In this study,a dynamic model for the bearing rotor system of a high-speed train under variable speed conditions is *** contrast to previous studies,the contact stress is simplifed in the proposed model and the compensation balance excitation caused by the rotor mass eccentricity *** angle iteration method is used to overcome the challenge posed by the inability to determine the roller space position during bearing *** simulation results show that the model accurately describes the dynamics of bearings under varying speed profles that contain acceleration,deceleration,and speed oscillation *** order ratio spectrum of the bearing vibration signal indicates that both the single and multiple frequencies in the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical *** on bearings with outer and inner ring faults under various operating conditions are performed to verify the developed model.

The induction of oxidative species,driven by oscillating electric field(E),has recently emerged as an effective approach for tumor inhibition,so-called electrodynamic therapy(EDT).While it offers a series of advantages attracting considerable attention,the fundamental mechanism and improvement strategies for EDT approach are being endeavored extensively with the aid of new material *** interesting phenomenon observed in early studies is that the on-site concentration of chloride ion is highly favored for the induction of oxidative species and the efficacy of tumor *** this discovery ignored previously,here for the first time,fine Pt/Cu alloy nanoparticles(PtCu_(3) NPs)are integrated with chloride ion transporter(CIT)for EDT-based combinational *** this system,while PtCu_(3) NPs induce oxidative species under an electric field,it also effectively transforms endogenous H_(2)O_(2) into·OH and consumes intracellular glutathione(GSH).More importantly,with the aid of CIT,PtCu_(3)-PEG@CIT NPs promote the intracellular concentration of chloride ion(Cl^(-))by transporting extracellular Cl^(-),facilitating the generation of oxidative species ***,CIT delivered intracellularly increases lysosomal pH,leading to the disruption of cellular autophagy and weakening the treatment *** consequence,significant tumor inhibition is enabled both in vitro and in vivo,due to the combination of unique characteristics offered by PtCu_(3)-PEG@CIT.

The demand for photodetectors and image sensors has grown exponentially in the past decade in biomedical, security surveillance, robotics, automotive, quality control, image recognition, and military applications, due to their superior quality, broadband detection, lower noise, and economic viability. Here,we report a MoS2channel-based phototransistor over an HfO2/n-Si substrate isolated by an h BN layer. The high photoresponse is achieved through the integration of the photoconduction, photogating, and mobility enhancement process by utilizing excellent features of MoS2, HfO2/Si, and h BN. The capacitive coupling of the photogenerated carriers by high-k dielectric HfO2leads to modulation of MoS2Fermi level due to electrostatic doping. Furthermore, the MoS2also contributes to the photogeneration of carriers due to its semiconducting nature, leading to additional photocurrent. Ultimately, the combination of photogating,photoconduction, and swift carrier extraction with remarkable mobility of 11.65 cm2· V-1· s-1results in high responsivity, external quantum efficiency, and detectivity of 4.5 × 10～8A · W-1, 0.72 × 10～6, and 6.20× 1016Jones at 266 nm illumination, respectively. The device also demonstrates broadband photoresponse from 266–1000 nm wavelengths. The high responsivity distinguishes the potential of our device for the future of optoelectronics and broadband image sensing applications.

Automatic protocol reverse engineering for industrial control systems with dynamic taint analysis

Proprietary(or semi-proprietary)protocols are widely adopted in industrial control systems(ICSs).Inferring protocol format by reverse engineering is important for many network security applications,e.g.,program tests and intrusion *** protocol reverse engineering methods have been proposed which are considered time-consuming,tedious,and ***,automatical protocol reverse engineering methods have been proposed which are,however,neither effective in handling binary-based ICS protocols based on network traffic analysis nor accurate in extracting protocol fields from protocol *** this paper,we present a framework called the industrial control system protocol reverse engineering framework(ICSPRF)that aims to extract ICS protocol fields with high *** is based on the key insight that an individual field in a message is typically handled in the same execution context,e.g.,basic block(BBL)*** a result,by monitoring program execution,we can collect the tainted data information processed in every BBL group in the execution trace and cluster it to derive the protocol *** evaluate our approach with six open-source ICS protocol *** results show that ICSPRF can identify individual protocol fields with high accuracy(on average a 94.3%match ratio).ICSPRF also has a low coarse-grained and overly fine-grained match *** the same metric,ICSPRF is more accurate than AutoFormat(88.5%for all evaluated protocols and 80.0%for binary-based protocols).

Statically-Directed Dynamic Taint Analysis

Taint analysis is a popular method in software analysis field including vulnerability/malware analysis. By identifying taint source and making suitable taint propagation rules, we could directly know whether variables in software have any relationship with input data. Static taint analysis method is efficient, but it is imprecise since runtime information is lacked. Dynamic taint analysis method usually instruments every instruction in software to catch the taint propagation process. However, this is inefficient since it usually takes lots of time for context switches between original code and instrumenting code. In this paper, we propose a statically-directed dynamic taint analysis method to increase the efficiency of taint analysis process without any loss of accuracy. In this way, there is no need to instrument every instruction. Several experiments are made on our prototype SDTaint and the results show that our method is several times more efficient than traditional dynamic taint analysis method.

Effects of combined drip irrigation and mulching practices on the soil evaporation characteristics in a young apple orchard in arid northwestern China

Soil evaporation(SE)is a key component of regional hydrological balance,especially in arid *** has the largest area of apple orchards in the world,but the effects of mulching practices on sE dynamics and their controlling factors remain poorly understood in orchards using drip irrigation(DI).This study was conducted to address these issues by measuring SE,meteorological factors,soil temperature(ST),and soil water content(SwC)in young apple orchard under two mulching treatments during the growing *** experiments,which included three treatmentsfilm mulching(FM)and maize straw mulching(SM),and clean tillage(TL)asa comparatorwere conducted in 3-year-old apple orchard with Dl in arid northwestern *** results revealed that mulching significantly affected the daily SE dynamics of the young orchard(p<0.05),and the daily mean SE under FM,SM,and TL treatments was about 1.3±0.5,1.3±0.4,and 1.7±0.4 mm·d^(-1),*** significant differences were detected in the daily SE between FM and SM treatments(p>0.05),whereas the daily SWC in the four soil layers to 120 cm were consistently greater under SM treatment than under FM and TL treatments(p<0.05).Compared to the TL treatment,the daily SE under FM and SM treatments was more susceptible to meteorological *** regression analysis showed that the daily SE of the young orchard was mainly controlled by the vapor pressure deficit,reference evapotranspiration and solar radiation,regardless of the ***,there was no significant relationship between the daily SE and wind speed under TL treatment(p>0.05).This study highlighted the significant differences in SE losses and SWC dynamics of the mulching ***,SM is considered to be a more effective mulching practice for reducing unproductive SE and improving SWC status in young apple orchards with DI in arid and similarclimatic regions.

With the wide application of network attached storage (NAS), the security problem is becoming more and more serious, together with the increasingly fierce attacks against NAS devices of different manufacturers. In order to better capture various types of attacks against NAS devices and detect security threats in time, this paper proposes a solution named NAS honeypot, mining the potential security threats through modeling and analyzing the NAS threats. Then a NAS honeypot based on device virtualization technology and depth monitoring and attack induction was designed on the basis of the construction NAS attack chain. Experimental results show that the NAS honeypot can effectively capture, record and analyze network attacks against multi-types NAS devices with a strong guiding effect in mastering popular attack method of NAS devices and alleviating the security threats of NAS. © 2021, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
