Currently, with the deepening of development and open of China's border, issues of border joint defense become increasingly arduous. Traditional means of cooperation and coordination are far from being able to align requirements;information systems of different joint defense units are difficult to interconnect and interoperate;the previous results of joint defense informatization are difficult to inherit. The main reason is the lack of border joint defense information construction with a top-level design approach. Via the lens of top-level design, this paper establishes a multi-viewpoint architecture framework and transformation process, develops the as-is and to-be joint defense architecture, and finally analyzes transformation principles from the as-is architecture to to-be architecture. This paper mainly explores the architecture transformation mechanisms under the border joint defense scenario. © 2021 ACM.

Intelligent aircraft control is an important strategic development trend. Traditional aircraft control algorithms have a strong dependence on the system models, and it is difficult to cope with the increasingly complex battlefield environment for intelligent aircrafts. In this paper, an online intelligent controller design based on a weak-model reinforcement learning technology is proposed to solve stabilization problem of an aircraft. The control problem is firstly converted to an optimal control problem, then an adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) technology is applied for computing the corresponding nonlinear Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation (HJB) equation. Then, actor-critic neural networks structures are established to learn the optimal controller online where only partial information of the aircraft dynamics is required. The proposed control strategy enables the aircraft to adjust and update its control strategy on-line according to the actual mission targets and environments, such that the requirements of autonomous learning and intelligent operation can be realized. In this paper, an all-dielectric transmitarray compact antenna test range (TACATR) is proposed. The TACATR can be used as a low-cost alternative to traditional reflector compact antenna test range. The aperture perturbation mechanisms of the TACATR have been investigated, including aperture scattering interference and edge diffraction. Two optimization strategies are proposed to enhance the performance of the quiet zone (QZ). On the one hand, the unwanted edge diffraction is suppressed by employing suitable feeding sources and optimizing the focal aperture ratio (F/D). On the other hand, the interference of aperture scattering in QZ was further suppressed by optimizing the additional phase shift (APS). As an example, a Circular transmitarray (TA) with the dimension of 91mm was designed, which verifies the mechanism of interferences suppressing.

In this paper, An ultra-wideband high gain circularly polarized all dielectric lens antenna is proposed. The lens antenna consists a linearly polarized horn and a dielectric lens with a gap. The impedance bandwidth, axial ratio and gain of the antenna can be improved by changing the shape of the lens. The PSO-GA is used to improve the design optimization efficiency of lens antenna, and the modeling time is shortened through the integrated modeling technology. The impedance bandwidth of the lens antenna is 40%, the maximum axial ratio is 2.8dB, and the maximum gain is 21.5dBic at 65GHz. In the 60-90GHz frequency band, the gain is greater than 20.5dBic.

The ambiguity function describes the joint characteristics of the signal in the time domain and the frequency domain, and is usually used for signal recognition. The time domain and frequency domain distribution of noise is more spurious than the signal. Its ambiguity function can also reflect its characteristics. However, the direct use of the ambiguity function as the signal feature will increase the amount of calculation of the detection system, so slice it, which reduces the burden on the system for detecting signal information while preserving the information. At the same time, the radar signal detection based on neural network can avoid the influence of artificially setting the threshold on the detection performance of the system. So, we propose an algorithm for inputting the extracted fuzzy function slice sequence into a neural network to realize signal detection. simulation proves that when the signal-To-noise ratio of the received signal is very low, our proposed method still has a high detection probability. © 2021 IEEE.

With the emergence of various kinds of complex radar jamming, radar jamming intelligent recognition technology has increasingly become the key to electronic counter-counter measures. To achieve radar jamming open-set recognition with a small number of tagged samples, Generative adversarial network-based pseudolabeled convolutional neural network (GAN-PL-CNN) model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, radar jamming is modelled, and the radar jamming datasets with known and unknown types are established after time-frequency transformation and image processing. Then, the adaptive pseudolabeling method is used to achieve semi-supervised recognition of radar jamming by combining the learning capability of convolutional neural networks and the characteristics of pseudolabeling to increase labeled samples intelligently. Finally, generative adversarial networks are introduced to enhance the recognition ability of the model and the discrimination ability of the unknown type through the game between the generator and the discriminator in the iterative process. Experimental results show that the GAN-PL-CNN model achieves 89.7%-95.1% for known types and 30.7%-86.8% for unknown types at 3%-6% labeling rate. As the number of labeled samples increases, the recognition effect becomes better and has a greater ability to exclude unknown type. © 2021 IEEE.

Signal bispectral transformation can not only suppress the influence of Gaussian white noise on signal modulation recognition, but also retain the signal amplitude and phase information. It is also used to extract the non-linear characteristics. Compared with other high-order spectra, bispectrum has a simple processing flow. However, the direct use of all bispectrum as signal features will lead to two-dimensional template matching, causing lots of calculations. Converting two-dimensional bispectrum into one-dimensional sequence, for example, extracting slice information of bispectrum, or using integral bispectrum apparently reduce the amount of data to be processed while retaining part of the bispectrum information. We input the extracted bispectral transformation of radar signals into the neural network to realize modulation recognition. The simulations validate our conclusions that our proposed methods still have a high recognition probability while SNR is low. © 2021 IEEE.

Federated learning is a distributedmachine learningmethod that can solve the increasingly serious problemof data islands and user data privacy,as it allows training data to be kept locally and not shared with other *** trains a globalmodel by aggregating locally-computedmodels of clients rather than their ***,the divergence of local models caused by data heterogeneity of different clients may lead to slow convergence of the global *** this problem,we focus on the client selection with federated learning,which can affect the convergence performance of the global model with the selected local *** propose FedChoice,a client selection method based on loss function optimization,to select appropriate local models to improve the convergence of the global *** firstly sets selected probability for clients with the value of loss function,and the client with high loss will be set higher selected probability,which can make them more likely to participate in ***,it introduces a local control vector and a global control vector to predict the local gradient direction and global gradient direction,respectively,and calculates the gradient correction vector to correct the gradient direction to reduce the cumulative deviationof the local gradient causedby *** experiments to verify the validity of FedChoice on CIFAR-10,CINIC-10,MNIST,EMNITS,and FEMNIST datasets,and the results show that the convergence of FedChoice is significantly improved,compared with FedAvg,FedProx,and FedNova.

Aiming at the problem of integrating open tools in a user development environment in complex product design, an integration strategy of model engineering environment based on OpenMBEE is studied. It is based on the technologies of user identity unified authentication and user interaction data collaboration. Specifically, in the solution of unified identity authentication on cross-platform, the extended controller method is provided based on the message queue information flow mechanism. Then, the separation of business logic, data information, and interactive view of user unified authentication are realized, on the basis, that the function of unified identity authentication is realized by using the Software Development Kit (SDK) of OpenMBEE. Besides, in the study of user interaction data collaboration technology, three-layer collaboration mechanisms are proposed, they are the presentation layer collaboration, the business layer collaboration, and the persistence layer collaboration. When the jQuery programming framework is integrated into the bootstrap front-end framework, combing with the OpenMBEE back-end server interface, the collaboration of user interaction data is realized. Through experiments and project practice analysis, the user unified authentication strategy and user interactive collaboration strategy are tested respectively for proving the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
