllability conception is proposed for these systems. In order to analyze the probabilistic controllability and relevant properties, a representation of the initial state by a group of constructive base of linear space is introduced. Based on this representation the affects to control system caused by packets loss can be expressed by system substates. A control strategy is developed to guarantee, the controllability of NCSs, and the minimum control steps property of this control strategy is discussed as well. Finally, a necessary and sufficient condition of probabilistic controllability for NCSs with packets loss is represented.

An anti-windup compensate algorithm for active disturbance rejection mechanism is proposed in this paper. This paradigm extends the traditional anti-windup scheme to the Active Disturbance Rejection control(ADRC) mechanism, to deal with the input saturation nonlinearity and meanwhile reject the disturbance automatically by using Extended State Observer(ESO). The output of anti-windup compensator is treated as a part of unknown disturbances and is introduced into the ESO, which can online observe both internal and external disturbances(parameter uncertainties and model mismatches). The controller input is yielded by using a nonlinear feedback combination, and it is used to compensate the integrator windup caused by the saturation nonlinearity element. On the other hand, in order to determine the parameters of the ESO and the anti-windup compensator feedback gain, the L2 gain is adopted. The effectiveness and the robustness against model and parameter uncertainties of the proposed method is verified by an example of the seeker platform.

The behavior patterns and strategies of Internet Water Army in online forums are investigated in this paper. Internet Water Army focuses on the controlling and steering of cyber collective opinions, and adjusts their behavior according to two principles: to avoid being exposed and to increase the ability to exert influence. To study how the ability of Internet Water Army to exert influence, we construct a multi-agent system with coevolution of topics and cyber collective behaviors and design the behavior patterns and strategies of Internet Water Army. Based on synthetic data and real data, we find that Internet Water Army dynamically adjusts their behavior strategy to maximize their influence and the effectiveness of strategy of Internet Water Army is closely related to the features of the users. Our work sheds insight on the design of viral marketing mechanism in e-commerce systems as well as on guiding collective behaviors in social media.
