Matching precision is very important and difficult in accurate photography, remote sensing and 3D reconstruction. After analyzing the advantages and shortcomings of current matching algorithms and the epipolar geometry, a new matching algorithm based on global viewpoint difference rectification for framework imagery is devised. Without the aid of orientation parameters, this algorithm contains three parts, the scale rectification for an overall comfortable of the image, the viewport rectification for compensating the bias between the vertical plane of the primary optical axis and the main plane of the scene, and the consistent transformation of two images with different viewports. Following, the details of the implementation of our methods are also given. The validation experiments of the matching precision show that, the new algorithm can improve the precision dramatically, which is better than many other good matching algorithms. © 2015 IEEE.

Countermeasure against cooperative jamming is one of the important subjects in the field of electronic countercountermeasures(ECCM). In the cooperative jamming, the spatial position of each jammer is different, the jamming mode used by each jammer may be diverse, and the traditional antijamming methods are difficult to be effective. Therefore, how to suppress the jamming in different directions from different jammers is the key to solve the problem of cooperative jamming. In view of this situation, an ECCM scheme against dual-jammer cooperative jamming based on multi-channel cancellation is proposed in this paper, which uses the spatial degree of freedom of multi-channel synthetic aperture radar(SAR). This antijamming method is available for different active jamming forms, and has less computation. Theoretical analysis and simulation results verify that the proposed method can effectively counter dual-jammer cooperative jamming.

The atmospheric attenuation of THz wave is closely related to the weather condition, region height and meteorological parameter. In this paper, the discrete data from China Meteorological Data Sharing Service system is employed and then different fitting functions are suggested to fit these discrete data of heights, air pressure, temperature and dew points. Take Wuhan (114.2°E, 30.86°N) for example, the atmospheric parameter at any heights is retrieved in detailed, based on which the atmospheric attenuation of THz wave at different heights is calculated according to recommendation given by the International Telecommunication Union Radio communication Sector.

A modified Vivaldi antenna is proposed in this paper especially for the millimeter-wave application. The metal support frame is used to fix the structured substrate and increased the front-to-back ratio as well as the radiation gain. Detailed design process are presented, following which one sample is designed with its working frequency band from 75GHz to 150 GHz. The sample is also fabricated and measured. Good agreements between simulated results and measured results are obtained.

Synthetic aperture radar ground moving target indication (SAR-GMTI) has been extensively used in the battle field information acquiring. In this paper, a barrage repeater jamming against SAR-GMTI is proposed. This method separates the intercepted radar signal into several equal segments and reradiates them back to the radar in a rearranged order. The essence of the method is that the separation number and the rearranged order are random between each pulse. The randomicity leads to a barrage jamming in SAR images which cannot be cancelled by displace phase-center antenna (DPCA) processing. simulation results are presented to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.

It is hard to choose one appropriate sparse reconstruction algorithm from multiple existing algorithms in different occasions. Being aware of this difficulty, four typical sparse reconstruction algorithms are studied to present comprehensive performance evaluations in terms of reconstruction accuracy, super-resolution ability and noise immunity, and it is found that the BCS algorithm performs best in noise immunity, while the Lp-norm algorithm has an outstanding performance in super-resolution ability.

Software vulnerabilities are one of the root causes of network security issues. Software security testing is an essential part of secure software development. Fuzzing has been proven to be an effective dynamic software security testing method. In this paper we present a guided fuzzing approach based on dynamic taint analysis for security testing of network protocol software. This approach identifies the security sensitive functions of target application affected by network packets via dynamic taint analysis, and generates testcases by mutating these packets with the elements of a fuzz library. Due to the guidance of taint information, it to some extend overcomes the blindness of traditional fuzzing methods and improves efficiency. The approach integrates several successive steps, we currently focus on the taint analysis step and have received interesting preliminary experimental results.

In order to solve the integrated condition monitoring problem in space information network, there are three works finished including analyzing the characteristics of tasks process and system health monitoring,adopting the automata modeling method, and respectively establishing the models for state inference and state determination. The state inference model is a logic automaton and is gotten by concluding engineering experiences. The state determination model is a double-layer automaton, the lower automaton is responsible for parameter judge and the upper automaton is responsible for state diagnosis. At last, the system state monitoring algorithm has been proposed, which realizes the integrated condition monitoring for task process and system health, and can avoid the false alarm.

In this work, we report the set-up and results of the Liver Tumor Segmentation Benchmark (LiTS), which was organized in conjunction with the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) 2017 and the International Conferences on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) 2017 and 2018. The image dataset is diverse and contains primary and secondary tumors with varied sizes and appearances with various lesion-to-background levels (hyper-/hypo-dense), created in collaboration with seven hospitals and research institutions. Seventy-five submitted liver and liver tumor segmentation algorithms were trained on a set of 131 computed tomography (CT) volumes and were tested on 70 unseen test images acquired from different patients. We found that not a single algorithm performed best for both liver and liver tumors in the three events. The best liver segmentation algorithm achieved a Dice score of 0.963, whereas, for tumor segmentation, the best algorithms achieved Dices scores of 0.674 (ISBI 2017), 0.702 (MICCAI 2017), and 0.739 (MICCAI 2018). Retrospectively, we performed additional analysis on liver tumor detection and revealed that not all top-performing segmentation algorithms worked well for tumor detection. The best liver tumor detection method achieved a lesion-wise recall of 0.458 (ISBI 2017), 0.515 (MICCAI 2017), and 0.554 (MICCAI 2018), indicating the need for further research.
