摘 要:In order to compare the driving efficiency of different brand electric vehicle controller, to compare the capacity of different brand power batteries pack with the same nominal capacity, a test-bed with function of electric vehicle controller efficiency and power batteries pack capacity detecting is designed and made. The test-bed includes inertia load wheel speed detecting circuit, driving motor speed control circuit, power batteries pack current detecting circuit, power batteries pack terminal voltage detecting circuit, electric vehicle controller, auxiliary controller, inertia load wheels, speed changer, driving motor, load generator, power batteries pack, and so on. The auxiliary controller uses PID algorithm to control the electric vehicle controller. The electric vehicle controller makes the driving motor run at target “time-speed curve been planned in advance. The efficiency of the 3 different brand electric vehicle controllers are detected, and 2 kinds of battery capacity are detected. The test results provide a basis for vehicle manufacturers to judge the performance of different brand electric vehicle controllers and power batteries pack. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association.
