Titanium alloy is the main material of pressure-resistant shell of underwater submarine. Although the design and manufacturing technology of spherical pressure-resistant structure of manned submersibles has matured, the domestic large-scale ring rib shell processing and construction technology is not mature enough, especially the titanium alloy welding technology. The high concentration argon welding workshop designed in this paper is mainly aimed at the overall welding of the typical titanium alloy large ring ribbed column shell, and the key technology is verified by the principle prototype. Finally, the mechanical properties of welding samples are evaluated. © 2022 by the International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE).

Current network assessment models often ignore the impact of attack-defense timing on network security, making it difficult to characterize the dynamic game of attack-defense effectively. To effectively manage the network security risks and reduce potential losses, in this article, we propose a selection strategy for network defense based on a time game model. By analyzing the attack-defense status by analogy with the SIR infectious disease model, construction of an optimal defense strategy model based on time game, and calculation of the Nash equilibrium of the the attacker and the defender under different strategies, we can determine an optimal defense strategy. With the Matlab simulation, this strategy is verified to be effective. © 2021 IEEE.

As an active defenses technique,multivariant execution(MVX)can detect attacks by monitoring the consistency of heterogeneous variants with parallel *** with patch-style passive defense,MVX can defend against known and even unknown vulnerability-based attacks without relying on attack feature ***,variants generated with software diversity technologies will introduce new vulnerabilities when they execute in ***,we analyze the security of MVX theory from the perspective of formal *** we summarize the general forms and techniques for attacks against MVX,and analyze the new vulnerabilities arising from the combination of variant generation *** propose SecMVX,a secure MVX architecture and variant generation *** evaluations based on CVEs and SPEC 2006 benchmark show that SecMVX introduces 11.29%of the average time overhead,and avoids vulnerabilities caused by the improper combination of variant generation technologies while keeping the defensive ability of MVX.

The growing demand for semiconductor devices simulation poses a big challenge for large-scale electronic structure *** various methods,the linearly scaling three-dimensional fragment(LS3DF)method exhibits excellent scalability in large-scale *** on algorithmic and system-level optimizations,we propose a highly scalable and highly efficient implementation of LS3DF on a domestic heterogeneous supercomputer equipped with *** terms of algorithmic optimizations,the original all-band conjugate gradient algorithm is refined to achieve faster convergence,and mixed precision computing is adopted to increase overall *** terms of system-level optimiza-tions,the original two-layer parallel structure is replaced by a coarse-grained parallel *** strategies such as multi-stream,kernel fusion,and redundant computation removal are proposed to increase further utilization of the com-putational power provided by the heterogeneous *** a result,our optimized LS3DF can scale to a 10-million sili-con atoms system,attaining a peak performance of 34.8 PFLOPS(21.2% of the peak).All the improvements can be adapt-ed to the next-generation supercomputers for larger simulations.

Quantized Constant-Envelope Waveform Design for Massive MIMO DFRC Systems

Both dual-functional radar-communication (DFRC) and massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) have been recognized as enabling technologies for 6G wireless networks. This paper considers the advanced waveform design for hardware-efficient massive MIMO DFRC systems. Specifically, the transmit waveform is imposed with the quantized constant-envelope (QCE) constraint, which facilitates the employment of low-resolution digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and power-efficient amplifiers. The waveform design problem is formulated as the minimization of the mean square error (MSE) between the designed and desired beampatterns subject to the constructive interference (CI)-based communication quality of service (QoS) constraints and the QCE constraint. To solve the formulated problem, we first utilize the penalty technique to transform the discrete problem into an equivalent continuous penalty model. Then, we propose an inexact augmented Lagrangian method (ALM) algorithm for solving the penalty model. In particular, the ALM subproblem at each iteration is solved by a custom-built block successive upper-bound minimization (BSUM) algorithm, which admits closed-form updates, making the proposed inexact ALM algorithm computationally efficient. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed approach over existing state-of-the-art ones. In addition, extensive simulations are conducted to examine the impact of various system parameters on the trade-off between communication and radar performances. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. Powerful facial image manipulation offered by encoder-based GAN inversion techniques raises concerns about potential misuse in identity fraud and misinformation. This study introduces the Multi-Domain and Multi-Dimensional Feature Fusion (MDFusion) method, a novel approach that counters encoder-based GAN inversion by generating adversarial samples. Firstly, MDFusion transforms the luminance channel of the target image into spatial, frequency, and spatial-frequency hybrid domains. Secondly, we use the specifically adapted Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) to extract and fuse high-dimensional and low-dimensional features that enhance the robustness of adversarial noise generation. Then, we embed adversarial noise into the spatial-frequency hybrid domain to produce effective adversarial samples. Finally, the adversarial samples are guided by our designed hybrid training loss to achieve a balance between imperceptibility and effectiveness. Tests were conducted on five encoder-based GAN inversion models using ASR, LPIPS, and FID metrics. These tests demonstrated the superiority of MDFusion over 13 baseline methods, highlighting its robust defense and generalization abilities. With the development of attack technology, identifying the real intention of network attack and avoiding further deterioration of security situation has become a hot research topic in recent years. This paper proposes an attack intention recognition method based on signaling game model. Firstly, we generate attack intention hypotheses, and then calculate the probability of each attack intention by solving game equilibrium. Experiments show that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of attack intention recognition from the perspective of the revenue. © 2021 IEEE.

At present, APT attack detection mainly focuses on the specific realization of detection technology, and there is little research on the timing strategy for active detection of APT attack. This paper focuses on the problem of APT dynamic detection with timing decision intelligence. We use the FlipIt game model and reinforcement learning method of Q-learning algorithm, consider the APT attack events as an exponentially distributed random process, and the defender using the attacker's last move time (LM-defender) to learn his optimal timing strategy using Q-Learning algorithm. The defender's reinforcement learning mechanism for the timing of the APT attack action and outputs its timing selection strategy. Simulation experiments show that compared with the existing greedy algorithm, the timing strategy based on the Q-Learning algorithm does not require the attacker's prior information under the premise, it can achieve a higher average benefit than the greedy strategy. This result provides a theoretical reference for the design of timing strategy to defend APT attack intelligently and efficient. © 2021 IEEE.
