In recent years, the Information Technology develops rapidly. With the development of the Information Technology, the social manufacturing, a new mode of manufacturing, has been proposed. The social manufacturing combines the Internet technology, the three-dimensional scanning technology and the virtual reality technology, and is used in the apparel industry and other fashion industries for the mass customization. The three-dimensional scanning technology and the virtual fitting mirror technology are inseparable from the depth camera. Depth cameras play an important role in the social manufacturing. Manufacturers use depth cameras to obtain three-dimensional models of the body of customers to design suitable clothes. Customers can visually see the effect of clothes by using a virtual fitting mirror which is based on the depth camera. The social manufacturing makes mass customization possible, and the depth camera help develop the social manufacturing. This paper introduces the principles of depth cameras, and the application of depth cameras in the social manufacturing.

Real Time Bidding(RTB)is emerged with the rise of Internet and big data,and it realized precision marketing through the market segmentation strategies of Demand Side Platforms(DSPs).This paper studies DSPs' strategies for market segmentation,and established a market segmentation model to find the optimal *** proposed to validate our model using a computational experiment approach,and the experimental results show that with the increasing of the market segmentation granularity,the total revenue has a tendency of a rise first and followed by a decline.

Implementing high-maneuverability swimming with biomimetic robotic fish

In this paper,we present an overview of the mechanical design and control of biomimetic robotic fishes with high *** robotic fishes modelled after Esoxlucius adopt multilink propulsive mechanism for a high turning rate and a small turning *** to different tasks,these robotic fishes are designed with decorated pectoral fins for a two-dimensional horizon plane,or controllable pectoral fins with multiple degrees of freedom for a three-dimensional *** observing and analyzing the fast-starts of real fish,we separately develop a dynamic trajectory tracking strategy based C-start control method and an L-shaped sliding method based S-start control ***,a four-link robotic fish is able to execute C-start flexibly with a turning angle of up to 213°,a top turning rate of approximately670°/s,and an upper limit of turning precision of less than 10°and an S-start with a peak turning rate up to318.08±9.20°/*** experimental results verify the feasibility of our high-maneuverability-oriented mechatronic design and control methods.

Transit signal priority (TSP) is the most effective method to improve the operational efficiency of public transports. This paper presents an adaptive dynamic TSP control method of public traffic, by adjusting the signal time to give buses passing priority at intersections, which can take into account not only the dynamic time of bus's reaching the intersections according to the actual road conditions, but also the benefit balance of priority and non-priority vehicles. This control method has been successfully piloted in BRT Line 1 in Guangzhou, China. The average BRT vehicles' travel time under each signal priority operation is reduced by about 34 seconds, and the average delay time is decreased about 10% while it causes only acceptable negative impact on non-priority social vehicles. These pilot results demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the control algorithm.

The rapidly growing amount of social interaction makes geographical names an important and indispensable medium for people in social and economic exchanges. Especially in today's information age, the frequency of usage of name information has increased greatly. In this paper, a method for the construction of a cities' names database is proposed. This will include the processing of the outcome data from the names pilot survey, the consolidation into the database, the development of the cloud service and management system based on the geographical names and zoning database, and the construction of a relatively complete set of the public service system of geographical names based on a website and touch screen interface. The method has been applied in San Ya, China successfully, and very good results have been obtained. The platform can provide not only accurate and convenient services of geographical names, but also promote its economic development and social progress.

Hazard and operability (HAZOP) methodology is an important Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) technique for ensuring safety production in chemical industry. Due to the lacks of accuracy and reliability in manual HAZOP analysis, the quantitative HAZOP analysis has gained more and more attention. In this work, a process simulation-based HAZOP analysis method and its flow chart are proposed. And the proposed method is applied to a steam generation subsystem in an ethylene pyrolysis unit on a dynamic process simulation platform. All deviation parameters of system can be calculated and described quantitatively. The case study shows the proposed method is useful for the effective risk prevention and control measures in a chemical process.

This paper investigates a novel fault tolerant control (FTC) scheme for reconfigurable manipulators with actuator failures based on adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) with an improved performance index function. With the help of fault observer, the estimated actuator failure is utilized to construct the performance index function that reflects the failure, regulation and control simultaneously. The fault tolerant controller consists of the desired controller and the approximated optimal feedback one. The desired controller is obtained by the system model directly. By establishing a critic neural network, the policy iteration (PI) algorithm is utilized to solve the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation, and then the approximated optimal feedback controller can be derived directly. It is proven that the closed-loop system is uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB) based on Lyapunov stability theorem. Finally, the simulation study is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed FTC scheme.

Proven to be a viable and cost effective solution for ubiquitous internet access, wireless access network have proliferated at homes, offices, and cafes all over the globe. Being placed at the very edge of the computer network, with increasingly powerful computational ability, wireless access points are more and more suitable for deploying configurable and personalized services for mobile clients. In this paper we propose an intelligent wireless service framework over enhanced wireless access points (referred to as Smart Wireless Access Point) that prefetch and aggregate web contents on the wired side based on user profiles and delivery it to the user in a wireless network environment. We modify the source code of browser to enhance its data collection capabilities and develop some practical smartphone applications on the mobile client-side. Additionally, we perform some caching strategy and algorithms when a user have created considerable usage data or rated enough information. Measuring the download latency shows that DNS caching and content caching yields significant improvements in page load time. Prefetching mechanism, recommend system and some rich featured wireless local applications all benefit users much.

The progressive-edge-growth (PEG) algorithm for constructing Tanner graphs with large girth by progressively establishing edges/connections between symbol nodes and check nodes in an edge-by-edge way is highly known to construct low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes at short block lengths for achieving good performance. This paper proposed an improved PEG construction for irregular codes, which heuristically selects good codes from random graphs for short block lengths. The simulation results are given to demonstrate that the proposed algorithm gians better BER performance for high signal-to-noise (SNR) ratios without performance loss for low-SNR region, i.e. low error floor. © 2015 IEEE.

This paper presents a novel jelly sh-inspired swimming robot whose mechanical design, control algorithm, and motion analysis are discussed and manifested in detail. In consideration of few research on robotic jelly sh capable of threedimensional movement with mechanical drive and actuator, we propose an improved design mainly featuring six-bar linkage mechanisms as the actuators and a barycenter adjustment mechanism as an attitude regulator. To imitate the real jelly sh and to reduce drag, the robotic jelly sh is comprised of a streamlined head, a cavity shell, and an elastic rubber skin around the drive units. Meanwhile a bio-inspired central pattern generators control model is imported. To validate the feasibility of the maneuverability with designed motion mechanism and free attitude regulation, dynamic analysis and simulation experiment are conducted. The obtained results show the conceived novel robotic jelly sh can accomplish all motion tasks desired.
