The combined control of variable speed and variable displacement is a new type of volume control with high efficiency and fast ***,due to the inherent nonlinearity of multiplication,it brings certain difficulties to the *** electric double-variable pump[1] is a dual-input single-output system,and it is a nonlinear system[2].It is necessary to linearize the system or use a nonlinear control method to control and solve the control problem of the *** this paper,an intelligent control rule is proposed for the nonlinear problem of double input and single *** backstepping design[3],the nonlinear system is transformed into multiple linear *** the original system is turned into two independent subsystems with single input and single output,which are controlled *** co-simulation platform based on AMESIM and Simulink[4] has been verified and compared with a single PID control algorithm to simulate the step response and sinusoidal tracking performance of the *** results show that the response speed of the system has been greatly improved.

Autonomous exploration is very important for robotics, especially for mapping, navigation, and planning in an unknown environment. In recent years, automatic exploration methods in the indoor environment have been extensively studied, but there is little research on exploration in the outdoor transportation environment. Due to the limitations of outdoor traffic rules and the scale of the environment, the methods for the indoor environment are difficult to apply to the transportation environment. Aiming at exploration in the transportation environment, this paper proposes a deep reinforcement learning algorithm based on Scenario IMagination(SIM), which has two important components: 1) a mid-level action space, which combines the classical robot control algorithm, addressing the inefficient learning and unstable navigation of deep reinforcement learning algorithms in automatic exploration. With this action space, the deep reinforcement learning algorithm achieves excellent exploration performance in both normal scale environments and large-scale branchless environments;2) a scenarios buffer, which relieves hard exploration problems of deep reinforcement learning due to serious imbalances of samples in large-scale multibranch scenarios. Compared to the map-less navigation approaches, SIM achieves excellent exploration performance in large-scale multi-branch environments. © 2022 IEEE.

The surge in urban population density in China has underscored the vital role of high-speed rail and subway systems in urban transit. Comprehensive transportation hubs, notably high-speed rail passenger terminals, have emerged as linchpins for seamless multimodal transit both within and beyond urban centers. China's railway sector vigorously champions the innovative concept of "station-city integration"and has articulated a forward-looking "16-word policy"for modern railway stations: "Seamless integration, environmental friendliness, economic viability, and intelligent accessibility". The judicious allocation of resources and the augmentation of coordination and control capabilities within comprehensive transportation hubs are imperative for the harmonious evolution of urban transit. The implementation of intelligent control systems for transportation hubs has emerged as a pivotal area of research. This study delves into the framework and critical technologies for high-speed railway comprehensive transport hubs, encompassing various components and their intricate interplay, including transport modalities, infrastructure, travelers, environmental factors, and information systems, thus forming a prototypical cyber-physical-social system. Addressing the prevalent and pressing imperative for the advancement of "station-city integration"high-speed railway comprehensive transport hubs, this research endeavor aims to surmount bottleneck challenges and refine the oversight of passenger flows at high-speed rail terminals. The findings hold noteworthy theoretical import and portend promising practical applications. © 2023 IEEE.

Knowledge graphs(KGs)have been widely accepted as powerful tools for modeling the complex relationships between concepts and developing knowledge-based *** recent years,researchers in the field of power systems have explored KGs to develop intelligent dispatching systems for increasingly large power *** multiple power grid dispatching knowledge graphs(PDKGs)constructed by different agencies,the knowledge fusion of different PDKGs is useful for providing more accurate decision *** achieve this,entity alignment that aims at connecting different KGs by identifying equivalent entities is a critical *** entity alignment methods cannot integrate useful structural,attribute,and relational information while calculating entities’similarities and are prone to making many-to-one alignments,thus can hardly achieve the best *** address these issues,this paper proposes a collective entity alignment model that integrates three kinds of available information and makes collective counterpart *** model proposes a novel knowledge graph attention network(KGAT)to learn the embeddings of entities and relations explicitly and calculates entities’similarities by adaptively incorporating the structural,attribute,and relational ***,we formulate the counterpart assignment task as an integer programming(IP)problem to obtain one-to-one *** not only conduct experiments on a pair of PDKGs but also evaluate o ur model on three commonly used cross-lingual *** comparisons indicate that our model outperforms other methods and provides an effective tool for the knowledge fusion of PDKGs.

In this study, unmanned ships test platform based on the parallel systems framework is proposed to improve the test efficiency and accuracy of unmanned ships in complex ocean environment. The parallel intelligence theory and ACP approach, the efficient interaction between virtual and real environment is achieved, which provides more comprehensive and accurate data for unmanned ships testing. Future research will further expand the scope of virtual environment simulation and improve systems accuracy and response speed to a wider range of unmanned ships test requirements. © 2024 IEEE.

Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology is a research hotspot worldwide owing to global climate change and warm gas control. CCUS papers from the last twenty years, derived from the Web of Science database, were analyzed to investigate the impact and citation of academic papers using machine learning methods. Firstly, nine author characteristics, keywords, and three other categories were extracted from the literature. Then, the natural logarithm distribution of the annual average number of citations was obtained, and five evaluation grades were decided based on the citations. Next, the keyword evolution of papers in the CCUS field is analyzed, and a model on the keyword evolution trend index is proposed. Data integration and imbalance processing were conducted after random sampling. A citation prediction model was proposed to evaluate the quality of CCUS academic papers and was verified on the recent five years' CCUS papers by comparing it with nine other mainstream machine learning models. The results indicate that the random forest model exhibits the best performance, with an accuracy rate reaching 88.7%;an ablation experiment was also conducted using the same algorithm. The results prove the effectiveness of our proposed method, shedding light on the quality of academic papers and technology development in CCUS. © 2022 IEEE.

Addressing the challenges posed by climate change and meeting urban energy demands is of utmost importance in today's world. Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) emerges as a crucial solution for energy conservation and carbon emissions reduction in urban environments. However, traditional methods of assessing solar radiation on buildings using physical models are often computationally intensive and time-consuming. This paper introduces a novel hybrid approach that integrates physical model-based solar radiation calculation with machine learning techniques to analyze Solar Radiation Potential (SRP) across city-wide building infrastructure. The proposed approach precisely evaluates the SRP of representative blocks by leveraging computing-intensive physical models integrated with 3D building data. Subsequently, two machine learning models are developed to effectively predict the SRP of building roofs and facades across the entire city. To validate the efficacy of this approach, an experiment was conducted in Shenzhen, China, yielding insightful results. The findings reveal that Shenzhen has a huge potential for BIPV solar power generation, with mean annual total building roof and facade solar radiation values of 9.22 * 107kwℎ and 2.47 * 108kwℎ, respectively. It can be further observed that relying solely on rooftop installations is insufficient to meet electricity demand. This study not only provides an innovative alternative for city-wide SRP estimation by combining physical modeling and machine learning but also offers valuable insights for fostering low-carbon urban environments and informing data-driven and model-driven urban planning and management strategies. © Author(s) 2024.
